背景技术
保鲜膜是一种塑料包装制品,通常以乙烯为母料通过聚合反应制成。为延长食品高新鲜度的保持期,最大限度的防止食品的腐败变质,需要使用保鲜膜来解决这一问题。保鲜膜可用于微波炉食品加热、冰箱食物保存、生鲜及熟食包装等场合,在家庭生活、超市卖场、宾馆饭店及工业生产的食品包装领域都有广泛应用。保鲜膜以其方便、经济、美观的特点受到了人们的青睐。然而,由于在生产过程中普遍添加了塑化剂,保鲜膜对人体健康的影响也受到了人们的关注。但传统的保鲜膜缺乏抗菌性,安全性不佳,需进一步改进,研究出抗菌性保鲜膜,抗菌性保鲜膜能杀死或抑制食品在加工、储运和处理过程中存留于表面的微生物,延长食品的货架期和安全性。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种抗菌性保鲜膜,具有优异的抗菌性,可延长了所保鲜物品的贮藏期,安全性高,对人体无害,而且生产效率高,使用寿命长。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种抗菌性保鲜膜,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
壳聚糖2-4份,甘油0.8-1.2份,聚四氟乙烯粉粒4-7份,松香树脂3-6份,聚和改性物6-10份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯4-8份,液体硅胶0.1-0.2份,甜杏仁油0.5-1.5份,玉米醇溶蛋白2-4份,甘油6-8份,偶氮二甲酰胺5-8份,玻璃纤维4-6份,乙二醇单硬脂酸酯7-9份,改性珍珠陶土4-8份。
