本发明公开了一种双管式水冷防拉丝浇口套,浇口套管(1)外设置有外管(3),外管(3)的管壁与浇口套管(1)的管壁之间形成两端密封的空腔;出水口(5)处设置有出水挡板(6),出水挡板(6)与出水口(5)所在的外管(3)的管壁之间形成出水通道(8);出水挡板(6)的底面与外管(3)的底面之间设置有距离;浇口套管(1)的底部管壁厚度小于顶部管壁厚度。本发明冷却水从进水口进入空腔,然后通过出水挡板下端的连通进入到出水通道,通过出水口流出,冷却水能够从空腔上端流入,空腔底部已经吸收过热量的冷却水通过出水通道流出,冷却效果好,同时,在防止拉丝的前提下,不影响浇口套的使用寿命。

双管式水冷防拉丝浇口套
技术领域
本发明涉及模具技术领域,尤其涉及一种双管式水冷防拉丝浇口套。
背景技术
浇口套使熔融的塑料材料从注塑机的喷嘴注入到模具内部,用于连接成型模具与注塑机的金属配件,由于熔融的塑料材料流经浇口套时将热量传递给浇口套,浇口套被不停的加热,浇口套容易过热开裂,影响浇口套的使用寿命;同时,为了防止浇口套过热开裂,现有技术中,浇口套通过增加壁厚,防止过热开裂,这样,导致浇口套脱离模具时拉丝现象严重。
专利203449552公开了一种模具浇口套,通过在浇口套的外表面设置若干散热槽,增加了浇口套的散热效果,延长浇口套的使用寿命,但是,仅仅通过浇口套表面自身散热,散热速度慢,散热效果差。
专利203495175公开了一种用于高压铸模的新型浇口套结构,本发明通过在浇口套的外壁设置多条由上至下布置的凸台,使各凸台之间形成供冷却水循环的冷却水道,通过对隔水套内注入冷却水,保证了冷却水在同一方向内循环流动性,通过冷却水降低了浇口套的温度,但是,该结构冷却水设置在螺旋状环绕在浇口套管壁的隔水套内,浇口套与冷却水接触的面积有限,且隔水套半径小,容易堵塞隔水套,对冷却水要求高。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种双管式水冷防拉丝浇口套。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:双管式水冷防拉丝浇口套,包括浇口套管,浇口套管中间设置有流胶通道,浇口套管外设置有外管,浇口套管的两端伸出外管,外管的管壁与浇口套管的管壁之间设置有缝隙,外管的两端与浇口套管的管壁密封连接,这样外管的管壁与浇口套管的管壁之间形成两端密封的空腔,这个空腔就是冷却水的容置腔,浇口套管管壁将热量传递给冷却水。
外管的上端设置有进水口和出水口,出水口处设置有出水挡板,出水挡板设置在出水口的进水方向处,出水挡板设置在外管与浇口套管的空腔内,出水挡板顶端与外管的顶端固定密封连接,出水挡板的侧面与外管内壁固定密封连接,出水挡板的底面与外管的底面之间设置有距离,出水挡板与浇口套管和外管管壁之间均留有缝隙,出水挡板把浇口套管与外管管壁之间形成的空腔隔开成两个腔,这两个腔底部相通,出水挡板与出水口所在的外管管壁之间形成的腔成为出水通道,这样,冷却水从进水口进入空腔,然后通过出水挡板下端的连通进入到出水通道,通过出水口流出。
浇口套管的底部管壁厚度小于顶部管壁厚度,浇口套管成倒锥形。
浇口套管的底部管壁厚度为2mm~5mm,浇口套管的顶部管壁厚度为6mm~10mm。浇口套管的塑料材料流出口管壁变薄,能够防止拉丝,同时,由于冷却水通过外管顶部的进水口进入冷却水的容置空腔后,吸收热量后,水温增加,当冷却水到达空腔下部时,水温不会过冷,浇口套管管壁厚度变薄,不会因为管壁由于突然由于接触温度较低的冷却水导致开裂,同时,由于管壁厚度变薄,散热速度快,浇口套管管壁也不会由于过热开裂。这样,在防止拉丝的前提下,又不影响浇口套的使用寿命。
浇口套管顶端伸出外管的一端设置有定位圈7,防止浇口套在使用过程中产生位移。
出水挡板的底面与外管的底面之间的距离为0.5cm~1.5cm。
进水口和出水口设置在外管的同一条直径的截面上。这样,进水口和出水口对称设置,能够保证冷却水在空腔中循环流程。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果有:本发明冷却水从进水口进入空腔,然后通过出水挡板下端的连通进入到出水通道,通过出水口流出,冷却水能够从上端流入空腔,空腔底部已经吸收过热量的冷却水通过出水通道流出,冷却水充分与浇口套管接触,冷却效果好。
进一步地,浇口套管的塑料材料流出口管壁变薄,能够防止拉丝,同时,由于冷却水通过外管顶部的进水口进入冷却水的容置空腔后,吸收热量后,水温增加,当冷却水到达空腔下部时,水温不会过冷,浇口套管管壁厚度变薄,不会因为管壁由于突然由于接触温度较低的冷却水导致开裂,同时,由于管壁厚度变薄,散热速度快,浇口套管管壁也不会由于过热开裂。这样,在防止拉丝的前提下,又不影响浇口套的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1所示,双管式水冷防拉丝浇口套,包括浇口套管1,浇口套管1中间设置有流胶通道2,浇口套管1外设置有外管3,浇口套管1的两端伸出外管3,外管3的管壁与浇口套管1的管壁之间设置有缝隙,外管3的两端与浇口套管1的管壁密封连接,这样外管3的管壁与浇口套管1的管壁之间形成两端密封的空腔,这个空腔就是冷却水的容置腔,浇口套管1管壁将热量传递给冷却水。
如图2所示,外管3的上端设置有进水口4和出水口5,出水口5处设置有出水挡板6,出水挡板设置在出水口的进水方向处,出水挡板6设置在外管3与浇口套管1的空腔内,出水挡板6顶端与外管3的顶端固定密封连接,出水挡板6的侧面与外管3内壁固定密封连接,出水挡板6的底面与外管3的底面之间设置有距离,出水挡板6与浇口套管1和外管管壁之间均留有缝隙,出水挡板6把浇口套管与外管3管壁之间形成的空腔隔开成两个腔,这两个腔底部相通,出水挡板6与出水口所在的外管3管壁之间形成的腔成为出水通道8,这样,冷却水从进水口4进入空腔,然后通过出水挡板6下端的连通进入到出水通道8,通过出水口5流出。
浇口套管1的底部管壁厚度小于顶部管壁厚度,浇口套管1成倒锥形。
浇口套管1的底部管壁厚度为2mm~5mm,浇口套管1的顶部管壁厚度为6mm~10mm。浇口套管的塑料材料流出口管壁变薄,能够防止拉丝,在防止拉丝的前提下,又不影响浇口套的使用寿命。
浇口套管1顶端伸出外管的一端设置有定位圈7,防止浇口套在使用过程中产生位移。
出水挡板6的底面与外管3的底面之间的距离为0.5cm~1.5cm。
进水口4和出水口5设置在外管3的同一条直径的截面上。这样,进水口4和出水口5对称设置,能够保证冷却水在空腔中循环流程。

1.双管式水冷防拉丝浇口套,包括浇口套管(1),所述浇口套管(1)中间设置有流胶通道(2),其特征在于,所述浇口套管(1)外设置有外管(3),所述浇口套管(1)的两端伸出外管(3),所述外管(3)的管壁与浇口套管(1)的管壁之间设置有缝隙,所述外管(3)的两端与浇口套管(1)的管壁密封连接,外管(3)的管壁与浇口套管(1)的管壁之间形成两端密封的空腔;
所述外管(3)的上端设置有进水口(4)和出水口(5),所述出水口(5)处设置有出水挡板(6),所述出水挡板(6)设置在外管(3)与浇口套管(1)的空腔内,所述出水挡板(6)顶端与外管(3)的顶端固定密封连接,所述出水挡板(6)的侧面与外管(3)内壁固定密封连接,所述出水挡板(6)与所述出水口(5)所在的外管(3)的管壁之间形成出水通道(8);
所述出水挡板(6)的底面与外管(3)的底面之间设置有距离,所述出水挡板(6)与浇口套管(1)和外管(3)管壁之间均留有缝隙;
所述浇口套管(1)的底部管壁厚度小于顶部管壁厚度;
所述浇口套管(1)的底部管壁厚度为2mm~5mm,所述浇口套管(1)的顶部管壁厚度为6mm~10mm;
所述出水挡板(6)的底面与外管(3)的底面之间的距离为0.5cm~1.5cm。
