发明内容:
本发明栗香辣条制作加工工艺,以主料:栗子;辅料:粘玉米面、麦面、黄豆面;配料:食用油、胡椒粉、味精等混合烤制而成。
技术方案:
本发明栗香辣条,其配比为:栗子60%、粘玉米面20%、麦面10%、黄豆面8%;配料:食用油、食盐、胡椒粉、味精等占2%的混合经烤制而成。
有益效果:
经本发明栗香辣条制作加工工艺,加工而成的栗香辣条,鲜、香、甜、辣、酥、脆,适口性好,开胃、助消化,老少皆宜食用,益于储藏,便于携带。

d.混配:将细粉过的板栗粉、粘玉米粉、黄豆粉、麦面与食盐、胡椒粉、味精混合调均。
e.制作:先放食用油,在放温水,把混合调配均的合成面合成适合炸烤用的面料。
f.烤炸:将和好的面料用烤或炸的方法做成所需的食用品。
g.包装:将做好的成品进行袋装或盒装。
