一种含有海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽的乳酸菌粉,其特征在于:它是由下述重量份配比的原料制成的:海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽粉20份~30份,柠檬酸5份~20份、多层微胶囊乳酸菌粉40份~50份。本发明提供一种含有胶原肽的乳酸菌粉,它具有乳酸菌稳定性好、存储条件要求低、提高机体免疫力和促进钙质吸收的作用,海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽粉对乳酸菌、双歧杆菌等多种有益菌生长有显著的促进作用,可以促进食物营养的消化和吸收乳酸菌粉与海洋胶原肽相辅相成,具有提高机体免疫力、促进钙质吸收的作用。
Description
技术领域:
本发明属于营养保健食品技术领域,尤其涉及一种含有胶原肽和多层微胶囊乳酸菌的乳酸菌粉。
背景技术:
胶原是大分子,不易被皮肤吸收。胶原是不溶性的,但胶原在酸、碱、热、酶的作用下水解,会产生胶原蛋白水解产物(肽),它们有着十分近似的氨基酸组成和含量,由于大分子的解体和分子量的降低,它们的溶解度随之增大,可溶于冷水。这些胶原水解产物是胶原肽。胶原肽的吸收是改善皮肤弹性,消除皱纹的关键所在。胶原肽经人体充分的吸收利用后,将合成皮肤胶原,起到一定的美容作用;胶原肽的亲水性非常的好,可为皮肤提供诸多美白、保湿、滋养的功效,从而达到改善肤质、美容的目的。
胶原肽,可以被人体主动且无障碍吸收,无需消化,供身体组织充分利用。并且海洋胶原肽平均分子量更小,甚至只有2-4个氨基酸构成,远远小于普通肽。
乳酸菌是一类能使糖类发酵产生乳酸的细菌总称,能产生大量的乳酸,促使肠壁蠕动、帮助消化、排尽粪渣、杀灭病原菌,在肠道内合成维生素、氨基酸和提高人体对钙、磷、铁离子等营养素的吸收。因为乳酸菌群具有抗感染、除毒素、协助营养摄取的独特功能,所以能有效地调节肠道微生态平衡。能消除致病原,大大地减少亚硝胺类和腐败细菌毒素对癌的诱发性,同时可激活免疫反应,增强人体免疫力。于乳酸菌又是一类很敏感的有益菌,在常温下无法保存太久,所以一般含有活性乳酸菌的产品必须冷藏,否则可能导致有害微生物如酵母菌等大量繁殖而使其变质,不能再食用。乳酸菌随着时间的延长,它的活性会降低,直至死亡,这样营养效果就变差。越新鲜益生菌含量越高,目前国内市场上常见的乳酸菌制品一般要求2~10℃冷藏保存,且保存期一周为宜,由于保存条件不当很容易使乳酸菌丧失活性。另外,现有技术中单纯的乳酸菌营养品比较多,营养及功能作用单一,不符合营养食品要求多营养、多功能的发展需求。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种含有胶原肽的乳酸菌粉,它具有乳酸菌稳定性好、存储条件要求低、提高机体免疫力和促进钙质吸收的作用。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种含有胶原肽的乳酸菌粉,它是由下述重量份配比的原料制成:海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽粉20份~30份,柠檬酸5份~20份、多层微胶囊乳酸菌粉40份~50份。
所述多层微胶囊乳酸菌粉采用三层微胶囊包埋技术制成,从里到外依次是高活性乳酸菌奶粉、木寡糖层、胶原蛋白质层、多糖体层,在多层微胶囊乳酸菌粉中各组分重量份比例是:所述的多层微胶囊乳酸菌粉直径为10~80微米,采用三层微胶囊包埋技术制成,从里到外依次是乳酸菌奶粉、胶原蛋白质层、多糖体层,各组分配比是:乳酸菌奶粉40份~60份、胶原蛋白质15份~20份、多糖体15份~20份(重量份)。
本含有胶原肽的乳酸菌粉的制备方法是:将海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽粉20份~30份,柠檬酸5份~20份与多层微胶囊乳酸菌粉40份~50份混合搅拌制得含有胶原肽的乳酸菌粉。
本发明的优点在于:本发明解决了乳酸菌稳定性差、存储条件要求高的问题,通过运用多层微胶囊包埋技术制得乳酸菌粉,使乳酸菌粉在常温下即可保存,并且消化吸收时多糖体层能保证乳酸菌不被胃酸所伤害,使乳酸菌顺利到达小肠,被人体完全吸收。海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽粉对乳酸菌、双歧杆菌等多种有益菌生长有显著的促进作用,可以促进食物营养的消化和吸收乳酸菌粉与海洋胶原肽相辅相成,具有提高机体免疫力、促进钙质吸收的作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种含有胶原肽的乳酸菌粉,它是由下述重量份配比的原料制成:海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽粉20份、柠檬酸15份、多层微胶囊乳酸菌粉45份。其中,多层微胶囊乳酸菌粉由下述重量份配比的原料制成:高活性乳酸菌奶粉50份、木寡糖12份、胶原蛋白质12份、多糖体12份。多层微胶囊乳酸菌粉直径为20~50微米。
实施例2:一种含有胶原肽的乳酸菌粉,它是由下述重量份配比的原料制成:海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽粉10份、柠檬酸10份、多层微胶囊乳酸菌粉50份。其中,多层微胶囊乳酸菌粉由下述重量份配比的原料制成:高活性乳酸菌奶粉40份、木寡糖15份、胶原蛋白质10份、多糖体18份。多层微胶囊乳酸菌粉直径为40~80微米。

1.一种含有海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽的乳酸菌粉,其特征在于:它是由下述重量份配比的原料制成的:海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽粉20份~30份,柠檬酸5份~20份、多层微胶囊乳酸菌粉40份~50份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含有海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽的乳酸菌粉,其特征在于:所述的多层微胶囊乳酸菌粉直径为10~80微米,采用三层微胶囊包埋技术制成,从里到外依次是乳酸菌奶粉、胶原蛋白质层、多糖体层,各组分配比是:乳酸菌奶粉40份~60份、胶原蛋白质15份~20份、多糖体15份~20份(重量份)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种含有海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽的乳酸菌粉,其特征在于:所述的乳酸菌奶粉中乳酸菌活菌数大于1×107cfu/g。
