本发明公开了一种蚕丝保鲜膜及其制备方法。该保鲜膜包括以下原料:蚕丝12‑28份,聚乙烯,聚氯乙烯,抗菌剂,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,羟苯甲基,石蜡,维生素C,碳纤维,竹纤维,氯化钙,润滑剂,聚乙烯醇,聚羟基烷酸酯,海藻酸钠,山梨酸钾和水。将蚕丝、碳纤维和竹纤维磨碎至300‑500目,等离子处理4‑6s后得第一混合物;将聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、羟苯甲基、氯化钙、聚乙烯醇、聚羟基烷酸酯、海藻酸钠、山梨酸钾和水投入反应釜中,500‑700℃下加热14‑20分钟得第二混合物;将第一混合物和第二混合物混合,再加入抗菌剂、石蜡、维生素C和润滑剂搅拌后投入吹膜机中吹出蚕丝保鲜膜。本发明保鲜膜耐拉伸,透气性好,成本低廉,具有良好的市场前景。

本领域属于日用品领域,具体涉及一种蚕丝保鲜膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
保鲜膜是一种塑料包装制品,通常以乙烯为母料通过聚合反应制成,主要用于微波炉食品加热、冰箱食物保存、生鲜及熟食包装等场合,在家庭生活、超市卖场、宾馆饭店及工业生产的食品包装领域都有广泛应用。根据所用材料及添加塑化剂不同,保鲜膜分为多种,可适用于不同的场合。保鲜膜以其方便、经济、美观的特点备受人们的青睐。然而,由于在生产过程中普遍添加了塑化剂,保鲜膜对人体健康的影响也受到了人们的关注。尤其是在小摊点,摊主为了节省开支,用PVC保鲜膜代替PE保鲜膜,更是增加了安全隐患。
现实生活中,商家用保鲜袋包裹净菜,经常出现保鲜膜韧性不够,尤其是在包裹黄瓜、丝瓜等这种长形蔬菜,容易破裂,需要裹很多层,这不仅浪费了保鲜膜的量,还会加快水果蔬菜发霉变坏。因此需要一种韧性强,耐拉伸,且保湿性好的保鲜膜。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种蚕丝保鲜膜及其制备方法,该保鲜膜保湿性好,耐拉伸,可重复使用,且制备方法简单,可产业化。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种蚕丝保鲜膜,包括以下按重量份数计的原料:蚕丝12-28份,聚乙烯1-5份,聚氯乙烯2-8份,抗菌剂0.5-0.8份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯3-14份,羟苯甲基3-8份,石蜡2-8份,维生素C 9-15份,碳纤维3-9份,竹纤维8-19份,氯化钙3-9份,润滑剂1-3份,聚乙烯醇3-9份,聚羟基烷酸酯1-7份,海藻酸钠2-9份,山梨酸钾1-4份,水20-30份。
作为改进的是,上述蚕丝保鲜膜,包括以下按重量份数计的原料:蚕丝25份,聚乙烯4份,聚氯乙烯6份,抗菌剂0.6份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯12份,羟苯甲基6份,石蜡5份,维生素C 12份,碳纤维7份,竹纤维15份,氯化钙5份,润滑剂2份,聚乙烯醇6份,聚羟基烷酸酯5份,海藻酸钠7份,山梨酸钾2份,水25份。

步骤1,将蚕丝、碳纤维和竹纤维磨碎至300-500目,等离子处理4-6s后得第一混合物;
步骤2,将聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、羟苯甲基、氯化钙、聚乙烯醇、聚羟基烷酸酯、海藻酸钠、山梨酸钾和水投入反应釜中,500-700℃下加热14-20分钟得第二混合物;
步骤3,将第一混合物和第二混合物混合,再加入抗菌剂、石蜡、维生素C和润滑剂搅拌后投入吹膜机中吹出蚕丝保鲜膜。
作为改进的是,步骤1中等离子频率为100-200W。
作为改进的是,步骤3中搅拌速度为400-500rpm,吹膜机的吹膜温度为120-150℃。
有益效果
本发明蚕丝保鲜膜保鲜效果好,耐拉伸,且制备方法简单,成本低廉,另外,本发明保鲜膜亦可作为腰部减肥用品使用,透气性好,不易过敏。

实施例1
一种蚕丝保鲜膜,包括以下按重量份数计的原料:蚕丝12份,聚乙烯1份,聚氯乙烯2份,抗菌剂0.5份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯3份,羟苯甲基3份,石蜡2份,维生素C 9份,碳纤维3份,竹纤维8份,氯化钙3份,润滑剂1份,聚乙烯醇3份,聚羟基烷酸酯1份,海藻酸钠2份,山梨酸钾1份,水20份。
上述蚕丝保鲜膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将蚕丝、碳纤维和竹纤维磨碎至300目,100W等离子处理4s后得第一混合物;
步骤2,将聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、羟苯甲基、氯化钙、聚乙烯醇、聚羟基烷酸酯、海藻酸钠、山梨酸钾和水投入反应釜中,500℃下加热14分钟得第二混合物;
步骤3,将第一混合物和第二混合物混合,再加入抗菌剂、石蜡、维生素C和润滑剂以400rpm的速度搅拌后投入吹膜机中120℃下吹出蚕丝保鲜膜。
实施例2
一种蚕丝保鲜膜,包括以下按重量份数计的原料:蚕丝25份,聚乙烯4份,聚氯乙烯6份,抗菌剂0.6份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯12份,羟苯甲基6份,石蜡5份,维生素C 12份,碳纤维7份,竹纤维15份,氯化钙5份,润滑剂2份,聚乙烯醇6份,聚羟基烷酸酯5份,海藻酸钠7份,山梨酸钾2份,水25份。
其中,所述抗菌剂为银纳米溶液。

步骤1,将蚕丝、碳纤维和竹纤维磨碎至400目,150W等离子处理5s后得第一混合物;
步骤2,将聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、羟苯甲基、氯化钙、聚乙烯醇、聚羟基烷酸酯、海藻酸钠、山梨酸钾和水投入反应釜中,600℃下加热15分钟得第二混合物;
步骤3,将第一混合物和第二混合物混合,再加入抗菌剂、石蜡、维生素C和润滑剂以450rpm的速度搅拌后投入吹膜机中130℃下吹出蚕丝保鲜膜。

一种蚕丝保鲜膜,包括以下按重量份数计的原料:蚕丝28份,聚乙烯5份,聚氯乙烯8份,抗菌剂0.8份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯14份,羟苯甲基8份,石蜡8份,维生素C 15份,碳纤维9份,竹纤维19份,氯化钙9份,润滑剂3份,聚乙烯醇9份,聚羟基烷酸酯7份,海藻酸钠9份,山梨酸钾4份,水30份。
其中,所述抗菌剂为银纳米溶液。
上述蚕丝保鲜膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将蚕丝、碳纤维和竹纤维磨碎至500目,200W等离子处理6s后得第一混合物;
步骤2,将聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、羟苯甲基、氯化钙、聚乙烯醇、聚羟基烷酸酯、海藻酸钠、山梨酸钾和水投入反应釜中, 700℃下加热20分钟得第二混合物;
步骤3,将第一混合物和第二混合物混合,再加入抗菌剂、石蜡、维生素C和润滑剂以500rpm的速度搅拌后投入吹膜机中150℃下吹出蚕丝保鲜膜。

性能试验
将本发明实施例1-3和对比例1的蚕丝保鲜膜进行测试,所得数据如下表所示。
从上表数据可以看出,本发明的蚕丝保鲜膜耐拉伸能力强,透气率高,经过等离子处理后得蚕丝保鲜膜拉伸能力提高1-1.5倍,更具有实用性。另外,制备过程简单,原料间混合充分,膜质地均一、成本低,尤其适合包裹长形水果。

1.一种蚕丝保鲜膜,其特征在于,包括以下按重量份数计的原料:蚕丝12-28份,聚乙烯1-5份,聚氯乙烯2-8份,抗菌剂0.5-0.8份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯3-14份,羟苯甲基3-8份,石蜡2-8份,维生素C 9-15份,碳纤维3-9份,竹纤维8-19份,氯化钙3-9份,润滑剂1-3份,聚乙烯醇3-9份,聚羟基烷酸酯1-7份,海藻酸钠2-9份,山梨酸钾1-4份,水20-30份。

步骤2,将聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、羟苯甲基、氯化钙、聚乙烯醇、聚羟基烷酸酯、海藻酸钠、山梨酸钾和水投入反应釜中,500-700℃下加热14-20分钟得第二混合物;
步骤3,将第一混合物和第二混合物混合,再加入抗菌剂、石蜡、维生素C和润滑剂搅拌后投入吹膜机中吹出蚕丝保鲜膜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的蚕丝保鲜膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1中等离子频率为100-200W。
