A、选料:选择九成熟、无病虫害的新鲜甘薯、栗子作原料;
B、去皮、洗净切块:将甘薯洗净、去皮,然后切成块状;将栗子劈成两半,放在开水锅中蒸煮,直至壳与肉能剥开,捞出后将栗子剥去壳、衣;
C、预煮:将处理后的甘薯和栗子置于锅内,加入适量清水,放入3%食盐,于锅中煮烂;
D、调味:将芝麻、白砂糖粉碎,加入少许豆浆、蜂蜜,将上述辅料一同加到煮烂的甘薯、栗子中,充分搅拌; E、定型:将搅拌好的甘薯、栗子置于定型器中,依照个人喜好做成不同形状的饼干;
F、烘干:将成型的甘薯栗子饼干置于烘箱中,在160-180°C下烘烤,按糕点形式进行包装,即为成品。
