Abstract
本发明提供的熔敷装置,能够容易地对热塑性树脂片材同种材料之间,尤其是对热塑性树脂制无纺布片材同种材料之间进行熔敷。熔断用熔敷刀,在侧面沿刀尖设有压紧体;非熔断用熔敷刀,在熔断用熔敷刀的刀尖上设有一个与待熔敷的片材表面相接触的接触面,可以根据需要在此接触面上设置压花突起。本发明提出的熔敷装置是具有上述熔敷刀的熔敷装置。
Description
本发明涉及一种热塑性树脂片材料粘接用的熔敷装置,特别是适合于对热塑性树脂形成的无纺布片材,在2张以上重叠状态下,对其相互进行熔断(或不熔断)热粘接时使用。
以往,对热塑性树脂形成的、2张重叠的无纺布片材,一边加热熔断,一边将所剪断的边的上下层进行热熔敷用的熔敷刀,其前端一般呈等腰三角形。由电热线圈等将这种熔敷刀加热,用其刀尖一边切断重叠多层的热塑性树脂片材,一边进入该片材之中,加热熔化片材的切断面,并将上下层重叠的片材相互粘接。
另一方面,在不切断的情况下热熔敷上下层片材所用的熔敷刀,以往广泛采用的方法是,将加热板端面贴在待熔敷的片材上加压,将片材熔化粘接起来。使用这种熔敷刀经层压加工后的无纺布片材等的密封性是没有问题的。
以往使用的不切断熔敷装置有下述的装置。在熔敷由热塑性树脂形成的无纺布片材制成包装袋时,使用图21所示金属圆盘熔敷刀40作为一种使熔敷面相互粘接的工具。在这种情况下,一般使用的熔敷刀40是由一对辊子构成的,即由一个圆盘周围呈矩形断面刀形的滚花辊子41,和一个同样形成的托辊42所构成。这种熔敷刀40首先由电热丝等加热,然后,该熔敷刀40一边旋转,一边在重叠多层的热塑性树脂片材上进行加压粘接,经加热的熔敷刀面将片材的熔敷面加热并熔化,使层叠的片材相互进行热粘接。
然而,以往这种熔敷刀存在下列一些问题。用以往那种形式的熔敷刀,对聚丙烯制无纺布片材相互进行加热、熔断粘接时,仅仅熔断一下就会使粘接部分的外观变坏,而且粘接强度一般都低,为了改善外观、保证粘接强度所采用的加工条件,其范围极窄,只有熟练的工作人员才能操作,因而生产效率很低。
为了解决这个问题,把另外一种粘接性能较好的材料,例如聚乙烯薄膜,与聚丙烯无纺布制成层压材,使它容易熔断密封,但其经济性便相应降低。
此外,姑且不论用以往那种熔敷刀对2张片材进行熔断密封的问题,若将3层以上的片材重叠起来进行熔断密封时,其粘接力小,特别是使用无纺布片材作为多层重叠片材的构成要素时,这种缺陷便突出地暴露出来。这又是一个问题。
另外,使用以往那种形式的熔敷刀,对不带层压膜的无纺布进行相互热粘接时,存在的问题是,密封部不美观,而且粘接强度也小。
本发明提出的熔敷刀,为了解决上述问题而制订的目的有下列4个。
第1个目的是,提供一种容易对热塑性树脂片材相互间、尤其是聚丙烯制无纺布片材相互间,或者是重叠3层以上片材相互间,一边进行热熔断,一边进行熔敷的熔断用熔敷刀。
第2个目的是,提供一种能对无纺布片材与同种材料进行熔敷并能保证外观质量和熔敷部位具有高强度的非熔断用熔敷刀。
第3个目的是,提供一种能对聚丙烯制无纺布片材与同种材料,或重叠3层以上的片材,进行热熔断或非热熔断(二者择其一)连续熔敷的熔敷装置。
第4个目的是,提供一种使用能进行热熔断兼熔敷的熔敷刀,在不熔断状态下实现熔敷的非熔断用熔敷装置。
本发明提出的熔敷刀,至少在其一侧上沿刀尖设有一个经加热器加热的压紧体,压紧体下端与刀尖之间的距离的设定,应在刀尖切入被粘接的热塑性塑性树脂片材时,使压紧体能将上述热塑性树脂片材轻微地压住;在熔敷时,压紧体与片材上表面呈压力接触,并向片材施加设定压力。
当然,也可以在熔敷刀两面设置压紧体,这种压紧体的按压效果更好。只在一面设置压紧体的熔敷刀,可用于片材边缘的熔敷。
压紧体系由耐热的弹性材料形成,将它设置在熔敷刀的一面或两面即可。
作为这种耐热弹性材料,可以列举耐热橡胶、耐热合成橡胶、耐热弹性泡沫材料等。采用这种弹性体,对片材的按压效果会更好。
此外,压紧体可由耐热性构件形成,可以设置成朝刀尖方向进退自如的,也可以利用弹簧等赋能手段,向刀尖方向施加能量。在此情况下,可以用金属板、陶瓷等材料作为耐热构件。
最好用冷却手段对压紧体进行冷却。作为冷却手段的示例,是沿着压紧体设置流通冷却水等冷却用热介质的管路。压紧体是金属板的情况下,必须采用冷却手段进行冷却,但是,压紧体为耐热橡胶或陶瓷材料时,由于这类材料的热传导不良,与片材压力接触时,只要是不会使片材熔化的材料,无须采用这种冷却手段。
此外,作为冷却手段的示例,还可以举出从压紧体外部进行冷却、或在压紧体内部通水等冷却介质的冷却方案等。
如果采用冷却手段对压紧体进行冷却,估计可以避免在用熔敷刀熔敷时从熔化到随后的固化的阶段发生的熔融树脂的冷却不均和收缩方向不一致(这些现象在片材为无纺布时特别容易发生),从而使片材的冷却、收缩趋于稳定。
如果将压紧体设置成可沿刀尖方向进退自如的并在规定的位置加以固定,那么,就能使压紧体下端与刀尖之间的距离,根据被熔敷片材厚度的不同进行相应地改变。
熔敷刀既可以制成在将重叠2层以上的热塑性树脂片材,在熔断的同时还相互融焊的熔断熔敷刀(以下称为“第1类熔敷刀”),也可以制成不经熔断就将同种片材相互熔敷的非熔断熔敷刀(以下称“第2类或第3类熔敷刀”)。
但在熔敷用第1类熔敷刀的情况下,最好采用下述方案。
本发明的第一类熔敷刀的刀尖角,如果被热熔断的片材是热塑性树脂薄膜时,取为25~35度较好;如果是无纺布,尤其是聚丙烯制纺粘型无纺布时,取为60~80度较好,现已搞清,在65±3度的范围内是最佳刀尖角的范围。
刀类可根据需要加工出圆角更好一些。
本发明的第一类熔敷刀,虽然不必选择所要熔敷的热塑性树脂片材的种类,但尤其适合于以无纺布为构成要素的层压片材,以及无纺布与同种材料的熔断密封,特别是聚丙烯制纺粘型无纺布与同种材料的熔敷密封。
第一类熔敷刀须加热到待粘接热塑性树脂片材的熔点以上的温度,此温度可随待粘接片材的不同而适当地改变。
支持着待粘接的热塑性树脂片材的托辊(下刀)最好也要加热,但其温度要在热塑性树脂片材的熔点以下。
如果采用冷却手段对压紧体进行冷却,估计可以避免在用熔敷刀熔敷时从熔化到随后的固化的阶段发生的熔融树脂的冷却不均和收缩方向不一致(这些现象在片材为无纺布时特别容易发生),从而使片材的冷却,收缩趋于稳定。
用本发明的带熔断功能的第1类熔敷刀,来熔断重叠2层以上的热塑性树脂片材时,刀头首先将层叠的片材一边切断,一边切入层叠片材内,但在此时,压紧体的下缘与沿切断线的片材切断边缘的上面接触。当刀尖切入被粘接的热塑性树脂片材时,压紧体下端与刀尖之间的距离,是压紧体将上述热塑性树脂片材呈轻微按压状态的距离,因此,压紧体下缘与片材切断缘上面刚刚接触时,层叠片材尚未被切断,随后熔敷刀下降,层叠片材被压紧体按压并保持压力,并被刀尖切断。此时,切断面与刀头侧面相接触,通过切断面的熔化而将片材相互加热粘接。
在本发明的非熔断熔敷用第2类熔敷刀的情况下,最好采用下述方案。
采用本发明的第2类熔敷刀时,刀尖上有一个与被粘接热塑性树脂片材表面相接触的接触面。
本发明第2类熔敷刀的刀尖上设置的接触面,既可以是一个平面,又可以是一个刻有压花的突起面。
压花突起应具有20~90%的熔敷面积率,而30~60%更为适宜。熔敷面积比的定义用下式表示:熔敷面积率在20%以下时,熔敷强度低,在用片材制袋的情况下,会使袋子的密闭性降低。如果在90%以上时,压花近似于平面,失去了设置压花突起的意义。此外,压花突起的形状,可以是圆锥台、三角锥台、四角锥台以及其它的多角锥台。压花突起的排列方向,可以是顺着刀刃的方向,或相对于刀刃斜向交错的方向,任何一种排列均可。
第2类刀头,需加热至热塑性树脂片材的熔点以上的温度,此温度可依被焊片材材料的不同而作适当的改变。
当将本发明的第2类熔敷刀按压在重叠2层以上的热塑性树脂片材上时,刀尖的接触面首先切入层叠的片材内,此时,压紧体的下缘沿着刀尖与片材表面接触,将片材按压并保持压力。在此期间,刀尖的接触面把片材熔化,将片材相互粘接起来。由于压紧体的存在,而将沿刀尖部分的片材按压住,并将片材保持定位,所以熔化的树脂不会向侧向流动。而且,在接触面上设置压花突起时,有压花突起的部分,将片材局部地熔敷起来,其它部分将片材按压定位,以维持形状。
此外,本发明的熔敷刀也可以是下述的非熔断熔敷用的第3类熔敷刀,也就是说,它应当是用加热器加热的第3类熔敷刀,其刀尖上有与第2类熔敷刀相同的接触面,在此接触面上刻有压花突起。换言之,在非熔断熔接的第3类熔敷刀的情况下,压紧体并不是必要的条件。
把没设置压紧体的第3类熔敷刀,压住重叠2层以上的热塑性树脂片材时,刀尖的接触面首先按压该层叠片材,然后切进去,但此时,接触面将片材熔化,将片材相互熔敷起来。并且因在接触面上设有压花突起,所以压花突起将片材局部地加以熔敷,其它部分将片材按压并定位,以维持形状。
其次,关于本发明提出的熔敷装置,是利用上述熔敷刀的熔敷装置。
本发明提出的第1类熔敷装置的构造是,依使用方法的不同,能进行带熔断热熔敷,或不带熔断热熔敷,可从二者中任意选择其一。
也就是说,这种熔敷装置是一种设有热辊与托辊的热密封辊。热辊周围设有第1类或第2、第3类熔敷刀,并用加热器加热;托辊与热辊之间可以夹住重叠若干层待粘接的热塑性树脂片材,托辊可以旋转自如。托辊的外圆表面能与热辊熔敷刀刀尖接触则是较好的办法。
如用耐热弹性体至少将托辊外圆表面加以包覆,可由压紧体与这个耐热弹性体将片材更好地夹住。作为包覆托辊外圆表面的耐热弹性体,可以列举耐热橡胶、耐热合成橡胶以及耐热弹性泡沫体等。
在熔断后熔敷时,须将设在第1类熔敷装置的熔敷刀加热至热塑性树脂片材的熔点以上的温度;不熔断只拟熔敷时,须要以略低于熔断熔敷时的温度进行加热,依待粘接片材的材料的不同,可以适当地改变此加热温度。
用构成本发明第1类熔敷装置的热密封辊子,熔断或熔敷重叠若干张的热塑性树脂片材时,与上述情况相同,由于压紧体压住片材,所以能够保证熔断和熔敷。又因,压紧体压住片材,靠压辊的旋转就能顺利且准确地实现片材的进给。
此外,熔断熔敷片材端部时,可以同时使用突缘卷取辊子,其能卷取被熔断的突缘。
本发明提出的第二类熔敷装置如下。
它是一种采用上述第1类的熔断熔敷刀,并具有第1种温度设定手段、第2种温度设定手段以及加压力设定手段的装置。第1种温度设定手段是,能将熔敷时的熔敷刀温度设定为低于上述熔断时的熔敷刀温度;第2种温度设定手段是,能将支持热塑性树脂片材的承受台(下刀)的温度设定为高于上述熔断时承受台(下刀)的温度;加压力设定手段是,能将熔敷时熔敷刀的加压力设定为不致使热塑性树脂片材被熔断那种程度的加压力。
熔敷刀温度依热塑性树脂片材种类的不同而异,比熔断时的熔敷刀温度低,设定在30~70℃的较低温度为宜,更好的设定温度是在热塑性树脂片材的软化点与熔点之间。而承受台(下刀)的温度则高于熔断密封时的承受台温度,设定在70~100℃的较高温度为宜。并将密封时的加压力设定为使热塑性树脂片材不致被熔断那种程度的加压力,但这一加压力也依被粘接热塑性树脂片材的物理性能的不同而作适当的改变。
使用这种装置时,热塑性树脂片材是否被熔断,这取决于熔敷刀的设定温度和熔敷刀的加压力之间的关系。因此,即使将熔敷刀加热到热塑性树脂片材的熔点以上,但如果将加压力设定得低,也能作到在不熔断的情况下,只进行熔敷。
把熔敷刀温度设定得低于熔敷时的热塑性树脂片材承受台(下刀)的温度,同时再使熔敷时熔敷刀的加压力为热塑性树脂不致被熔断那种程度的加压力,这样就做到不熔断只熔敷。
适于用本发明的熔敷刀与熔敷装置进行熔敷的热塑性树脂片材,可以列举各种热塑性树脂制的片材、薄膜,此外还有无纺布片材、尤其是纺粘型无纺布,它能把这些材料同种或不同种的重叠2张以上很好地进行熔敷。此外,被粘接的片材可以是单层的,也可以是多层的,在多层片材中也可以夹有铝箔层等非热塑性树脂层。

下面按附图说明本发明的实施例。图5和图6表示,装有本发明的熔敷刀通过熔敷制造袋子的制袋装置,为了说明上的方便,首先介绍此装置。
这种装置是,用一个折叠用心轴11,将一张带状片材平坦地折叠成2折,供给到2组(每组一对)输送辊12、12之间(在此阶段中折缝为袋子底部),用设在其后段的热熔断密封部分13进行熔断密封后(在此阶段中将袋子的侧部封任),用拉出辊14将熔敷好的袋子拉出,用溜槽15将袋子排入箱16内。
热熔断密封部分13设有从下面支持待熔断片材的承受台21,使环形硅带22在该承受台21上移动,用此硅带22使层叠片材间歇地输送。在与承受台21相对的片材上方位置,上下移动自如地支持着一个本发明涉及的熔敷刀2。
(实施例1)
下面说明的是,装有图1和图2所示熔敷刀的制袋装置的实施例。
如图1所示,实施例1的熔断用第1类熔敷刀2内部装有加热器1,刀尖角为60度,刀尖加工出半径为1mm圆角,此外还在熔敷刀的两个侧面上沿刀尖固定着压紧体3。此压紧体系由耐热橡胶形成的。另外,压紧体3的下端与刀尖的距离t的设定如下:当刀尖切入被熔断的热塑性树脂片材时,该距离应是使压紧体3从切断线两侧可将热塑性树脂片材轻微按压的程度。
用这种熔敷刀2和上述装置制造袋子,测定了熔断、熔敷的外观和熔敷强度。准备了下列2种片材:长纤维、纤维为2登尼尔、单位面积的重量为25.70g/m2、厚度0.2~0.3mm的聚丙烯制纺粘型无纺布,原布强度不同。将这2种材料分别重叠2层,经熔断、熔敷分别制成袋子。
实施条件和试验结果列示表1。表1中的纵、横指的是,将抽丝的原料纤维,在移动捕集面接受后制成纺粘型无纺布时,其拉出方向为“纵”,与其成直角的方向为“横”。利用上述装置进行密封时,是在横方向进行密封的。横向密封指的是,使刀与上述横的方向成直角进行密封的情况;而所谓的纵向密封是指,使刀与上述纵的方向成直角进行密封的情况。此外,密封部位的外观质量也是良好的。
(实施例2)
此实施例,如图2所示,是在图1所示实施例的压紧体3上设置了冷却手段5。这种冷却手段5是从外侧用冷却介质管路进行冷却的。其它情况与实施例1相同。其结果列于表1。
(实施例3)
此实施例是,利用图2所示的熔断用的第1类熔敷刀2、并设有熔敷时的熔敷刀温度设定得低于熔断时的熔敷刀温度的第1种温度设定手段。熔敷时的熔敷刀2的温度设为175℃;并用那种可将支持热塑性树脂片材的承受台(下刀)的温度能设定成高于上述熔断时承受台(下刀)温度的第2种温度设定手段,对承受台21(下刀)的温度设定为150℃;再用那种可将熔接时的熔敷刀加压力设定成使热塑性树脂片材不致被熔断那种程度的加压力的加压力设定手段,将加压力设定为1.0Kg/cm2,将上还实施例1的一组2层无纺布片材加压0.7秒后熔敷。
所取得的结果列入表1,表明具有良好的密封强度。
(比较例1~4)
用下列4个比较例的熔敷刀制作袋子,将其结果列于表1。这4个比较例如下:比较例1是,在图7所示熔敷刀2上,刀尖角θ为80度,刀尖前端加工出半径为0.1mm的圆角;比较例2是,在图7所示熔敷刀2上,刀尖角θ为80度,刀尖前端加工出半径为1mm的圆角;比较例3是,在图7所示熔敷刀2上,刀尖角为60度,刀尖前端加工出半径为1mm的圆角;比较例4如图8所示,刀尖处有一水平面部分31,此水平面部分31上垂直设置一个刀尖角为30度的前端刀32,前端刀32的前端加工出一个半径为0.1mm的圆角。表1中的“加压时间纵、横”指的是,用比较例的熔敷刀,对无
纺布沿纵向和横向进行熔敷,测得的其强度。从此表中可以明显地看出,即使将横向的加工时间设为3倍,并增大了加压力,其热密封强度还是远低于实施例的。
(熔断用熔敷刀的其它具体例)
图3所示为本发明的其它例。在内装加热器的加热块下表面中部垂直的设置了熔敷刀2,在熔敷刀2的两侧设有耐热像胶块作为压紧体3。耐热橡胶块下表面的面积设得较大,此外,还将其内部穿通设置冷却介质管路作为冷却手段5。
图4所示的是,设置一个陶瓷块来代替图3所示例子中的耐热橡胶块作为压紧体,在此陶瓷块与加热块之间装有赋能手段4的一个例子。此外,图中虽未示出,但有一结构示例可将金属板滑动安装在刀的两侧,作为压紧体,用弹簧将这块金属板朝刀尖方向驱动。
(实施例4)
此实施例4的非熔断用熔敷刀,如图9所示,内装加热器1,刀尖前端形成一个平的接触面2a。在刀2的两个侧面上,沿刀尖方向固定着压紧体3。而且,此压紧体3是由耐热性能较好的硅橡胶形成的。压紧体3的下端与刀尖之间的距离t的设定是,当刀尖的前端进入到待粘接的多层热塑性树脂片材的按压下限时,压紧体3能将多层片材从刀尖两侧轻微按压那种程度的距离。进一步沿压紧体设置冷却管路5作为冷却手段,在此冷却管路5内通冷却水。
利用这种熔敷刀2和上述装置,在下列条件下制袋,测定了密封部位的外观质量和强度。准备了2种片材,是长纤维,纤维度为2登尼尔、单位面积重量25.70g/m2、厚度为0.2~0.3mm的聚丙烯制纺粘型无纺布,原布强度各不相同。分别重叠2张,通过熔敷制成袋子。
所取得的结果列于表2。表2中的“纵”、“横”指的是,将抽丝的原料纤维,在移动捕集面接受后制成纺粘型无纺布时,设其拉出方向为“纵”,而与其成直角的方向为“横”。用上述装置密封时,为纵向密封。此外,密封部位的外观质量良好。
(实施例5)
此实施例,如图10所示是在图9的实施例的接触面2a上,设置压花突起2b。该压花突起2b的形状是,底面为a×a、上表面为b×b、高度为c正四角锥台,熔敷面积率为30%。
其它情况与实施例4相同。其结果列于表2。在设有压花突起2b时,只是与该压花突起2b部分相对应的片材部分被熔化和熔敷,而其它部分只是对片材起保持和定位的作用。在压花突起2b部分熔化的树脂,因转移到与压花突起2b不对应的其它部分,故使密封部分的外观质量优异。
在此实施例中。由于压紧体3的作用和压花突起2b的作用两者相互结合,进一步有效地提高了熔敷部分的外观质量和密封强度。
(比较例5)
此实施例是用从实施例4的粘敷刀上去掉压紧体3和冷却手段5的以往那种熔敷刀制造袋子。其结果列于表2。表2中的“加压时间纵、横”指的是,用比较例的熔敷刀,对无纺布从纵向和横向进行熔敷,并测得其强度。从此表中可以明显地看出,即使将横向的加工时间设为3倍,并使加压力增大,此比较例的热密封强度仍远不及实施例的强度。
(实施例6)
此实施例6的非熔敷用熔敷刀2,如图13所示,内装加热器1,刀尖前端为一个平的接触面2a。在此接触面2a上设有压花突起2b,其形状是,底面为a×a、上表面为b×b,高度为c的正四角锥台,其熔敷面积率为30%。
用熔敷2和上述装置在下列条件下制造袋子,测定密封部分的外观和强度。片材规格是,长纤维、纤度为2登尼尔、单位面积的重量为25.70g/m2、厚度为0.2~0.3mm的聚丙烯制纺粘无纺布,准备了原布强度不同的2种材料,分别重叠2张通过熔敷制成袋子。
其结果列于表3。表3中的“纵”、“横”指的是,将抽丝的原料纤维,在移动捕集面接受后制成纺粘型无纺布时,设其拉出方向为“纵”,而与其成直角的方向为“横”。用上述装置迸行密封时,为纵向密封。此外,密封部位的外观质量良好。
在设有压花突起2b时,只是与该压花突起2b部分相对应的片材部分被熔化和熔敷,而其它部分只是对片材起保持和定位的作用。在压花突起2b部分熔化的树脂,因转移到与压花突起2b不对应的其它部分,故使密封部分的外观质量优异。
(比较例6)
此实施例是用从实施例4的熔敷刀上去掉压花突起2b的以往那种熔敷刀制造袋子。其结果列于表3。表3中的“加压时间纵、横”指的是,用比较例的熔敷刀,对无纺布从纵向和横向进行熔敷,并测得其强度。从此表中可以明显地看出,即使将横向的加压时间设为3倍,并使加压力增大,此比较例的热密封强度仍远不及实施例的强度。
下面按图15-图18对本发明的第1类熔敷装置1进行说明。在图15-图17中表示了第一类熔敷装置1的热密封辊的实施例,但设有这些热密封辊的制袋装置如图18所示,因此,为了便于说明,先对这种制袋装置进行说明。
这种制袋装置是用一根折叠用心轴11,把1张带状片材A平平地折叠2层供给2组(每组一对)输送辊12、12之间(在此阶段中折缝成为袋子的一个侧端),同时用设在其后段的第1类熔敷装置1的热密封辊17、18,将其一端熔敷后形成筒状,把制成的筒状袋用拉出辊19拉出,送至下一道填袋封口工序(图中未示出)。下面对实施例进行说明。
(实施例7)
如图15所示,熔断应熔敷片材A用的热(热密封)辊17,与按热辊17的旋转方向送出片材A的托辊18呈相对设置。托辊18是金属制的,其圆周表面用耐热橡胶32包覆着。熔敷刀2与此托辊18圆周表面相接的热辊17被支持在托辊18的上方。托辊18将袋加工用的层叠片材A连续地向热辊17的旋转方向输送。
设置在热辊17上的熔敷刀2装有加热器(图中未示出),其刀尖角为60度,刀尖前端加工出半径为1mm的圆角,此外还将压紧体3沿刀尖固定在熔敷刀2的两侧斜面上。压紧体3是用耐热橡胶制成的。此外,将压紧体3的下端与刀尖之间的距离l,设定为可将待熔断的多层热塑性树脂片材A轻度按压那种程度的距离。
用这种熔敷刀2和上述装置在下列条件下制袋,并测取了熔断密封部分的密封外观质量和密封强度。准备了原布强度不同的2种片材,其规格为长纤维、纤度为2登尼尔、单位面积重量为25.70g/m2、厚度0.2-0.3mm的聚丙烯制纺粘型无纺布,分别重叠2层通过熔断密封制成袋子。
所得结果列于表4。表4中的“纵”、“横”指的是,将抽丝的原料纤维,在移动捕集面接受后制成纺粘型无纺布时,设其拉出方向为“纵”,而与其成直角的方向为“横”。用上述装置密封时为纵向密封。此外,密封部位的外观质量良好。
(实施例8)
此实施例,如图16所示,是在图15的实施例的压紧体3上设置冷却手段。此冷却手段是,用冷水管从外侧对压紧体进行冷却。其它情况与实施例7相同。
(比较例6)
如图19所示,用一个设有刀尖角θ为80度的熔断刀31的热辊进行密封。又如图20所示,用一个圆周为平面的热板辊进行密封。
所取得的结果列于表4。
(实施例9)
作为本发明以外的示例,如图17所示,热辊17是一个内装加热器5的圆盘状热块,绕着热辊17的圆周表面上设有熔敷刀2,此熔敷刀2的两侧设有耐热橡胶块作为压紧体。耐热橡胶块的下表面的面积设得大一些,此外还有冷水管穿过其内部作为冷却手段。
(实施例10)
此实施例选用了较低的加热温度和加压力,除了用热板进行密封以外,其它情况与实施例7相同。
所得结果列于表4。
采用本发明的熔断用第1类熔敷刀,密封热塑性树脂膜片材或将其重叠多层的片材,尤其是膨松的无纺布片材时,由于压紧体按压无纺布,使沿切断线的无纺布构成纤维之间相互紧密接触,特别是对聚丙烯制无纺布片材之间以及以无纺布为构成要素的多层片材,容易进行熔断密封,并能获得良好的密封外观质量和密封强度。
若采用本发明的非熔断用第2类熔敷刀,不用说热塑性树脂膜片材或将其重叠多层的片材、即使是膨松的无纺布片材时,由于压紧体按压无纺布,使沿熔敷线的无纺布构成纤维之间相互紧密接触,使熔化的树脂不至流散,特别对无纺布片材之间或以无纺布为构成要素的片材容易进行熔敷,并能获得良好的密封外观质量和密封强度。此外,在接触面上设有压花突起的熔敷刀,能使上述效果进一步提高。
采用本发明的非熔断用第3类熔敷刀,只是使对应于压花突起部分的片材部分发生熔化熔敷,而其它部分只是对片材起保持定位的作用。在压花突起部分熔化的树脂,由于转移到不与压花突起对应的其它部分,故可获得优异的密封外观质量和焊接强度。特别是,对无纺布片材的熔敷,具有优异的效果。
采用本发明的第1类熔敷装置,熔断热塑性树脂膜片材或将其重叠多层的片材,尤其是膨松的无纺布片材时,由于压紧体按压无纺布,使沿切断线的无纺布构成纤维之间相互紧密接触,特别是对聚丙烯制无纺布之间,或以无纺布为构成要素的多层片材,进行袋加工时,容易熔断熔敷,并能获得良好的熔敷外观质量和密封强度。而且,如果采用本发明,也能在不熔断的情况下实现熔敷。
采用本发明的第2类熔敷装置,熔敷热塑性树脂膜片材或将其重叠多层的片材,尤其是膨松的无纺布片材时,由于压紧体按压无纺布,使沿切断线的无纺布构成纤维之间相互紧密接触,特别是对聚丙烯制无纺布片材之间,或以无纺布为构成要素的多层片材,能在不熔断的情况下,很容易地进行熔敷,并能获得良好的外观质量和密封强度。

Claims (11)
1.一种熔敷装置,设有旋转自如的热辊和旋转自如的托辊,热辊周围设有熔敷刀且由加热器加热,托辊与热辊之间能够夹持待熔敷的重叠若干张的热塑性树脂片材;
上述熔敷刀的刀尖上有一个与重叠2张以上的热塑性树脂片材表面相接触的接触面,上述接触面上设有压花突起;
至少在熔敷刀的一侧面沿刀尖设置压紧体,此压紧体下端与刀尖之间的距离为,当刀尖切入待熔敷的热塑性树脂片材时压紧体得以轻度按压上述热塑性树脂片材那种程度的距离,熔敷时压紧体压接于片材上表面,能向片材施加规定的压力。
2.一种熔敷装置,设有旋转自如的热辊和旋转自如的托辊,热辊周围设有熔敷刀且由加热器加热,托辊与热辊之问能够夹持待熔敷的重叠若干张的热塑性树脂片材;
至少在熔敷刀的一侧面沿刀尖设有压紧体,此压紧体下端与刀尖之之间的距离为,当刀尖切入待熔敷热塑性树脂片材时,压紧体得以轻度按压上述热塑性树脂片材那种程度的距离,在熔敷时,压紧体压接于片材上表面,能向片材施加规定的压力;
上述压紧体由耐热性构件形成,同时,压紧体被设置成能向刀尖方向进退自如,用赋能装置驱动其向刀尖方向运动。
3.一种熔敷装置,设有旋转自如的热辊和旋转自如的托辊,热辊周围设有熔敷刀且由加热器加热,托辊与热辊之间能够夹持待熔敷的重叠若干张的热塑性树脂片材;
至少在熔敷刀的一侧面沿刀尖设有压紧体,此压紧体下端与刀尖之间的距离为,当刀尖切入待熔敷热塑性树脂片材时,压紧体得以轻度按压上述热塑性树脂片材那种程度的距离,在熔敷时,压紧体压接于片材上表面,能向片材施加规定的压力;
上述压紧体设置能向刀尖方向进退自如,并能固定在规定的位置。
4.按权利要求2或3中所述熔敷装置,其特征在于:上述托辊是用耐热弹性体将其圆周表面包覆的。
5.按权利要求2或3中所述熔敷装置,其特征在于:在熔敷刀的两个侧面上设有压紧体。
6.按权利要求2或3中所述熔敷装置,其特征在于:压紧体是耐热弹性体。
7.按权利要求2或3中所述熔敷装置,其特征在于:设有冷却压紧体用的冷却手段。
8.按权利要求2或3中所述熔敷装置,其特征在于:这是一种不熔断的、相互熔融粘着的使重叠2张以上的待熔敷热塑性树脂片材相互熔融粘着的熔敷装置,在其刀尖处有一个与待熔敷热塑性树脂片材表面相接触的接触面。
9.按权利要求2或3所述熔敷装置,其特征在于:在所说接触面上设有压花突起。
11.一种熔敷装置,在将重叠2张以上的热塑性树脂熔断的同时,还使这些片材相互熔融粘着;
经加热器加热后,熔敷重叠若干张的热塑性树脂片材用的熔敷刀,至少在其一侧沿刀尖设置压紧体,此压紧体下端与刀尖之间的距离为,当刀尖切入待熔敷的热塑性树脂片材时压紧体得以轻度按压上述热塑性树脂片材那种程度的距离,熔敷时压紧体压接于片材上表面,能向片材施加规定的压力;
上述压紧体是耐热弹性体;
本装置具有第1种温度设定手段、第2种温度设定手段、还有加压力设定手段;第1种温度设定手段是,使熔敷时的熔敷刀温度低于熔断时的熔敷刀温度;第2种温度设定手段是,使支持着热塑性树脂片材的承受台(下刀)的温度高于熔断时承受台(下刀)的温度;加压力设定手段能够设定熔敷时熔敷刀的加压力。
