本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种香蕉土豆培根卷,按照材料包括:
香蕉  2-3份;
土豆  1-2份;
培份  2-4份。
一种香蕉土豆培根卷的加工方法,其特征在于:先将烤箱用100-150度的高温预热5-15分钟,在预热的时候将土豆洗净削皮,剖成两半,在土豆的表面刷上2-4层的烤肉酱,包上锡纸,放入预热好的烤箱中,温度调到150-200度烤制40-50分钟,然后将烤好的土豆从烤箱中取出,将土豆压制成泥,然后在压制后的土豆泥中加入切好段的香蕉,继续压制成泥,充分搅拌混合,然后将培份取出,每份培份都从中间分开分成两份,在培份中间放入土豆和香蕉的混合泥,然后卷起用牙签固定好,放入油炸机中油炸至8-10分熟,然后进行滤油、冷却、消毒,最后进行真空包装即可。

具体实施方式
实施例1
先将烤箱用100度的高温预热5分钟,在预热的时候将1份土豆洗净削皮,剖成两半,在土豆的表面刷上2层的烤肉酱,包上锡纸,放入预热好的烤箱中,温度调到150度烤制50分钟,然后将烤好的土豆从烤箱中取出,将土豆压制成泥,然后在压制后的土豆泥中加入切好段的2份的香蕉,继续压制成泥,充分搅拌混合,然后将两份培份取出,每份培份都从中间分开分成两份,在培份中间放入土豆和香蕉的混合泥,然后卷起用牙签固定好,放入油炸机中油炸至8-10分熟,然后进行滤油、冷却、消毒,最后进行真空包装即可。
实施例2
先将烤箱用125度的高温预热10分钟,在预热的时候将1份土豆洗净削皮,剖成两半,在土豆的表面刷上3层的烤肉酱,包上锡纸,放入预热好的烤箱中,温度调到175度烤制45分钟,然后将烤好的土豆从烤箱中取出,将土豆压制成泥,然后在压制后的土豆泥中加入切好段的2份的香蕉,继续压制成泥,充分搅拌混合,然后将三份培份取出,每份培份都从中间分开分成两份,在培份中间放入土豆和香蕉的混合泥,然后卷起用牙签固定好,放入油炸机中油炸至8-10分熟,然后进行滤油、冷却、消毒,最后进行真空包装即可。
实施例3
先将烤箱用150度的高温预热15分钟,在预热的时候将2份土豆洗净削皮,剖成两半,在土豆的表面刷上4层的烤肉酱,包上锡纸,放入预热好的烤箱中,温度调到200度烤制40分钟,然后将烤好的土豆从烤箱中取出,将土豆压制成泥,然后在压制后的土豆泥中加入切好段的3份的香蕉,继续压制成泥,充分搅拌混合,然后将四份培份取出,每份培份都从中间分开分成两份,在培份中间放入土豆和香蕉的混合泥,然后卷起用牙签固定好,放入油炸机中油炸至8-10分熟,然后进行滤油、冷却、消毒,最后进行真空包装即可。
