保健品是指不以治疗疾病为目的,但具有一定营养性和保健性的食品,其能供各类特定人群长期服用,以达到调节人体机能、补充营养元素和促进新陈代谢等作用;市场上的保健品大体可以分为一般性保健食品、保健药品、保健化妆品和保健用品等,保健食品具有食品性质,例如茶、酒、蜂制品、饮品、汤品、鲜汁、药膳等;保健药品具有营养性、食物性天然药品性质,较多见有带“健”字批号的药品;保健化妆品具有化妆品性质,例如保健香水、霜膏、漱口水等;保健用品具有日常生活用品的性质,例如健身器、按摩器、磁水器、健香袋、衣服鞋帽、垫毯等;近些年来,随着大家健康保健意识的不断增强,保健食品市场也空前火爆,常见有增强免疫力的、辅助降血脂的、辅助降血糖的、抗氧化的、辅助改善记忆的、缓解视疲劳的、促进排铅的、清咽的、辅助降血压的、改善睡眠的、促进泌乳的、缓解体力疲劳的、提高缺氧耐受力的、对辐射危害有辅助保护功能的、减肥的、改善生长发育的、增加骨密度的、改善营养性贫血的和对化学性肝损伤的辅助保护作用等的保健食品,其配料大都数是从天然植物、蔬菜、水果及奶制品等物质中提取相关的成份,例如有中国专利2013106926184公开的含王不留行和独活的保健品,中国专利2014100289327公开的含参类、肉苁蓉、菟丝子、枸杞、韭菜子和淫羊藿等的保健品,中国专利201310726523X公开的含亚麻酸、黑醋栗萃取物、花青素、维他命A、葡萄糖酸锌、维他命B6和维他命B12等的保健品,中国专利921145810公开的含动物脑组织提取物、黄芪、甘草和蜂蜜等中药成分的保健品,中国专利931088488公开的含螺旋藻、南瓜精粉和绞股兰的保健品等等。
众所周知,在辽阔的海洋中含有非常丰富的生物资源,包括海洋动物、海洋植物及微生物等众多种类,其中海胆具有较高的营养价值和药用价值,是著名的八珍之一,其所含的海胆黄,不但味道鲜美,更含有多种对健康有益的不饱和脂肪酸、磷脂、维生素A、D各种氨基酸及磷、铁、钙等营养成分;其药用功效也不可小觑,它性味咸、平,有制酸止痛、软坚散结、化瘀消肿、清热消炎、健脾强肾、舒筋活血、滋阴补阳等功效,主要用于治疗颈淋巴结核、积痰不化、胸肋胀痛,并具有预防心血管病,降低人体内甘油三脂和胆固醇的含量,阻止血栓形成,提高机体免疫力和安神补血等功效;海胆较为常见的吃法是与鸡蛋羹搭配或直接淋上柠檬汁、生抽和/辣芥酱生吃,目前还未见有将海胆进行进一步深加工,以开发利用其良好的营养价值与药用价值,因此本发明寻求设计一种含有海胆提取物的天然保健食品的制备方法,通过将海胆、水蚌和金鱼进行加工提取,再配以钩藤、耐冬和菠菜根等辅料,研制出一种具有排毒和防风湿功能的保健品,适于各类人群长期服用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点,设计一种海洋生物天然保健食品的制备方法,选用海胆、鱼和蚌为主要原料的提取体,再配以钩藤、耐冬根、天门冬和菠菜根等其他辅料,经科学配比加工制成具有清热、排毒、明目、化痰、消肿、平肝、止血、抗癌、抗肿瘤和防风湿等功效的保健食品。
为了实现上述目的,本发明涉及的海洋生物天然保健食品制备方法方法具体包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)对从煮熟的海胆中取出的新鲜海胆黄进行脱水处理,然后研末备用;对蒸熟后的鱼眼控温60-80℃烘烤5-10分钟后,再碾成粉末状备用;将重量比例为1:1的蚌肉与蚌泪混合搅拌均匀后,放入烤箱中控温80-100℃烘烤3-6分钟,再粉碎成粉末过80-100目筛备用;
(2)将采收的钩藤除去根、叶后留下枝茎,剪切成1-2cm小段晾晒至含水分重量百分比20-30%,再粉碎后备用;将耐冬根清洗干净后用清水浸泡3-5分钟,待润透后捞出剪切成1-2cm小段,再晾晒至含水分重量百分比20-25%后粉碎备用;将清洗干净的菠菜根放入80-100℃热水中焯2-4分钟,捞出后进行脱水处理至含水分10-20%,再粉碎成碎末状备用;将市售的天门冬打碎成0.1-0.3cm的细小碎块状备用;
(3)按重量比例分别称取步骤(1)中制得的海胆黄、鱼眼和蚌肉与步骤(2)中制得的钩藤、耐冬根、菠菜根和天门冬进行充分搅拌,混合均匀后放置在恒温100~200度条件下用常规技术进行焙干、去腥和提香,制成含水分重量百分比小于10%的混合粉末;
(4)将步骤(3)中制得的混合粉末用薄叶纸、滤纸或无纺布按照10-25克的不同规格包装成小袋,每个小袋再用塑料进行抽真空密封包装以入盒存放;或者将混合粉末填充至空心胶囊中,制成200-400毫克规格的胶囊,并压板、装盒存放。
本发明涉及的保健食品中各成分的重量百分比为:
本发明与现有技术和产品相比,从海洋动物海胆、金枪鱼和蚌中提取相关有用成分,再配以钩藤、耐冬根、天门冬和菠菜根,制成具有良好的排毒、止血、防风湿和抗肿瘤等多重功效的保健食品;其制备工艺成熟,原料天然绿色,配方新颖科学,成分配比合理,无毒副作用,保健效果好,适应人群范围广。
具体实施方式:
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1:
本实施例涉及的保健食品制备方法具体包括以下几个工艺步骤:
(1)对从煮熟的海胆中取出的新鲜海胆黄进行脱水处理,然后研末备用;对蒸熟后的鱼眼控温60-80℃烘烤5-10分钟后,再碾成粉末状备用;将重量比例为1:1的蚌肉与蚌泪混合搅拌均匀后,放入烤箱中控温80-100℃烘烤3-6分钟,再粉碎成粉末过80-100目筛备用;
(2)将采收的钩藤除去根、叶后留下枝茎,剪切成1-2cm小段晾晒至含水分重量百分比20-30%,再粉碎后备用;将耐冬根清洗干净后用清水浸泡3-5分钟,待润透后捞出剪切成1-2cm小段,再晾晒至含水分重量百分比20-25%后粉碎备用;将清洗干净的菠菜根放入80-100℃热水中焯2-4分钟,捞出后进行脱水处理至含水分10-20%,再粉碎成碎末状备用;将市售的天门冬打碎成0.1-0.3cm的细小碎块状备用;
(3)按重量比例分别称取步骤(1)中制得的海胆黄、鱼眼和蚌肉与步骤(2)中制得的钩藤、耐冬根、菠菜根和天门冬进行充分搅拌,混合均匀后放置在恒温100~200度条件下进行焙干、去腥和提香,制成含水分重量百分比小于10%的混合粉末;
(4)将步骤(3)中制得的混合粉末用薄叶纸、滤纸或无纺布按照10-25克的不同规格包装成小袋,每个小袋再用塑料进行抽真空密封包装以入盒存放;或者将混合粉末填充至空心胶囊中,制成200-400毫克规格的胶囊,并压板、装盒存放。
本实施例中各成份的重量配比为:海胆黄10克;鱼眼6克;蚌肉5克;蚌泪5克;钩藤25克;耐冬根25克;菠菜根5克;天门冬19克。
本实施例中制备的袋状保健食品经70-90℃温热水浸泡后饮用,胶囊状保健食品可直接服用;其中含有的海胆黄能够清热消炎、健脾强肾、舒筋活血、滋阴补阳、抗凝血;鱼眼有助于明目、清肝;蚌肉能够清热、滋阴、明目、解毒,治烦热、消渴、血崩、带下、痔瘘、目赤、湿疹;蚌泪能够清热、安胎、消痰、除湿,可治消渴、赤眼、烫伤;钩藤能清热、平肝、熄风、止痉,减轻高血压引起的头晕、头痛、心慌、气促和失眠等症状;耐冬根具有凉血、止血、散瘀和消肿的作用;菠菜根能通血脉、开胸膈、下气调中、止渴润燥、解湿毒;天门冬能够养阴生津、润肺清心,用于肺燥干咳、虚劳咳嗽、津伤口渴、心烦失眠、内热消渴和肠燥便秘;本实施例中制备的成品保健食品具有熄风止痉、散瘀止痛、舒筋活血等功效,特别适宜具有风湿、类风湿或通风等症状的人群长期服用。
实施例2:
本实施例的加工制备工艺同实施例1,其制成的成品保健食品具有良好的清热消炎、健脾强肾、止咳润燥等功效,特别适宜肝火旺盛、心烦气躁的人群服用;所含各成份包括:海胆黄20克;鱼眼10克;蚌肉5克;蚌泪5克;钩藤20克;耐冬根20克;菠菜根10克;天门冬10克。
实施例3:
本实施例的加工制备工艺同实施例1,其制成的成品保健食品能够去烦热、开胸膈、解湿毒,有效缓解高血压症状,特别适宜中老年人长期服用;所含各成份包括:海胆黄15克;鱼眼5克;蚌肉10克;蚌泪10克;钩藤22克;耐冬根20克;菠菜根8克;天门冬10克。
实施例4:
本实施例的加工制备工艺同实施例1,其制成的成品保健食品具有良好的清热消炎、健脾强肾、止咳润燥等功效,特别适宜肝火旺盛、心烦气躁的人群服用;所含各成份包括:海胆黄12克;鱼眼8克;蚌肉6克;蚌泪6克;钩藤21克;耐冬根24克;菠菜根6克;天门冬14克。
实施例5:
本实施例的具体加工制备工艺同实施例1,其制成的保健食品的各项指标均达到发明目的要求,并具有良好的清肝明目和解毒凉血等功效,特别适宜广大青少年服用;所含各成份包括:海胆黄18克;鱼眼9克;蚌肉8克;蚌泪8克;钩藤20克;耐冬根22克;菠菜根5克;天门冬10克。
Claims (2)
1.一种海洋生物天然保健食品制备方法,其特征在于具体包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)对从煮熟的海胆中取出的新鲜海胆黄进行脱水处理,然后研末备用;对蒸熟后的鱼眼控温60-80℃烘烤5-10分钟后,再碾成粉末状备用;将重量比例为1:1的蚌肉与蚌泪混合搅拌均匀后,放入烤箱中控温80-100℃烘烤3-6分钟,再粉碎成粉末过80-100目筛备用;
(2)将采收的钩藤除去根、叶后留下枝茎,剪切成1-2cm小段晾晒至含水分重量百分比20-30%,再粉碎后备用;将耐冬根清洗干净后用清水浸泡3-5分钟,待润透后捞出剪切成1-2cm小段,再晾晒至含水分重量百分比20-25%后粉碎备用;将清洗干净的菠菜根放入80-100℃热水中焯2-4分钟,捞出后进行脱水处理至含水分10-20%,再粉碎成碎末状备用;将市售的天门冬打碎成0.1-0.3cm的细小碎块状备用;
(3)按重量比例分别称取步骤(1)中制得的海胆黄、鱼眼和蚌肉与步骤(2)中制得的钩藤、耐冬根、菠菜根和天门冬进行充分搅拌,混合均匀后放置在恒温100~200度条件下用常规技术进行焙干、去腥和提香,制成含水分重量百分比小于10%的混合粉末;
(4)将步骤(3)中制得的混合粉末用薄叶纸、滤纸或无纺布按照10-25克的不同规格包装成小袋,每个小袋再用塑料进行抽真空密封包装以入盒存放;或者将混合粉末填充至空心胶囊中,制成200-400毫克规格的胶囊,并压板、装盒存放。
