本发明涉及一种保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种芦根口含片及其制备方法。
背景技术
秋季干燥,这时候很多人就会出现皮脸干裂,口干咽燥、咳嗽少痰等各种病症,这些都是秋燥的表现,很多水果和蔬菜可以润燥生津、滋阴养肺;且能治疗与肺有关的疾病,是秋季养生的最佳选择,但是,食用新鲜水果和蔬菜一定要适量,过食或暴食亦会影响身体健康,人们在实际生活中很难控制水果蔬菜的食用量,且新鲜水果含糖量较高,老年人及心脑血管疾病患者不能太多食用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种芦根口含片及其制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
芦根口含片,其组成原料的重量份为:芦根20-25、百节藕7-9、香椿芽20-23、甜叶菊20-23、酸枣仁10-15、丝瓜络10-12、南瓜蒂6-10、绞股蓝5-8、牡丹皮4-6、芦荟8-10、杨梅粉20-30、糯米粉10-20、山芋粉10-20、壳聚糖60-70、蔗糖20-30、黄原胶2.3-2.5、蛋白糖1.0-2.0、酒石酸1.0-2.0和硬脂酸镁1.5-2.0。

(1)按组成原料的重量份称取芦根、百节藕、香椿芽、甜叶菊、酸枣仁、丝瓜络、南瓜蒂、绞股蓝、牡丹皮和芦荟;洗净晾干,研磨粉碎,然后加入20-25倍量的水,煎煮20-30分钟,过滤取滤液,再加入2-3倍的无水乙醇,静置2-3h,收集醇沉后的上清液,最后向上清液中加入杨梅粉、糯米粉和山芋粉;
(2)将步骤(1)的含有杨梅粉、糯米粉和山芋粉的上清液用真空浓缩至膏状,并进行造粒、干燥和整粒处理;
(3)将步骤(2)整粒后的颗粒中加入其他剩余组成原料,均匀搅拌混合;最后进行造粒、压片、包装处理得到成品。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明配方合理,制备出的口含片具有生津止渴、降火润燥的功效,本发明制备出来的含片风味独特、口感纯正、色泽优良,易于成型,具有抗氧化作用,质量符合国家相关产品质量标准要求。

实施例1:芦根口含片,其组成原料的重量份(g)为:芦根22、百节藕8、香椿芽22、甜叶菊22、酸枣仁12、丝瓜络11、南瓜蒂8、绞股蓝6.5、牡丹皮5、芦荟9、杨梅粉25、糯米粉15、山芋粉15、壳聚糖65、蔗糖25、黄原胶2.4、蛋白糖1.5、酒石酸1.5和硬脂酸镁1.8。
芦根口含片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取芦根、百节藕、香椿芽、甜叶菊、酸枣仁、丝瓜络、南瓜蒂、绞股蓝、牡丹皮和芦荟;洗净晾干,研磨粉碎,然后加入20-25倍量的水,煎煮20-30分钟,过滤取滤液,再加入2-3倍的无水乙醇,静置2-3h,收集醇沉后的上清液,最后向上清液中加入杨梅粉、糯米粉和山芋粉;
(2)将步骤(1)的含有杨梅粉、糯米粉和山芋粉的上清液用真空浓缩至膏状,并进行造粒、干燥和整粒处理;
(3)将步骤(2)整粒后的颗粒中加入其他剩余组成原料,均匀搅拌混合;最后进行造粒、压片、包装处理得到成品。

1.一种芦根口含片,其特征在于其由下述重量份的原料制成:芦根20-25、百节藕7-9、香椿芽20-23、甜叶菊20-23、酸枣仁10-15、丝瓜络10-12、南瓜蒂6-10、绞股蓝5-8、牡丹皮4-6、芦荟8-10、杨梅粉20-30、糯米粉10-20、山芋粉10-20、壳聚糖60-70、蔗糖20-30、黄原胶2.3-2.5、蛋白糖1.0-2.0、酒石酸1.0-2.0和硬脂酸镁1.5-2.0;
所述的芦根口含片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取芦根、百节藕、香椿芽、甜叶菊、酸枣仁、丝瓜络、南瓜蒂、绞股蓝、牡丹皮和芦荟;洗净晾干,研磨粉碎,然后加入20-25倍量的水,煎煮20-30分钟,过滤取滤液,再加入2-3倍的无水乙醇,静置2-3h,收集醇沉后的上清液,最后向上清液中加入杨梅粉、糯米粉和山芋粉;
(2)将步骤(1)的含有杨梅粉、糯米粉和山芋粉的上清液用真空浓缩至膏状,并进行造粒、干燥和整粒处理;
(3)将步骤(2)整粒后的颗粒中加入其他剩余组成原料,均匀搅拌混合;最后进行造粒、压片、包装处理得到成品。
