Abstract
本发明涉及了一种调理肝胆湿热体质酵素及其制备方法;其原料成分:A1:糙米20%、黑糯米20%;A2:绿豆芽10%、大蒜3%、百合5%、薄荷5%、熏衣草5%;A3:西瓜10%、黄瓜10%、苦苣7%;A4:当归2%、甘草3%。益生菌由:红曲霉、啤酒酵母、粘红酵母、白地霉、产膜酵母、酒香酵母、巨大芽孢杆菌、双岐乳酸杆菌、乳酸链球菌组成的益生菌;其制备方法如下:依据材料特性经浸泡蒸熟或粉碎的不同工艺后接种益生菌群经糖化,醇化,醋化,乳酸化四级发酵,总发酵天数74天后所得悬液即为调理肝胆湿热体质酵素;本发明具有舒肝理气、降低血脂、减少血液胆固醇、健脾利湿的效果。

本发明涉及一种调理肝胆湿热体质酵素及其制备方法,属于保健食品技术领域。
背景技术
湿热体质的起因:湿热氤氲,又湿又热,排泄不畅的湿热体质,有句话说 “千寒易除,一湿难去。湿性黏着、如油入面”。湿与寒在一起是湿寒,与热在一起为湿热,与风在一起为风湿,与暑在一起为暑湿。如果体内有湿邪,湿邪不除,则百病生。 湿邪的致病特征是阻碍气机,易伤阳气:其性重浊黏滞,趋下。具体如下:濕字,以“三点水”为偏旁,日在上面,下面為絲,也就是说濕性类水,经过太阳(热)照射后,产生了一种黏黏又无法蒸发容易滞留的物质,水属阴,所以湿属于阴邪。湿邪侵及人体,留滞于肺腑经络,最易阻滞气机,从而使气机升降失常。胸胁为气机升降之道路,湿阻胸膈,气机不畅则胸闷,湿困脾胃,使脾胃纳运失职。升降失常,会出现纳谷不香,不思饮食,脘痞腹胀,便溏不爽、小便短涩的症状。由于湿为阴邪,阴胜则阳病,所以湿邪为害,易伤阳气。
肝胆湿热体质的人最容易容易引发那些病症呢?体质偏颇,是疾病的温床,肝胆湿热体质的人常有胁肋胀痛、口苦纳呆、呕恶、腹胀,大便不调,小便短赤,舌红苔黄腻、身目发黄或寒热往来,阴囊湿疹,睾丸肿胀,热痛,带下黄臭,外阴瘙痒,腰酸,肝硬化等症状。
知道肝胆湿热造成人体的危害,要防患于未然,需要知道肝胆湿热的起因,湿热是湿邪与热邪蕴藏在身体里面,而身体的机能无法正常的代谢掉,淤积在肝胆,形成了肝胆湿热,肝胆的环境长期的在这种湿热的环境中,引起了肝胆升降功能能失职,肝胆升降之机无法正常的顺着人体的机理运化,湿邪出于肌肤,就产生了皮肤上的毛病,如湿疹,青春豆,外阴骚养,湿邪提供了微生物生长的好环境,如果湿邪淤积在肝胆,就产生了肝硬化,胆囊炎的病症。
如何利用天然的食品的机能,调理肝胆湿热使其运化正常,调理肝胆湿热体质着重利湿清热的原则,调理好了身体的正常的机能便能预防因湿热体质而引发的各种病症,本发明提供一种利用有机食材的糙米粗粮,瓜果,花草与中药的各种性征,采用中医的药膳同源理论,配合微生物具备的活性功能,合理配伍,制取出调理肝胆湿热酵素,提供一个疏肝利胆,健肝养肝,明目利湿的健康食品酵素,提供给忙碌的现代人做为健肝养肝的食品,预防因肝胆湿热而引发的各种病征。
发明内容
本发明是提供一种以糙米、黑糯米、绿豆、大蒜、百合、薄荷、熏衣草、西瓜、黄瓜、苦苣、当归、甘草经由益生菌群发酵后制取出调理肝胆湿热体质酵素。
(1)、材料配比:糙米20%、黑糯米20%、绿豆芽10%,大蒜3%、百合5%、薄荷5%、熏衣草5%、西瓜10%、黄瓜10%、苦苣7%、当归2%、甘草3%;
(2)、益生菌群:红曲霉1份、啤酒酵母2份、粘红酵母1份、白地霉2份、、产膜酵母1份、酒香酵母1份、巨大芽孢杆菌1份、双岐乳酸杆菌3份,乳酸链球菌2份组成的益生菌;
(3)发酵制备流程:
(3-1)、将糙米、黑糯米,用75℃水浸泡4H后各自用蒸锅蒸90分钟,然后用25℃水水浴,待材料冷却后,盖上纱布保湿备用。
(3-2)、将3-1)步骤完成后的放入发酵釜中,投入红曲霉1份、粘红酵母1份、啤酒酵母1份、白地霉5份,进行糖化与醇化发酵,发酵时间7天,温度维持在25-32℃之间,PH值4.6-5.8之间,期间需保持氧气的通氧量,进行好氧发酵;
(3-3)、将3-2)步骤发酵完成后,在原发酵釜中再投入酒香酵母1份、产膜酵母1份进行二次发酵,发酵期间7天,温度维持在35-36℃,PH值维持在5.8-6.8之间,如PH值不在范围之内,用小苏打或醋酸进行调整。
(3-4)、将绿豆芽,大蒜,百合、薄荷,熏衣草用果汁机打成泥状后放入发酵釜中,加入蒸馏水,水的高度以淹没材料30cm为原则,接种啤酒酵母1份与白地霉一份,发酵天数14天,期间保持发酵釜的温度在28℃,PH值维持在4.6-5.8之间,期间每天3-10点,16-21点,照射光谱470um,亮度1500流明的灯光;
(3-5)、将西瓜含皮、黄瓜含皮、苦苣,切成条块状,放入发酵釜中,加入蒸馏水,以淹没材料5cm为原则,接种粘红酵母1份进行发酵,发酵天数14天,温度维持在28-32℃,PH值维持在4.2-5.6之间,如PH值不在范围之内,用小苏打或醋酸进行调整。
(3-6)、取3-3)、3-4)与3-5)步骤发酵完成后的悬液与材料渣,以1:1:1的比例混合,投入当归、甘草后,接种巨大芽孢杆菌1份、双岐乳酸杆菌3份,乳酸链球菌2份组成的益生菌,发酵期间60天,期间每日太阳升起地平线时,依逆时钟方向搅拌7次,太阳落地平线时依顺时钟方向搅拌7次;
(3-7)、用3000目滤网过滤3-6)步骤发酵后的残渣,所制取的悬液即为调理肝胆湿热体质酵素;
本发明的材料详细如下
糙米:现代营养学研究发现,糙米中米糠和胚芽部分的维生素B和维生素E,能提高人体免疫功能,促进血液循环,还能帮助人们消除沮丧烦躁的情绪,使人充满活力。此外,糙米中钾、镁、锌、铁、锰等微量元素,有利于预防心血管疾病和贫血症。它还保留了大量膳食纤维,可促进肠道有益菌增殖,加速肠道蠕动,软化粪便,预防便秘和肠癌;膳食纤维还能与胆汁中胆固醇结合,促进胆固醇的排出,从而帮助高血脂症患者降低血脂。
黑糯米: 黑米含蛋白质、碳水化合物、B族维生素、维生素E、钙、磷、钾、镁、铁、锌等营养元素,营养丰富;具有清除自由基、改善缺铁性贫血、抗应激反应以及免疫调节等多种生理功能;黄铜类化合物能维持血管正常渗透压,减轻血管脆性,防止血管破裂和止血; 黑米有抗菌,降低血压、抑制癌细胞生长的功效;黑米还具有改善心肌营养,降低心肌耗氧量等功效,黑米所含锰、锌 、铜等无机盐大都比大米高1~3倍;更含有大米所缺乏的维生素C、叶绿素、花青素、胡萝卜素及强心甙等特殊成分,因而黑米比普通大米更具营养。多食黑米具有开胃益中,健脾暖肝,明目活血,滑涩补精之功,对于少年白发、妇女产后虚弱,病后体虚以及贫血、肾虚均有很好的补养作用。主要营养成分(糙米):含有维生素C、叶绿素、花青素、胡萝卜素及强心甙等特殊成分,用黑米熬制的米粥清香油亮,软糯适口,营养丰富,具有很好的滋补作用,因此被称为“补血米”、“长寿米”等;我国民间有“逢黑必补”之说。
绿豆:绿豆含,蛋白质,膳食纤维,维生素E,铁,钙,锌营养素,绿豆味甘,性寒,有清热解毒、消暑、利尿、祛痘的作用。据《本草纲目》记载绿豆:“厚肠胃。作枕,明目,治头风头痛。除吐逆。治痘毒,利肿胀”; 《世医得效方》记载:若与赤小豆、黑豆、甘草同用,又可预防痘疮及麻疹。由此可见绿豆对痘痘很好的治愈疗效。
大蒜:含有蛋白质、膳食纤维、脂肪、胡萝卜素、核黄素、硫胺素、尼克酸、维生素A、维生素B6、维生素C、维生素E、叶酸、磷、锌、、钾、硒、钠、铜、泛酸、钙、铁、镁、锰等营养元素,其性温,入脾、胃、肺经,其功效:行滞气,暖脾胃,消积,解毒。
百合:百合除含有蛋白质21.29%、脂肪12.43%、还原糖11.47%、淀粉1.61%,及钙、磷、铁、每百克含1.443毫克维生素B、21.2毫克维生素C等营养素外,还含有一些特殊的营养成分,如秋水仙碱等多种生物碱。这些成分综合作用于人体,不仅具有良好的营养滋补之功,而且还对秋季气候干燥而引起的多种季节性疾病有一定的防治作用。中医上讲鲜百合具有养心安神,润肺止咳的功效,对病后虚弱的人非常有益。
薄荷:含左旋薄荷醇、左旋薄荷酮、异薄荷酮、乙酸癸酯、乙酸薄荷酯、苯甲酸甲酯,α-及β-蒎烯,β-侧柏烯,3-戊醇,2-已醇,3-辛醇),右旋月桂烯,柠檬烯,桉叶素,α-松油醇等。又含黄酮类成分:异瑞福灵,木犀草素-7-葡萄糖甙,薄荷异黄酮甙;有机酸成分:迷迭香酸,咖啡酸;氨基酸成分:天冬氨酸,谷氨酸,丝氨酸,天冬酰胺,缬氨酸,亮氨酸和异亮氨酸,苯丙氨酸,蛋氨酸,赖氨酸。薄荷用于肝郁气滞,胸闷胁痛。该品兼入肝经,能疏肝解郁。还可可缓解腹痛、胆囊问题如痉挛,还具有防腐杀菌、利尿、化痰、健胃和助消化等功效。
熏衣草:具有镇静、松弛消化道痉挛、清凉爽快、消除肠胃胀气、助消化、预防恶心晕眩、缓和焦虑及神经性偏头痛、预防感冒等众多益处。
西瓜:西瓜果皮、果肉、种子都可食用、药用。西瓜果肉中含蛋白质、葡萄糖、蔗糖、果糖、苹果酸、瓜氨酸、谷氨酸、精氨酸、磷酸、内氨酸、丙酸、乙二醇、甜菜碱、腺嘌呤、蔗糖、萝卜素、胡萝卜素、番茄烃、六氢番茄烃、维他命A、B、C、挥发性成分中含多种醛类。西瓜果肉所含瓜氨酸、精氨酸成分,能增大鼠肝中的尿素形成,而导致利尿作用。有清热解暑、解烦渴、利小便、解酒毒等功效,用来治一切热症、暑热烦渴、小便不利、咽喉疼痛、口腔发炎、酒醉。 西瓜子中含脂肪油、蛋白质、维生素B2、淀粉、戊聚糖、丙酸、尿素、蔗糖等。有清肺润肺功效,和中止渴、助消化,可治吐血、久嗽。籽壳用治肠风下血、血痢。 种子含一种皂样成分,有降血压作用,尚能缓解急性膀胱炎功能。种仁(胚)有清肺、润肠、和中、止渴等作用,为医治肠、胃、脾内壅之要药。西瓜皮用来治肾炎水肿、肝病黄疸、糖尿病。 新鲜西瓜皮盐腌后可作小菜。 西瓜生食能解渴生津,解暑热烦躁。
黄瓜:每百g的黄瓜含有水95.23克、热量15千卡、蛋白质0.65克、脂肪0.11克、碳水化合物3.63克、纤维0.5克、糖1.67克、钙16毫克、铁0.28毫克、镁13毫克、磷24毫克、钾147毫克、钠2毫克、锌0.2毫克、维生素C 2.8毫克、维生素B 10.027毫克、核黄素0.033毫克、烟酸0.098毫克、叶酸7微克、维生素A 5微克、维生素E 0.03毫克、维生素D(D2+D3) 0微克、维生素K 16.4微克、饱和脂肪酸 0.037克、单不饱和脂肪酸 0.005克、多不饱和脂肪酸 0.032克、胆固醇0毫克、咖啡因0毫克。黄瓜具有除湿、利尿、降脂、镇痛、促消化的功效。尤其是黄瓜中所含的纤维素能促进肠内腐败食物排泄,而所含的丙醇、乙醇和丙醇二酸还能抑制糖类物质转化为脂肪,对肥胖者和高血压、高血脂患者有利。
苦苣:每百克鲜苦苣菜中含蛋白质1.8克,糖类4.0克,食物纤维5.8克,钙120毫克,磷52毫克及锌、铜、铁、锰等微量元素,以及维生素B1、B2(0.2mg)、C(88mg)、胡萝卜素(3.22mg)、烟酸等。此外,还含有腊醇、胆碱、酒石酸、苦味素等化学物质。苦苣嫩叶中氨基酸种类齐全,且各种氨基酸之间比例适当中医认为,苦苣性寒.味苦.无毒.有消炎解毒的作用.适用于阑尾炎、肠炎、子宫颈炎、乳腺炎、扁桃体炎、咽喉炎、急性黄疸性肝炎、细菌性痢疾等症.可防治癌症、利胆保肝、抗溃疡胃.外用可治疗疖肿,有利于伤口愈合,减轻疼痛.其是对肝病有一定疗效。由于苦苣中的铁元素含量高,可预防贫血和促进儿童生长发育.食用苦苣菜有助于促进人体内抗体的合成,增强机体免疫力长期食用能提高人体免疫力,预防疾病.促进大脑机能,具有清热解毒的功效。
当归:其味甘;辛;苦;性温,归肝;心;脾经,其功效补血,活血;调经止痛;润燥滑肠,主治血虚诸证;月经不调;经闭;痛经;症瘕结聚;崩漏;虚寒腹痛;痿痹;肌肤麻木;肠燥便难;赤痢后重;痈疽疮疡;跌扑损伤。具有抗缺氧作用;调节机体免疫功能、具有抗癌作用;护肤美容作用;补血活血作用; 抑菌、抗动脉硬化作用。
甘草:甘草含有多种化学成分,主要成分有甘草酸、甘草甙等。甘草的化学组成极为复杂,目前为止从甘草中分离出的化合物有甘草甜素、甘草次酸、甘草甙、异甘草甙、新甘草甙、新异甘草甙、甘草素、异甘草素以及甘草西定、甘草醇、异甘草醇、7-甲基香豆精、伞形花内酯等数十种化合物,大量的研究表明,甘草甜素和黄酮类物质是甘草中最重要的生理活性物质。具有补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。

本发明提供的发酵方法,是应用有机种植的粗粮,瓜果,花草与及中草药的各种性征,严格控制禁止使用化肥,农药与转基因的作物,配合所含的营养成分,采用中医的药膳同源理论,合理配比,调理肝胆湿热体质着重利湿清热的原则,配合益生菌群里的各种菌种的发酵特性与同化特性,用材料本身具有的微量元素提供给微生物生长所需的元素,并在每一发酵阶段期间,创造各种微生物不同的生长环境特性,配合大自然在早晨太阳初升起时的阴阳两气的气场进行搅拌,以吸收大自然的气场精华,提供适合微生物工作时配合特定的光波与音波增强微生物的功能将上述的原材料经过醇化,醋化、乳酸化的发酵阶段,发酵出具有活性调理肝胆湿热体质酵素,所采用的材料为药膳同源的有机食材,含有丰富的活性酶,维生素,矿物质和微生物的次生产物,酶中含有蛋白酶,脂肪酶和超氧化物歧化酶是本益生菌群的主要功效酶,提供给因为生活与工作无法改善自我本身体质的人群,例如夜间工作者,长时间需要应酬的人群,预防因肝胆湿热而引发的各种肝功能受阻,皮肤炎症的病症。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明的一种调理肝胆湿热体质酵素及其制备方法作进一步说明:
实施例1
材料配比:糙米20%、黑糯米20%、绿豆芽10%,大蒜3%、百合5%、薄荷5%、熏衣草5%、西瓜10%、黄瓜10%、苦苣7%、当归2%、甘草3%;
益生菌群:红曲霉1份、啤酒酵母2份、粘红酵母1份、白地霉2份、、产膜酵母1份、酒香酵母1份、巨大芽孢杆菌1份、双岐乳酸杆菌3份,乳酸链球菌2份组成的益生菌。
本发明的工艺流程:
(S11)、将糙米、黑糯米,用75℃水浸泡4H;
(S12)、各自用蒸锅蒸90分钟,然后用25℃水水浴,待材料冷却后,盖上纱布保湿备用;
(S13)、将S11)步骤完成后的放入发酵釜中,投入红曲霉1份、粘红酵母1份、啤酒酒酵母1份、白地霉1份,进行糖化与醇化发酵,发酵时间7天,温度维持在25-32℃之间,PH值4.6-5.8之间,期间需保持氧气的通气量,进行好氧发酵;
(S14)、将S12)步骤发酵完成后,在原发酵釜中再投入酒香酵母1份、产膜酵母1份进行二次发酵,发酵期间7天,温度维持在28-32℃,PH值维持在5.8-6.8之间,如PH值不在范围之内,用小苏或醋酸打进行调整,维持发酵罐是密闭,进行厌氧发酵;
(S21)、绿豆芽,大蒜,百合、薄荷,熏衣草用果汁机打成泥状后放入发酵釜中,加入蒸馏水,水的高度以淹没材料30cm为原则;
(S22)、进一步接种啤酒酵母1份与白地霉1份,发酵天数14天,期间保持发酵釜的温度在28℃,PH值维持在4.6-5.8之间,期间每天3-10点,16-21点,照射光谱470um,亮度1500流明的灯光,期间需保持氧气的通气量,进行好氧发酵;
(S31)、将西瓜含皮、黄瓜含皮、苦苣,切成条块状,放入发酵釜中,加入蒸馏水,以淹没材料5cm为原则;
(S32)、进一步接种粘红酵母1份进行发酵发酵期间14天,温度维持在28-32℃,PH值维持在4.2-5.6之间,如PH值不在范围之内,用小苏打或醋酸进行调整,维持发酵罐是密闭,进行厌氧发酵;
(S41)、取S13) 、S22)与S32)步骤发酵完成后的悬液与材料渣,以1:1:1的比例混合,投入当归、甘草后,接种巨大芽孢杆菌1份、双岐乳酸杆菌3份,乳酸链球菌2份组成的益生菌,发酵期间60天,期间每日太阳升起地平线时,依逆时钟方向搅拌7次,太阳落地平线时依顺时钟方向搅拌7次;
(S42)、用3000目滤网过滤S41)步骤发酵后的残渣取悬液;
(S43)、将S42)灭菌后的悬液装入棕色玻璃瓶,后用121℃蒸汽灭菌90分钟即为调理肝胆湿热体质酵素。
下列实例说明不涉及本专利的保护范围
实施例2
材料配比:糙米20%、黑糯米20%、绿豆芽10%,大蒜3%、百合5%、薄荷5%、熏衣草5%、西瓜10%、黄瓜10%、苦苣7%、当归2%、甘草3%;
益生菌群:红曲霉1份、啤酒酵母2份、粘红酵母1份、白地霉2份、、产膜酵母1份、酒香酵母1份、巨大芽孢杆菌1份、双岐乳酸杆菌3份,乳酸链球菌2份组成的益生菌;
(S11)、将糙米、黑糯米,用清水浸泡18H;
(S12)、将S11)步骤完成后的放入发酵釜中,投入红曲霉1份、粘红酵母1份、啤酒酒酵母1份、白地霉5份,进行糖化与醇化发酵,发酵时间21天,温度维持在25-32℃之间,PH值4.6-5.8之间,期间需保持氧气的通氧量;
(S13)、将S12)步骤发酵完成后,在原发酵釜中再投入酒香酵母1份、产膜酵母1份进行二次发酵,发酵期间21天,温度维持在35-36℃,PH值维持在5.8-6.8之间,如PH值不在范围之内,用小苏或醋酸打进行调整;
(S21)、绿豆芽,大蒜,百合、薄荷,熏衣草、西瓜10、黄瓜、苦苣用果汁机打成泥状后放入发酵釜中,加入蒸馏水,水的高度以淹没材料30cm为原则;
(S22)、进一步接种啤酒酵母1份白地霉一份、粘红酵母1份,发酵21天,期间保持发酵釜的温度在28℃,PH值维持在4.6-5.8之间,期间每天3-10点,16-21点,照射光谱470um,亮度1500流明的灯光; (S31)、取S13) S22)步骤发酵完成后的悬液与材料渣,以1:1的比例混合,投入当归、甘草后,接种巨大芽孢杆菌1份、双岐乳酸杆菌3份,乳酸链球菌2份组成的益生菌;,发酵期间60天,期间每日太阳升起地平线时,依逆时钟方向搅拌7次,太阳落地平线时依顺时钟方向搅拌7次;
(S32)、用3000目滤网过滤S31)步骤发酵后的残渣,后用121℃蒸汽灭菌30分钟;
(S33)、将S32)灭菌后的悬液装入棕色玻璃瓶即为调理肝胆湿热体质酵素。
实施例3
材料配比:糙米20%、荞麦20%、绿豆10%,大蒜3%、石莲5%、薄荷5%、鼠尾草5%、冬瓜10%、黄瓜10%、茵陈3%、当归2%、甘草3%;
益生菌群:红曲霉1份、啤酒酵母2份、粘红酵母1份、白地霉2份、、产膜酵母1份、酒香酵母1份、巨大芽孢杆菌1份、双岐乳酸杆菌3份,乳酸链球菌2份组成的益生菌。
(S11)、将糙米、荞麦、绿豆,用清水浸泡18H;
(S12)、将S11)步骤完成后的放入发酵釜中,投入红曲霉1份、粘红酵母1份、啤酒酒酵母1份、白地霉5份,进行糖化与醇化发酵,发酵时间14天,温度维持在25-32℃之间,PH值4.6-5.8之间,期间需保持氧气的通氧量;
(S13)、将S12)步骤发酵完成后,在原发酵釜中再投入酒香酵母1份、产膜酵母1份进行二次发酵,发酵期间7天,温度维持在30-32℃,PH值维持在5.8-6.8之间,如PH值不在范围之内,用小苏或醋酸打进行调整。
(S21)、将大蒜,石莲、薄荷,鼠尾草,茵陈用果汁机打成泥状后放入发酵釜中,加入蒸馏水,水的高度以淹没材料30cm为原则,
(S22)、进一步接种啤酒酵母1份与白地霉1份,发酵21天,期间保持发酵釜的温度在28℃,PH值维持在4.6-5.8之间,期间每天3-10点,16-21点,照射光谱470um,亮度1500流明的灯光;
(S31)、将冬瓜含皮、黄瓜含皮、切成条块状,放入发酵釜中,加入蒸馏水,以淹没材料5cm为原则,
(S32)、进一步接种粘红酵母1份进行发酵发酵期间21天,温度维持在28-32℃,PH值维持在4.2-5.6之间,如PH值不在范围之内,用小苏或醋酸打进行调整;
(S41)、取S13)、 S22)与S32)步骤发酵完成后的悬液与材料渣,以1:1:1的比例混合,投入当归、甘草后,接种巨大芽孢杆菌1份、双岐乳酸杆菌3份,乳酸链球菌2份组成的益生菌;,发酵期间60天;期间每日太阳升起地平线时,依逆时钟方向搅拌7次,太阳落地平线时依顺时钟方向搅拌7次;
(S42)、用3000目滤网过滤C2)步骤发酵后的残渣,后用121℃蒸汽灭菌30分钟;
(S43)、将42)灭菌后的悬液装入棕色玻璃瓶即为调理调理肝胆湿热体质酵素。
本发明的调理肝胆湿热体质酵素具有降低血脂、减少血液胆固醇,舒肝理气、健脾利湿,利肠胃,益肾补元的功能;解决因为肝胆湿热引起的肋胀痛、口苦纳呆、呕恶、腹胀,大便不调,小便短赤,阴囊湿疹,睾丸肿胀,热痛,带下黄臭,外阴瘙痒,腰酸,肝硬化等症状,食用方法:用调理肝胆湿热体质酵素与30-35℃的温开水以1:5的比例稀释后于早晚各饮用一,次每次200ml;本发明的功效是用微生物发酵的功能,制取出材料中的各种适合脾,肝,肾,肺的活性营养元素,可以帮助舒肝理气、健脾利湿,增强机体代谢功能,预防肝胆湿热发生,本品适合大部分青、中年人使用,禁用人群:妊娠中妇女。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭示如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的修改和完善,因此本发明的保护范围当以权利要求书所界定的为准。
Claims (5)
1.一种调理肝胆湿热体质酵素及其制备方法,其特征是:一种以糙米、黑糯米、绿豆、大蒜、百合、薄荷、熏衣草、西瓜、黄瓜、苦苣、当归、甘草经由益生菌群发酵后制取出调理肝胆湿热体质酵素素。
2.一种调理肝胆湿热体质酵素及其制备方法,其特征采用以下工艺步骤:
(A1)、材料配比:糙米20%、黑糯米20%、绿豆芽10%、大蒜3%、百合5%、薄荷5%、熏衣草5%、西瓜10%、黄瓜10%、苦苣7%、当归2%、甘草3%;
(A2)、益生菌群:红曲霉1份、啤酒酵母2份、粘红酵母1份、白地霉2份、、产膜酵母1份、酒香酵母1份、巨大芽孢杆菌1份、双岐乳酸杆菌3份、乳酸链球菌2份组成的益生菌;
(A3)、将糙米、黑糯米,用75℃水浸泡4H后各自用蒸锅蒸90分钟,然后用25℃水水浴,待材料冷却后,盖上纱布保湿备用;
(A4)、将A3)步骤完成后的放入发酵釜中,投入红曲霉1份、粘红酵母1份、啤酒酒酵母1份、白地霉5份,进行糖化与醇化发酵,发酵时间7天,温度维持在25-32℃之间,PH值4.6-5.8之间,期间需保持氧气的通氧量;
(A5)、将A4)步骤发酵完成后,在原发酵釜中再投入酒香酵母1份、产膜酵母1份进行二次发酵,发酵期间7天,温度维持在35-36℃,PH值维持在5.8-6.8之间,如PH值不在范围之内,用小苏打或醋酸进行调整;
(B1)、将绿豆芽、大蒜、百合、薄荷、熏衣草用果汁机打成泥状后放入发酵釜中,加入蒸馏水,水的高度以淹没材料30cm为原则,接种啤酒酵母1份与白地霉一份,发酵天数14天,期间保持发酵釜的温度在28℃,PH值维持在4.6-5.8之间,期间每天3-10点,16-21点,照射光谱470um,亮度1500流明的灯光;
(B2)将西瓜含皮、黄瓜含皮、苦苣,切成条块状,放入发酵釜中,加入蒸馏水,以淹没材料5cm为原则,接种粘红酵母1份进行发酵,发酵天数14天,温度维持在28-32℃,PH值维持在4.2-5.6之间,如PH值不在范围之内,用小苏打或醋酸进行调整;
(C1)、取A5) B1)与B2)步骤发酵完成后的悬液与材料渣,以1:1:1的比例混合,投入当归、甘草后,接种巨大芽孢杆菌1份、双岐乳酸杆菌3份,乳酸链球菌2份组成的益生菌,发酵期间60天,期间每日太阳升起地平线时,依逆时钟方向搅拌7次,太阳落地平线时依顺时钟方向搅拌7次;
(C2)、用3000目滤网过滤发酵后的残渣,所制取的悬液即为调理脾肝胆热体质酵素。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种调理肝胆湿热体质酵素及其制备方法,其特征是:红曲霉、啤酒酵母、粘红酵母、白地霉、产膜酵母、酒香酵母、巨大芽孢杆菌、双岐乳酸杆菌,乳酸链球菌组成的益生菌。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种调理肝胆湿热体质酵素及其制备方法,其特征是:所述糙米为大米、香米红米、粳米的的一种或多种。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种调理肝胆湿热体质酵素及其制备方法,其特征是:所述的薄荷为柠檬留兰香,圆叶薄荷,欧薄荷的一种或多种。
