本发明公开了一种手机屏幕裂纹检测仪,包括机架主体、滑轮和开关,所述滑轮设置在机架主体四边底部,开关安装在机架主体上面,其特征是:所述机架主体上方两侧安装有支架,支架上面通过旋转手柄安装有可调节显示屏一和可调节显示屏二;所述机架主体上面设置有导轨,导轨上面设置有传送板,传送板下方连接有传送链,所述机架主体上面还设置有检测箱。与现有技术相比,本发明具有节省人力和检测效率高的优点,具有广阔的市场前景。

手机屏幕裂纹检测仪
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种检测仪,具体的是,是一种手机屏幕裂纹检测仪。 
背景技术
随着手机彩屏的逐渐普遍,手机屏幕的材质也越来越显得重要。手机的彩色屏幕因为LCD品质和研发技术不同而有所差异,其种类大致有TFT、TFD、UFB、STN和OLED几种。一般来说能显示的颜色越多越能显示复杂的图象,画面的层次也更丰富。 
除去上面这几大类LCD外,还能在一些手机上看到其他的一些LCD,比如日本SHARP的GF屏幕和CG(连续结晶硅)LCD。两种LCD相比较属于完全不同的种类,GF为STN的改良,能够提高LCD的亮度,而CG则是高精度优质LCD可以达到QVGA(240×320)像素规格的分辨率。 
手机屏幕(Touch panel)又称为触控面板,是个可接收触头等输入讯号的感应式液晶显示装置,当接触了屏幕上的图形按钮时,屏幕上的触觉反馈系统可根据预先编程的程式驱动各种连结装置,可用以取代机械式的按钮面板,并借由液晶显示画面制造出生动的影音效果。 
目前,手机屏幕在组装之前都会对质量进行检查,确保表面没有裂纹,达到出厂合格要求。在手机组装车间中,对手机屏幕的裂纹检测都是靠人工肉眼来检测,这样具有以下缺点:人工易疲劳,造成产品不合格率增多;2、检测速度慢,不能满足大批量组装需要。因此,研发一种可以对手机屏幕自动检测的机器是目前急需解决的问题。 
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足和缺点,提供一种手机屏幕裂纹检测仪,通过采用自动化仪器对手机屏幕的裂纹检测,来解决目前手机装配车间手机屏幕人工检测易疲劳和检测速度慢的问题。 
为实现本发明的目的,本发明采用的技术方案是: 
手机屏幕裂纹检测仪,包括机架主体、滑轮和开关,所述滑轮设置在机架主体四边底部,开关安装在机架主体上面,其特征是:所述机架主体上方两侧安装有支架,支架上面通过旋转手柄安装有可调节显示屏一和可调节显示屏二;所述机架主体上面设置有导轨,导轨上面设置有传送板,传送板下方连接有传送链,所述机架主体上面还设置有检测箱。
所述检测箱包括架体、活动挡板和滑动气缸,所述活动挡板设置在架体两边,滑动气缸横向安装在架体内部下方,滑动气缸上方对面的架体上面设置有固定导轨,所述滑动气缸上面设置有竖架,竖架上面设置有横梁,横梁一端扣合在固定导轨上面,所述横梁上面设置有滑动升降竖架,滑动升降竖架下方连接有十字架。 
所述十字架四边设置有活动机械臂、下方设置有检测仪。 
所述检测箱旁边设置有报警器,报警器下方设置有控制电器箱。 
所述传送板上面设置有屏幕放置架,屏幕放置架一边设置有手柄。 
所述检测箱前方设置有透视面板,透视面板采用透明有机玻璃制成。 
本发明的优点在于:通过利用自动化仪器检测取代人力肉眼检测,这样检测速度快,不合格率低,有效低解决了现有手机装配车间手机屏幕人工检测易疲劳和检测速度慢的问题。与现有技术相比,本发明具有节省人力和检测效率高的优点,具有广阔的市场前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例做详细说明:本实施例是以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。 
如图1和图2所示,本实施例包括:手机屏幕裂纹检测仪,包括机架主体10、滑轮12和开关13,所述滑轮12设置在机架主体10四边底部,开关13安装在机架主体10上面,所述机架主体10上方两侧安装有支架6,支架6上面通过旋转手柄2安装有可调节显示屏一1和可调节显示屏二5;所述机架主体10上面设置有导轨15,导轨15上面设置有传送板8,传送板8下方连接有传送链14,所述机架主体10上面还设置有检测箱3。 
检测箱3包括架体25、活动挡板28和滑动气缸27,所述活动挡板28设置在架体25两边,滑动气缸27横向安装在架体25内部下方,滑动气缸27上方对面的架体25上面设置有固定导轨18,所述滑动气缸27上面设置有竖架21,竖架21上面设置有横梁17,横梁17一端扣合在固定导轨18上面,所述横梁17上面设置有滑动升降竖架22,滑动升降竖架22下方连接有十字架19。 
十字架19四边设置有活动机械臂24、下方设置有检测仪20;检测箱3旁边设置有报警器4,报警器4下方设置有控制电器箱11;传送板8上面设置有屏幕放置架7,屏幕放置架7一边设置有手柄9;检测箱3前方设置有透视面板16,操作人员可以看清内部工作情况,透视面板16采用透明有机玻璃制成,这样不易损坏,使用寿命长。 
本发明的使用方法是,操作人员将待检测手机屏幕放置在传送板8上面的屏幕放置架7上面,通过开关13将仪器启动,传送链14将传送板8带动穿过活动挡板28进入检测箱3内,操作人员可以通过可调节显示屏一1和可调节显示屏二5来观察检测箱3内被检测屏幕的影像,同时也可以通过旋转手柄2调节可调节显示屏一1和可调节显示屏二5的高度满足实际生产需要。 
屏幕放置架7进入检测箱3之后,滑动气缸27带动横梁17做横向运动,横梁17一端与固定导轨18扣合这样移动稳定,竖架21带动滑动升降竖架22在横梁17上面做纵向运动,这样十字架19下方的检测仪20可以对传送板8上面的屏幕放置架7上面的多个屏幕进行检查,当被检测的屏幕有裂纹时,十字架19四边的活动机械臂24将该屏幕放置架7夹起,操作人员将检测箱前方的透视面板16打开,将有问题的屏幕取出。当传送板8上面的屏幕被检测完成后,工作人员通过手柄9将传送板8取下机架主体10。 

Claims (6)

1.手机屏幕裂纹检测仪,包括机架主体(10)、滑轮(12)和开关(13),所述滑轮(12)设置在机架主体(10)四边底部,开关(13)安装在机架主体(10)上面,其特征是:所述机架主体(10)上方两侧安装有支架(6),支架(6)上面通过旋转手柄(2)安装有可调节显示屏一(1)和可调节显示屏二(5);所述机架主体(10)上面设置有导轨(15),导轨(15)上面设置有传送板(8),传送板(8)下方连接有传送链(14),所述机架主体(10)上面还设置有检测箱(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手机屏幕裂纹检测仪,其特征是:所述检测箱(3)包括架体(25)、活动挡板(28)和滑动气缸(27),所述活动挡板(28)设置在架体(25)两边,滑动气缸(27)横向安装在架体(25)内部下方,滑动气缸(27)上方对面的架体(25)上面设置有固定导轨(18),所述滑动气缸(27)上面设置有竖架(21),竖架(21)上面设置有横梁(17),横梁(17)一端扣合在固定导轨(18)上面,所述横梁(17)上面设置有滑动升降竖架(22),滑动升降竖架(22)下方连接有十字架(19)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的手机屏幕裂纹检测仪,其特征是:所述十字架(19)四边设置有活动机械臂(24)、下方设置有检测仪(20)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的手机屏幕裂纹检测仪,其特征是:所述检测箱(3)旁边设置有报警器(4),报警器(4)下方设置有控制电器箱(11)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的手机屏幕裂纹检测仪,其特征是:所述传送板(8)上面设置有屏幕放置架(7),屏幕放置架(7)一边设置有手柄(9)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的手机屏幕裂纹检测仪,其特征是:所述检测箱(3)前方设置有透视面板(16),透视面板(16)采用透明有机玻璃制成。
