Abstract
本发明涉及一种适合临终关怀病人的速溶食品,涉及食品加工领域。发明针对临终关怀病人需求,发明一种容易消化吸收、满足热量需求、促进免疫力、抑制体臭的一种速溶食品。通过选取菌类、水果、蔬菜、鱼类、谷物、玫瑰花等均衡营养、消化、排便及香味的食物,具体为:灵芝、金针菇、香菇、小麦、鱼虾粉、玫瑰花、花椰菜、水果、芝麻。上述成分均炒制干燥和冷冻干燥的方法,将上述食材干燥后粉碎成粉状,偏于冲泡使用。选材及配方:灵芝粉2%、金针菇粉5%、香菇粉5%、小麦粉30%、鱼虾粉20%、玫瑰花粉10%、蔬菜粉20%、水果粉6%、芝麻2%。

一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种适合临终关怀病人的速溶食品,涉及食品加工领域。
二、背景技术
临终关怀(hospitalpice)是指对生存时间有限(6个月或更少)的患者进行适当的医院或家庭的医疗及护理,以减轻其疾病的症状、延缓疾病发展的医疗护理。是近代医学领域中新兴的一门边缘性交叉学科,是社会的需求和人类文明发展的标志。
临终病人除了给予一些医学方面的治疗和护理外,病人的饮食也很重要,此类病人往往食欲大幅下降,日常食品往往难以满足其需求。临终关怀以提高病人生活质量为最有效的服务,是人类文明发展的标志,就世界范围而言,它的出现只有二三十年的时间。临终病人的饮食十分重要,要努力做到满足病人生存的热量需求,又能迎合患者的饮食习惯和爱好,同时此类病人护理任务十分繁重,专门长期准备适合的食品较为繁重,本发明针对上述特点发明一种速溶食品,目前国内尚无此类细分的食品。
三、发明内容
本发明针对临终关怀病人需求,发明一种容易消化吸收、满足热量需求、促进免疫力、抑制体臭的一种速溶食品。
发明内容通过选取菌类、水果、蔬菜、鱼类、谷物、玫瑰花等均衡营养、消化、排便及香味的食物,具体为:灵芝、金针菇、香菇、小麦、鱼虾粉、玫瑰花、花椰菜、水果、芝麻。上述成分均炒制干燥和冷冻干燥的方法,将上述食材干燥后粉碎成粉状,偏于冲泡使用。
四、具体实施方式
选材及配方:灵芝粉2%、金针菇粉5%、香菇粉5%、小麦粉30%、鱼虾粉20%、玫瑰花粉10%、蔬菜粉20%、水果粉6%、芝麻2%。
加工方法:
1.灵芝粉、芝麻粉、香菇粉的制备:取紫灵芝、干燥芝麻和干香菇,细微粉碎成120目细颗粒。
2.金针菇粉、鱼虾粉、蔬菜粉、水果粉的制备:取上述新鲜的金针菇、黑鱼、虾、花椰菜、胡萝卜、苹果、香蕉等,洗净后,采用真空冷冻干燥技术,干燥后细微粉碎成100目细颗粒。
3.玫瑰花粉的制备:采用新鲜玫瑰花瓣,洗净后,在烘箱中60-80℃烘干,磨成细粉。
4.食材混匀:将上述制好的食材,根据配方比例混匀。
5.炒制:将上述配比混匀后的材料,放入炒锅中加热至90-110℃炒锅中炒制20-30分钟,炒至微黄为止。
6.包装:将上述炒制后的材料冷却后,包装,规格:35g/袋。每次冲饮一袋。

1.一种临终关怀的速溶食品,其特征在于:发明一种容易消化吸收、满足热量需求、促进免疫力、抑制体臭的一种速溶食品。通过选取灵芝、金针菇、香菇、小麦、鱼虾粉、玫瑰花、花椰菜、水果、芝麻等成分。上述成分均炒制干燥和冷冻干燥的方法,将上述食材干燥后粉碎成粉状,偏于冲泡使用。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的选材及配方是指:灵芝粉2%、金针菇粉5%、香菇粉5%、小麦粉30%、鱼虾粉20%、玫瑰花粉10%、蔬菜粉20%、水果粉6%、芝麻2%。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的金针菇粉、鱼虾粉、蔬菜粉、水果粉的制备是指:取上述新鲜的金针菇、黑鱼、虾、花椰菜、胡萝卜、苹果、香蕉等,洗净后,采用真空冷冻干燥技术,干燥后细微粉碎成100目细颗粒。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的玫瑰花粉的制备是指:采用新鲜玫瑰花瓣,洗净后,在烘箱中60-80℃烘干,磨成细粉。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的炒制是指将各种原料配比混匀后的材料,放入炒锅中加热至90-110℃炒锅中炒制20-30分钟,炒至微黄为止。
