本发明涉及食品的技术领域,具体地说是一种保健营养馒头。 
背景技术
馒头是中华民族传统食用面食,常见的是用精面粉制作馒头,近年来为保健需要,出现了各种添加有粗粮的馒头,但还不能满足食用与保健相统一的需要。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种降脂、降压、抗癌的保健营养馒头。 
本发明采用的技术方案是,一种保健营养馒头,由全麦小麦粉、玉米粉、大豆粉、薏苡仁粉和决明子粉组成,所述各原料的重量百分比为:20-30%全麦小麦粉,20-30%玉米粉,20-30%大豆粉,4-7%薏苡仁粉,1-3%决明子粉。 
进一步地说,所述制作工艺是将上述原料、水、酵母按重量比1:3:0.02的比例搅和,待发酵后,分离制成乒乓球形大小的面团,上笼屉蒸熟即可。 
本发明的优点具有降脂、降压、抗癌功效,材料营养提高。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健营养馒头,其特征在于,所述制作工艺是将上述原料、水、酵母按重量比1:3:0.02的比例搅和,待发酵后,分离制成乒乓球形大小的面团,上笼屉蒸熟即可。
