Abstract
本发明公开了一种滁菊咀嚼片,属于保健食品领域。其组分按质量百分比计算由30-50%滁菊、0.1-0.3%甜菊苷、30-50%甘露醇、1-3%乳糖、0.2-1.5%柠檬酸钠、0.2-1.5%苹果酸、1-3%微粉硅胶和1-3%硬脂酸镁组成。将各组分经处理后投入搅拌容器内进行搅拌,之后用压片机压制成型,然后进行干燥、灭菌、真空包装即得本发明的滁菊咀嚼片。本品不添加蔗糖,尤其适合喜爱低热量食品的人群,并具有携带方便特点,适于吞咽困难的老人、幼儿及工作现场不易获得饮用水的人员服用,本发明产品设计工艺简单,原料充足,适合大规模生产。

技术领域:本发明公开了一种滁菊咀嚼片,具体涉及一种以滁菊为主要原料制成的咀嚼片,所用方法较好地保留了滁菊特有的香味、入口有清凉感。
技术背景:
滁菊属安徽省滁州市著名道地药材,是药、茶两用佳品;滁菊性温和,气味清香,具有清热解毒、止血消肿、疏肝明目等功能,医药上用于清凉镇静剂及眼科用药,可辅助治疗多种疾病、具有舒筋活血、护肝明目,增强人体免疫功能等功效。
咀嚼片具有较好的口感,咀嚼或不咀嚼时均能很快崩解,具有下述优点:崩解时间短、分散状态佳、溶出迅速,吸收快、生物利用度高,服用方便,不受时间地点的限制,可吞服、咀嚼、含吮或用水分散后服用,减少了药物对胃肠道的负担,尤其适合于老人、幼儿及吞服困难的人群服用。
目前尚无滁菊咀嚼片相关内容报道。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种较好保留滁菊特有的清香、入口有清凉感,使用方便的咀嚼片;因本品不添加蔗糖,适合喜爱低热量食品的人群和三高人群,并具有携带方便特点,适于吞咽困难的老人、幼儿及工作现场不易获得饮用水的人员服用,本发明滁菊咀嚼片产品设计工艺简单,原料充足,适合大规模生产。
本发明技术方案为:

(1)选料:滁菊选用当年出产经热风干燥的滁菊,要求无霉变和杂质;
(2)原料制备:将滁菊烘培后粉碎,加入至挥发油提取器中,加入20-30倍的水浸提,浸提条件为温度为80-100度,提取6-8小时,收集挥发油,用微粉硅胶拌匀,然后将浸提液过滤,浓缩、干燥得到滁菊浸膏;
(3)混料:将滁菊浸膏、甜菊苷、甘露醇、乳糖、柠檬酸钠、苹果酸粉碎后置于混合机中充分混匀30分钟;
(4)制粒:均匀喷洒适量HPMC制成软材,然后制成颗粒,烘干,整粒,于颗粒中加入微粉硅胶拌匀的挥发油以及硬脂酸镁,搅拌均匀得到总混料;
(5)压片:使用压片机将总混料压制成滁菊咀嚼片;
(6)干燥、杀菌:将滁菊咀嚼片置于50-70℃烘箱中进行干燥,并用γ射线杀菌;
(7)检验、包装:将杀菌后的咀嚼片进行检验,检验合格后选用真空包装机进行包装。
所述的制粒方法包含但不仅限于挤压制粒、一步制粒、流化床制粒。
所述的滁菊包含但不仅限于四大药用菊花滁菊、杭菊、贡菊、毫菊。

实施例1
以重量100%,其组分按质量百分比计算由45%滁菊、0.2%甜菊苷、48%甘露醇、2%乳糖、0.9%柠檬酸钠、0.9%苹果酸、1.5%微粉硅胶和1.5%硬脂酸镁组成。
滁菊咀嚼片制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)选料:滁菊选用当年出产经热风干燥的滁菊,要求无霉变和杂质;

以重量100%,其组分按质量百分比计算由43%滁菊、0.2%甜菊苷、50%甘露醇、2%乳糖、0.7%柠檬酸钠、0.9%苹果酸、1.6%微粉硅胶和1.6%硬脂酸镁组成,制备方法同实施例1。
Claims (4)
1.一种滁菊咀嚼片,其特征在于:以重量100%,其各组分重量百分比为:30-50%滁菊、0.1-0.3%甜菊苷、30-50%甘露醇、1-3%乳糖、0.2-1.5%柠檬酸钠、0.2-1.5%苹果酸、1-3%微粉硅胶和1-3%硬脂酸镁。
2.如权利要求1所述的滁菊咀嚼片,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)选料:滁菊选用当年出产经热风干燥的滁菊,要求无霉变和杂质;
