本发明属于营养保健食品领域,具体为一种白茅根黄芪分散片及制备方法。
背景技术
妇女阴道大量出血或持续下血、淋漓不断为主要表现的妇科中医重证。一般以来势急、出血量多者为崩;出血量少,淋漓不净者为漏。崩漏多由素体阳盛,或感受热邪,或肝郁化火,阴虚精亏,虚热内扰,血热妄行;素体脾虚,饮食劳倦,损伤脾气,统摄无权;情志不舒,或感受寒湿,瘀血凝滞,血不循经;早婚早育、多产房劳、久病伤肾,封藏不固等引起。常见证型有:①阴虚血热型崩漏。证见经来无期,淋漓不断或骤然量多,血色深红,潮热,
口干咽燥,手足心热,或失眠,烦躁,舌红苔黄,脉细数。治宜养阴清热,凉血固经,方用清热固经汤等。②肝郁血热型崩漏。证见经乱无期,时漏时
崩,色深红质稠,烦躁易怒,乳胀,舌红苔黄,脉弦数。治宜清热开郁止血,方用丹栀逍遥丸等。③脾虚气陷型崩漏。证见忽然崩下或淋漓不断,血色
淡质稀,面色不华,气短无力,食少胸闷,心悸,或便溏,舌淡,脉虚弱。治宜补气摄血,方用固本止崩汤、归脾汤等。④血瘀阻滞型崩漏。证见经血
淋漓不断或突然下血量多,血色紫暗有块,小腹疼痛拒按,瘀块排出痛减,舌暗红有瘀点,脉沉涩。治宜活血祛瘀,止血,方用桃红四物汤等。⑤肾虚
不固型崩漏。证见出血量少,淋漓不止,或突然下血量多,色淡红或紫暗,腰脊酸软,小腹空坠,或失眠盗汗,烦热,或畏寒,便溏,舌红或淡,脉细
数或沉弱。治宜补肾固冲止血,方用左归丸或右归丸等。目前虽然也有很多产后妇女疾病的中成药物或配方,虽然治疗成方制剂很多,但是都是以药的形式出现,适合长期食用辅助治疗的食疗产品却很少。因此研究开发一种安全辅助治疗的食疗产品非常有实用价值。
发明内容
针对上述情况,本发明所解决的技术问题是提供一种健脾补气、收敛止崩、增强免疫力的白茅根黄芪分散片及制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种白茅根黄芪分散片,包括以下重量份成分:山药200-400份、生黄芪100-140份、蜂蜜20-40份、甘草40-80份、白茅根100-140份、微晶纤维素40-60份、山楂提取物0.12-0.32份、大豆分离蛋白4-6份、维生素C1-2份、维生素E0.01-0.02份、甘露醇100-170份、三氯蔗糖10-15份、微粉硅胶10-50份、羧甲基纤维素3-5份、羧甲基淀粉钠55-80份、硬脂酸镁4-6份。
作为优选,所述的一种白茅根黄芪分散片,包括以下重量份成分:山药300份、生黄芪120份、蜂蜜30份、甘草60份、白茅根120份、微晶纤维素50份、山楂提取物0.22份、大豆分离蛋白5份、维生素C1.5份、维生素E0.015份、甘露醇135份、三氯蔗糖12.5份、微粉硅胶30份、羧甲基纤维素4份、羧甲基淀粉钠67.5份、硬脂酸镁5份。
一种白茅根黄芪分散片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取原料山药洗净,将洗净后的山药进行热风干燥,干燥温度50-90℃范围内,风速为0.5-1.5m/s,将干燥后的山药用细胞破碎机以震动磨方式磨成粉体粒径为5-15μm的超微粉末,使细胞壁破碎,迅速冷却至20-30℃范围内,得到山药超微粉,备用;
(2)取原料生黄芪、甘草、白茅根洗净,45℃时烘干表面水分,再进行粗粉碎,颗粒度为20-50目,将粗粉碎后的上述原料加入到原料总重量倍6-12倍量的水中,加热至80-95℃范围内进行浸提,将浸提液过滤,再进行70-50℃减压浓缩,将过滤液浓缩至可溶固体物达到60-70%,再进行喷雾干燥,进风温度160-180℃,出风温度80-90℃,得到喷干粉,备用;
(3)将步骤(1)中所得山药超微粉和步骤(2)中所得喷干粉和蜂蜜搅拌混合,搅拌机速度为50-75r/min,时间为10-15min,得混合物Ⅰ,备用;
(4)向步骤(3)中所得混合物Ⅰ加入乙醇使醇浓度达到75%,静置8-16h后过滤,杂质排出,回收乙醇后在温度40-60℃,真空度0.58-0.68MPa条件下,真空浓缩至干固物达到50-70%,再进行真空干燥,干燥温度40-60℃范围内,得到干浸膏,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)所得干浸膏进行粉碎后加入羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、山楂提取物、大豆分离蛋白、维生素C、维生素E、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶用混匀机混匀制成颗粒,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,将混匀后的颗粒在50-60℃范围内干燥至水份含量在2-3%之间,备用;
(6)向步骤(5)中所得颗粒加入羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁混匀,压制成片,即得白茅根黄芪分散片。
所述的步骤(1)中取原料山药洗净,将洗净后的山药进行热风干燥,干燥温度70℃时风速为0.5m/s,将干燥后的山药用细胞破碎机以震动磨方式磨成粉体粒径为15μm的超微粉末,使细胞壁破碎,迅速冷却至25℃,得到山药超微粉。
所述的步骤(2)中取原料生黄芪、甘草、白茅根洗净,45℃时烘干表面水分,再进行粗粉碎,颗粒度为40目,将粗粉碎后的上述原料加入到原料总重量倍12倍量的水中,加热至85℃范围内进行浸提,将浸提液过滤,再进行70-50℃减压浓缩,将过滤液浓缩至可溶固体物达到60-70%,再进行喷雾干燥,进风温度160℃,出风温度80℃,得到喷干粉。
综上所述,本发明有益效果:
本发明具有健脾补气、收敛止崩、增强免疫力等功效。适用于崩漏,用于辅助康复。

一种白茅根黄芪分散片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(4)向步骤(3)中所得混合物Ⅰ加入乙醇使醇浓度达到75%,静置8-16h后过滤,杂质排出,回收乙醇后在温度40-60℃,真空度0.58-0.68MPa条件下,真空浓缩至干固物达到50-70%,再进行真空干燥,干燥温度40-60℃范围内,得到干浸膏,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)所得干浸膏进行粉碎后加入羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、山楂提取物、大豆分离蛋白、维生素C、维生素E、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶用混匀机混匀制成颗粒,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,将混匀后的颗粒在50-60℃范围内干燥至水份含量在2-3%之间,备用;
(6)向步骤(5)中所得颗粒加入羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁混匀,压制成片,即得白茅根黄芪分散片。
实施例3
一种白茅根黄芪分散片,包括以下重量份成分:山药400份、生黄芪140份、蜂蜜40份、甘草80份、白茅根140份、微晶纤维素60份、山楂提取物0.32份、大豆分离蛋白6份、维生素C2份、维生素E0.02份、甘露醇170份、三氯蔗糖15份、微粉硅胶50份、羧甲基纤维素5份、羧甲基淀粉钠80份、硬脂酸镁6份。
一种白茅根黄芪分散片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取原料山药洗净,将洗净后的山药进行热风干燥,干燥温度50-90℃范围内,风速为0.5-1.5m/s,将干燥后的山药用细胞破碎机以震动磨方式磨成粉体粒径为5-15μm的超微粉末,使细胞壁破碎,迅速冷却至20-30℃范围内,得到山药超微粉,备用;
