一种耐高温绿色环保的保鲜膜及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及材料领域,尤其涉及到一种耐高温绿色环保的保鲜膜及其生产工艺。
背景技术
保鲜膜是一种塑料包装制品,通常以乙烯为母料通过聚合反应制成,主要用于微波炉食品加热、冰箱食物保存、生鲜及熟食包装等场合,在家庭生活、超市卖场、宾馆饭店及工业生产的食品包装领域都有广泛应用。根据所用材料及添加塑化剂不同,保鲜膜分为多种类型,可适用于不同的场合。保鲜膜以其方便、经济、美观的特点受到了人们的青睐。然而,由于在生产过程中普遍添加了塑化剂,保鲜膜对人体健康的影响也受到了人们的关注。市场上出售的绝大部分保鲜膜和常用的塑料袋都是以乙烯母料为原材料,根据乙烯母料的不同种类,保鲜膜可分为三大类。第一种是聚乙烯,简称PE,这种材料主要用于食品的包装,我们平常买回来的水果、蔬菜用的这个膜,包括在超市采购回来的半成品都用的是这种材料;第二种是聚氯乙烯,简称PVC,这种材料也可以用于食品包装,但它对人体的安全性有一定的影响;第三种是聚偏二氯乙烯,简称PVDC,主要用于一些熟食、火腿等产品的包装。PE和PVDC普遍耐高温性能不够,而PVC保鲜膜又含有致癌物质,对人体危害较大,现研究一种即耐高温又绿色环保的保鲜膜,采用PMP(聚甲基丙烯)材质,具有安全无毒、透明度高、耐高温等特点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种安全无毒、耐高温、绿色环保的保鲜膜。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种耐高温绿色环保的保鲜膜,其特征在于,包括:聚甲基丙烯、抗氧化剂、起云剂、增韧剂、敏化剂,其中各种组分配比为:聚甲基丙烯80-120份、抗氧化剂0.5-1.5份、起云剂0.5-1.5份、增韧剂0.5-1.5份、敏化剂1.5-2.5份。
优选的,所述以重量计的各原料为:聚甲基丙烯95-105份、抗氧化剂0.8-1.2份、起云剂0.8-1.2份、增韧剂0.8-1.2份、敏化剂1.8-2.2份。
优选的,所述抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚。
优选的,所述增韧剂为丙烯酸酯类聚合物。
优选的,所述敏化剂为安息香二甲醚或者苯甲酮。
一种绿色环保的保鲜膜的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)挤出制膜工艺:按重量比取所述各种原料,加热溶化后挤出,利用原料柔软可拉伸的特性,通过使内部充气膨胀而生成薄膜。
(2)分卷,切割工艺:将卷成的薄膜按照不同尺寸的产品规格进行卷膜切割。
(3)装箱,出货:检查合格的保鲜膜装箱成品。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用PMP(聚甲基丙烯)材质,具有耐高温、安全无毒的性能;使用敏化剂可以使产品更加的容易分解,且分解后的产物无污染,具有绿色环保的性能。

实施例一:
一种耐高温绿色环保的保鲜膜,包括以重量计的各原料为:聚甲基丙烯80份、抗氧化剂0.5份、起云剂0.5份、增韧剂0.5份、敏化剂1.5份,此配方的保鲜膜耐热温度为220℃。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用PMP(聚甲基丙烯)材质,具有耐高温、安全无毒的性能;使用敏化剂可以使产品更加的容易分解,且分解后的产物无污染,具有绿色环保的性能。
实施例二:
一种耐高温绿色环保的保鲜膜,包括以重量计的各原料为:聚甲基丙烯100份、抗氧化剂1份、起云剂1份、增韧剂1份、敏化剂2份,此配方的保鲜膜耐热温度为250℃。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用PMP(聚甲基丙烯)材质,具有耐高温、安全无毒的性能;使用敏化剂可以使产品更加的容易分解,且分解后的产物无污染,具有绿色环保的性能。
实施例三:
一种耐高温绿色环保的保鲜膜,包括以重量计的各原料为:聚甲基丙烯120份、抗氧化剂1.5份、起云剂1.5份、增韧剂1.5份、敏化剂2.5份,此配方的保鲜膜耐热温度为280℃。

实施例五:
一种耐高温绿色环保的保鲜膜,包括以重量计的各原料为:聚甲基丙烯105份、抗氧化剂1.2份、起云剂1.2份、增韧剂1.2份、敏化剂2.2份,此配方的保鲜膜耐热温度为285℃。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用PMP(聚甲基丙烯)材质,具有耐高温、安全无毒的性能;使用敏化剂可以使产品更加的容易分解,且分解后的产物无污染,具有绿色环保的性能。

2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温绿色环保的保鲜膜,其特征在于,所述以重量计的各原料为:聚甲基丙烯95-105份、抗氧化剂0.8-1.2份、起云剂0.8-1.2份、增韧剂0.8-1.2份、敏化剂1.8-2.2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温绿色环保的保鲜膜,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温绿色环保的保鲜膜,其特征在于,所述增韧剂为丙烯酸酯类聚合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温绿色环保的保鲜膜,其特征在于,所述敏化剂为安息香二甲醚或者苯甲酮。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温绿色环保的保鲜膜的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)挤出制膜工艺:按重量比取所述各种原料,加热溶化后挤出,利用原料柔软可拉伸的特性,通过使内部充气膨胀而生成薄膜。
(2)分卷,切割工艺:将卷成的薄膜按照不同尺寸的产品规格进行卷膜切割。
