技术领域

背景技术
在滑模浇铸中,混凝土产品在一个连续的浇铸过程中使用滑模浇铸机在浇铸台上进行浇铸。浇铸后,一个连续的混凝土浇铸件留在浇铸台上等待固化。在混凝土固化后,浇铸件被切割为限定混凝土成品的预定长度,之后混凝土成品被从浇铸台升起,并被输送至存储区或其它施工场地。
在切割后,切割后的混凝土产品或构件被立刻从浇铸台上移除,使得当最后的切割完成且成品从浇铸台被提起时,浇铸台被清洁并重新装备,为新的滑模浇铸件作好准备。
通常,固化后的混凝土浇铸件的切割使用有具有轮的框架支撑的钻石板锯来完成,这使得锯沿着浇铸台和在浇铸台上移动。锯切过程通常会产生包括冷却水、混凝土尘和切屑在内的湿浆料,该浆料散布在浇铸台上和在紧挨浇铸台或浇铸台之间的区域上。在浇铸台上的新的滑模浇铸过程开始前,需要清理这些浆料。
通常采用分离的设备对浇铸台进行清洁和再装配,特别是在大型混凝土构件制造工厂中,该分离的设备通常使用旋转刷清洁浇铸台,对浇铸台供油用于保护浇铸台的金属件,并将预张紧股线或丝线从浇铸台一端牵拉到另一端。该机械也可装配有一个或多个边刷,该边刷清洁紧挨浇铸台或浇铸台之间的区域。由Elematic Oy Ab公司生产的BedMaster就是一种这样的设备。
在清洁浇铸台并在浇铸台的长度上牵拉预张紧股线后,浇铸台就为张紧预张紧股线以及开始滑模浇铸过程作好了准备。
用于清洁和再装配的机械较昂贵,且将较多资金用于这些机械,并且因此在很多小型混凝土构件制造工厂并未使用。这些小型混凝土构件制造商采用人工清洁和再装配,由于在锯切期间产生细混凝土粉尘和岩尘,这对雇员的健康是有害的。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于锯切在浇铸台上固化的滑模浇铸混凝土产品的设备,该设备包括具有轮的框架和以可移动的方式连接到框架的混凝土锯,并且装配有用于清洁滑模浇铸台的刷擦单元。
根据本发明的设备允许在滑模浇铸混凝土产品制造期间,采用同一设备执行两个连续的生产步骤,因此可以降低制造工厂在设备方面的资金。这使得该设备对小型制造工厂也具有吸引力,该设备可以提高其自动化水平以及降低对其人员健康的危害。
有利地,该设备还包括将预张紧股线的端部附接到该设备的装置。这使得同一设备还可以用于在该设备清洁浇铸台的同时,拉动滑模浇铸台上的预张紧股线。此外,混凝土锯的配重使得所有需要的预张紧股线可同时在浇铸台上被拉动,这在现有技术中的清洁设备中通常是不可能的,这是因为现有技术中的清洁设备重量低。这减少了设备通过浇铸台的次数,从而也提高了工作的安全性。
有利地,根据本发明的设备在锯切期间首先用在沿着浇铸台移动并将固化的滑模浇铸混凝土产品锯切为预定的长度的锯切期间,并且在混凝土产品被锯切为其预定长度后,将准备好的混凝土产品提起离开浇铸台。在最后切割和成品从浇铸台移除后,该设备通过该浇铸台,且有利地,预张紧股线的端部连接到该设备,并采用刷擦单元清洁浇铸台。该单个机械操作使得在各操作之间不需要改变浇铸台上的设备,从而省去制造厂的加工升降机,这可以简化生产过程并免除由这些加工升降机引起的对人员的危害。在这些连续的生产步骤中采用单个设备还可以减少制造厂中同时操作的机械的量,这大大降低了对夹在两个操作在相邻的浇铸台上的机械之间的人员的危害。
根据本发明的设备还允许在锯切期间使用刷擦单元,因而,能够使用刷擦单元清洁板的上表面的任何残留的切屑和粉尘。
有利地,根据本发明的设备还包括单个抽吸单元,用来移除混凝土锯切过程和浇铸台刷擦过程中的粉尘。这简化了设备的结构。
有利地,在根据本发明的设备中,采用股线拉动梳将预张紧股线的端部附接到该设备,该股线拉动梳在该设备的该端部基本上水平地延伸。
有利地,根据本发明的设备装配有附加刷擦单元,用于清洁紧挨滑模浇铸台的和/或相邻滑模浇铸台之间的区域。
有利地,根据本发明的设备装配有用于给浇铸台供油的装置。该供油有助于将固化混凝土从浇铸台的表面移除,并保护浇铸台的金属部件。

图1所示的设备1包括具有轮3、3’的框架2和具有锯刀5的混凝土锯4。混凝土锯4以可移动的方式连接到框架2,使得锯或至少是锯刀5的高度和侧向取向可在滑模浇铸混凝土产品的锯切期间改变。混凝土锯4或锯刀5相对于竖直轴线的取向也是可以改变的,使得滑模浇铸混凝土产品可被锯切以具有歪斜的或倾斜的边缘,或使得滑模浇铸混凝土产品或板可在长度方向上被切成两半。
设备1的轮3、3’设定在滑模浇铸台两侧上延伸的轨道上。滑模浇铸设备以及在滑模浇铸混凝土产品上操作的其它研磨机均可以使用这些轨道。在图1所示的实施例中,轮3’由马达6驱动以使得设备1沿着浇铸台移动。
在设备1的一个端部处设有向外延伸平台7,在平台处操作人员可以操作该设备。平台7装配有两个线缆卷筒8,用于电缆的一个线缆卷筒8向设备1提供操作电力,用于水管的一个线缆卷筒8向该设备提供水。有利地,为设备1供水的同一给水器不仅用于锯切过程,还用于清洁和洗刷过程。
设备1的与平台7相反的端部连接有具有旋转刷10的刷擦单元9,该刷从浇铸台的一端侧向延伸到另一端,从而覆盖并能清洁浇铸台的宽度。刷擦单元9以竖直可调的方式连接到设备1的框架2,这使得当混凝土产品还位于浇铸台上时,可用刷擦单元洗刷并清洁混凝土产品的上表面。当一个或多个混凝土产品从浇铸台被移除时,可用刷擦单元9清洁浇铸台。
刷擦单元9还装配有抽吸单元(未显示),用以移除来自浇铸台的洗刷和清洁过程以及混凝土产品上表面的粉尘。有利地,设备1装配有单个抽吸单元,用以移除来自于锯切过程以及洗刷和清洁过程的粉尘。此外,设备1有利地还包括用于在洗刷和清洁期间向浇铸台上播洒水的装置(未显示),其提高浇铸台的清洁。
在平台7的区域内,平台7连接有股线拉动梳11,该股线拉动梳11从浇铸台的一侧大致水平地延伸至另一侧,即大致垂直于浇铸台的长度方向。股线拉动梳11具有从梳的下边缘向上延伸的凹槽,且该凹槽从梳的前表面在浇铸台的纵长方向上延伸至梳的后表面。预张紧股线的在浇铸台的长度上待拉动的端部设置在股线拉动梳11的这些凹槽中。股线拉动梳11还以可调节高度的方式连接到设备1,使得在切割过程期间,股线拉动梳11可被升高至滑模浇铸混凝土产品的上表面的上方。
有利地,设备1还装配有适当的用于给浇铸台供油以及在浇铸台上播洒油的装置(未显示)。这些装置可包括用于提供油的贮油器和用于在浇铸台上播洒油的适当的擦拭刮片。

有利地,根据本发明的设备1还装配有边刷擦单元或沟槽刷擦单元(未显示),其延伸至与浇铸台紧挨的区域。通过这种方式,设备1还能同时清洁紧挨浇铸台的区域或浇铸台之间的沟槽。
在根据本发明的设备1中,混凝土锯4的重量为整个设备提供了有利的足够的重量,使得该设备对于清洁过程以及对于拉动预张紧股线足够沉重。在现有技术的清洁设备中,为达到这些目的,需要通过坚固和沉重的结构来增加设备的重量,这提高了这些现有技术的机械的价格。

其中,所述刷擦单元(9)以可竖直调节的方式连接到所述设备的框架(2)上,用于允许使用所述刷擦单元清洁滑模浇铸台上的浇铸混凝土产品的上表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备(1),其中,所述设备进一步包括用于将预张紧股线的端部附接到所述设备的装置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备(1),其中,所述设备包括抽吸单元,所述抽吸单元用于移除来自混凝土锯切过程和浇铸台刷擦过程两者的粉尘。
