Abstract
本发明公开了一种滋阴养生组合物，以重量份计，包括以下组分：山药150～160份、大枣83～87份、木瓜120～130份、芡实100～110份、盐益智仁34～36份、蒸黄精100～110份、百合100～110份、覆盆子83～87份、枸杞子120～130份、玉竹83～87份、龙眼肉83～87份、阿胶52～54份、桑椹83～87份、甘草41～43份。上述滋阴养生组合物符合君臣佐使的原则，各原料之间没有配伍禁忌，配合使用具有协同增效作用，药食同源，具有共奏滋阴降火、补肾抗衰之功。

技术领域
本发明涉及健康养生领域，特别地，涉及一种滋阴养生组合物。此外，本发明还涉及一种包括上述滋阴养生组合物的制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活节奏的不断加快，工作和生活压力不断加大，同时生活环境恶劣，食品安全的问题也日渐严峻，亚健康的人群数量越来越多，如出现手脚心发热、口渴、咽干、虚汗等问题，该类问题在中医理论上为阴虚，因此亟需提供一种滋阴养生组合物及制备方法。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种滋阴养生组合物及制备方法，以解决阴虚的技术问题。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
本发明一方面提供了一种滋阴养生组合物，以重量份计，包括以下组分：
山药150～160份、大枣83～87份、木瓜120～130份、芡实100～110份、盐益智仁34～36份、蒸黄精100～110份、百合100～110份、覆盆子83～87份、枸杞子120～130份、玉竹83～87份、龙眼肉83～87份、阿胶52～54份、桑椹83～87份、甘草44～46份。
进一步地，以重量份计，包括以下组分：
山药152～158份、大枣84～86份、木瓜124～127份、芡实102～106份、盐益智仁34～36份、蒸黄精102～106份、百合102～106份、覆盆子84～86份、枸杞子124～127份、玉竹84～86份、龙眼肉84～86份、阿胶52～53份、桑椹84～86份、甘草42～43份。

本发明另一方面提供了一种滋阴养生组合物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
将滋阴养生组合物的除阿胶之外的组分进行两次水提过滤。
将两次水提的滤液合并、浓缩、加入烊化的阿胶。加入辅料，制剂得到成品。
进一步地，将滋阴养生组合物的除阿胶之外的组分进行两次水提过滤的步骤包括：
将滋阴养生组合物的除阿胶之外的组分加入上述组分总质量8～9倍量的水，在95～100℃提取110～130分钟，并将第一提取液过滤。
将水提后的原料加入总质量6～7倍量的水，在95～100℃提取55～65分钟，并将第二提取液过滤。
进一步地，辅料以重量份计包括麦芽糊精40～42份，糊精670～675份，甜菊糖苷5.5～6份。
制剂步骤包括：在加入了阿胶的浓缩物中加入甜菊糖苷和占糊精总质量60～62％的部分糊精进行喷雾干燥，得到提取物粉。
在提取物粉中加入麦芽糊精和剩余糊精，粉碎后，加入乙醇制成软材，制备颗粒。
进一步地，在提取物粉中加入麦芽糊精和剩余糊精，粉碎后，加入乙醇制成软材的步骤包括：
提取物粉中加入麦芽糊精和剩余糊精，粉碎得到细粉，将细粉加入体积分数94～96％的乙醇调至9～11％的湿润度，再加入体积分数89～91％的乙醇调至19～21％的湿润度，制得软材。
进一步地，制备颗粒的步骤包括：
将软材在12目制粒，45℃～50℃干燥，12目筛整粒，50～60℃干燥至颗粒含水量小于5％，得到滋阴养生组合物。
进一步地，加入阿胶的浓缩物中甜菊糖苷和部分糊精后，搅拌均匀至相对密度为1.10～1.20，并经100目过滤后，再进行喷雾干燥。
本发明具有以下有益效果：上述的滋阴养生组合物，黄精、枸杞子滋阴水制虚火，为君药。桑椹滋肝肾益精血，为臣。虚火上炎，常见咳嗽口渴，故配百合、玉竹以滋阴清肺、止渴止咳；虚火上扰心神，则心烦易怒，故用百合、龙眼肉、阿胶以清养安神；阴虚常兼气虚，故配山药、大枣、甘草；阴虚甚者腰膝酸软、遗精尿频，故配木瓜以补肝肾强筋骨，配芡实、益智仁、覆盆子固精缩尿均为佐。另外，黄精、枸杞子、桑椹合用滋补肝肾、益精填髓。诸药合用补中有清，标本兼顾，共奏滋阴降火、补肾抗衰之功。本发明的滋阴养生组合物补肾滋阴降火，特别适用于各类阴虚人群的健康养生。尤其对手脚心发热、口渴、咽干、虚汗的等人群健康养生效果尤佳。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施例进行详细说明，但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
本发明的优选实施例提供了一种滋阴养生组合物，以重量份计，包括以下组分：
山药150～160份、大枣83～87份、木瓜120～130份、芡实100～110份、盐益智仁34～36份、蒸黄精100～110份、百合100～110份、覆盆子83～87份、枸杞子120～130份、玉竹83～87份、龙眼肉83～87份、阿胶52～54份、桑椹83～87份、甘草41～43份。
山药：味甘，性平。归脾、肺、肾经。补脾养胃，生津益肺，补肾涩精。主治脾虚，久泻，肺虚，肾虚，带下，尿频。
大枣：味甘，性温。归脾、胃、心经，有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功能。
木瓜：味酸，性温。归肝、脾经。有舒筋活络，和胃化湿的功效。用于治疗湿痹拘挛，腰膝关节酸重疼痛，暑湿吐泻，转筋挛痛，脚气水肿。
芡实：味甘、涩，性平。归脾、肾经。益肾固精，补脾止泻，除湿止带。用于遗精滑精，遗尿尿频，脾虚久泻，白浊，带下。
益智仁：味辛，性温。归脾、肾经。具有温脾止泻摄涎，暖肾缩尿固精之功效。盐益智仁由益智仁和盐水拌匀，微炒，放凉得到。本发明所用盐益智仁可购买益智仁自行炒制，也可购买炒制好的盐益智仁。
蒸黄精即为蒸熟的黄精。黄精：味甘，性平，归脾、肺、肾经。补气养阴，健脾，润肺，益肾。用于脾胃气虚，体倦乏力，胃阴不足，口干食少，肺虚燥咳，劳嗽咳血，精血不足，腰膝酸软，须发早白，内热消渴。
百合：味甘，性寒。归心、肺经。具有养阴润肺，清心安神的功效。用于阴虚燥咳，劳嗽咳血，虚烦惊悸，失眠多梦，精神恍惚。
覆盆子：味甘、酸，性温。归经：归肝、肾、膀胱经。功效：益肾固精缩尿，养肝明目。主治：用于遗精滑精，遗尿尿频，阳痿早泄，目暗昏花。
枸杞子：味甘，性平。归肝、肾经。滋补肝肾，益精明目。用于虚劳精亏，腰膝酸痛，眩晕耳鸣，阳萎遗精，内热消渴，血虚萎黄，目昏不明。
玉竹：味甘，性微寒。归肺、胃经。养阴润燥，生津止渴。用于肺胃阴伤，燥热咳嗽，咽干口渴，内热消渴。
龙眼肉：味甘，性温。归心、脾经。具有补益心脾、养血宁神、健脾止泻、利尿消肿等功效。补益心脾，养血安神。用于气血不足、心悸怔忡、健忘失眠、血虚萎黄。
阿胶：味甘，性平。归肺、肝、肾经。补血滋阴，润燥，止血。用于血虚萎黄，眩晕心悸，肌痿无力，心烦不眠，虚风内动，肺燥咳嗽。劳嗽咯血，吐血尿血，便血崩漏，妊娠胎漏。
桑椹：味甘、酸，性寒。归心、肝、肾经。滋阴补血，生津润燥。用于肝肾阴虚，眩晕耳鸣，心悸失眠，须发早白，津伤口渴，内热消渴，肠燥便秘。
甘草：味甘，性平。归心、肺、脾、胃经。补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱，倦怠乏力，心悸气短，咳嗽痰多，脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛，痈肿疮毒，缓解药物毒性、烈性。
注意事项：①本方为滋补品，感冒期间禁用，忌艾灸理疗；②须按百日周期调养；③使用初期偶有大便稀次数增多现象，属正常，3-5天自动消失；④配合服用补气血养生验方以补益气血，或根据具体病理辩证配合其他验方，两方同用可协同增效。

本发明还提供了一种上述的滋阴养生组合物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
将滋阴养生组合物的除阿胶之外的组分进行两次水提过滤。
将两次水提的滤液合并、浓缩、加入烊化的阿胶。加入辅料，制剂得到成品。
阿胶直接用少量水烊化，如可用两倍水量烊化。取除阿胶外的其它有效组分进行水提，如可投入多功能提取罐中提取。所用水为饮用水。共两次水提过滤，两次水提的滤液合并，浓缩，趁热加入烊化的阿胶。制粒可参照现有技术的方法制粒，如湿法制粒、干法制粒和喷雾制粒。
可选地，将滋阴养生组合物的除阿胶之外的组分进行两次水提过滤的步骤包括：
将滋阴养生组合物除阿胶之外的组分加入上述组分总质量8～9倍量的水，在95～100℃提取110～130分钟，并将第一提取液过滤。
将水提后的原料加入总质量6～7倍量的水，在95～100℃提取55～65分钟，并将第二提取液过滤。
在第一次水提过滤步骤的条件下，加入除阿胶之外的其它组分总质量8～9倍量的水，在95～100℃动态提取110～130分钟，在200目滤布过滤。优选为，加入8倍量的水，100℃动态提取120分钟。
滤渣加入除阿胶之外的其它组分总质量6～7倍量的水，在95～100℃动态提取55～65分钟，在200目滤布过滤。优选为，加入6倍量的水，100℃动态提取60分钟。
可选地，辅料以重量份计包括麦芽糊精40～42份，糊精670～675份，甜菊糖苷5.5～6份。
制剂步骤包括：在加入了阿胶的浓缩物中加入甜菊糖苷和占糊精总质量60～62％的部分糊精进行喷雾干燥，得到提取物粉。
在提取物粉中加入麦芽糊精和剩余糊精，粉碎后，加入乙醇制成软材，制备颗粒。
辅料和滋阴养生组合物中的重量份采用相同的计量基准。即辅料中的1重量份与滋阴养生组合物中的1重量份相同。滋阴养生组合物，水提取后，精滤、浓缩、加入辅料干燥制粒成固体颗粒如可后得到滋阴养生冲剂。辅料中包括糊精，便于制粒成型，甜菊糖苷可改善口感。滋阴养生组合物冲剂加入开水冲服，克服了传统中药熬汤用法苦涩难喝的弊端，服用方便，携带方便。
将两次的滤液合并，减压浓缩至相对密度为1.10左右，趁热加入烊化的阿胶。然后加入三氯蔗糖和部分糊精搅拌均匀喷雾干燥，得提取物粉。在提取物粉中加入蔗糖和剩余糊精，共同粉碎成细粉，用乙醇制软材，制备颗粒。
可选地，在提取物粉中加入麦芽糊精和剩余糊精，粉碎后，加入乙醇制成软材的步骤包括：
提取物粉中加入麦芽糊精和剩余糊精，粉碎得到细粉，将细粉加入体积分数94～96％的乙醇调至9～11％的湿润度，再加入体积分数89～91％的乙醇调至19～21％的湿润度，制得软材。
可选地，制备颗粒的步骤包括：
将软材在12目制粒，45℃～50℃干燥，12目筛整粒，50～60℃干燥至颗粒含水量小于5％，得到滋阴养生组合物。
该颗粒大小的滋阴养生组合物，在水中分散较快，营养成分容易溶解在水中。同时含水量小于5％，有助于延长保质期。
可选地，加入阿胶的浓缩物中甜菊糖苷和部分糊精后，搅拌均匀至相对密度为1.10～1.20，并经100目过滤后，再进行喷雾干燥。
实施例1
山药4.26g、大枣2.47g、木瓜3.41g、芡实3.12g、盐益智仁1.02g、蒸黄精3.12g、百合3.12g、覆盆子2.47g、枸杞子3.69g、玉竹2.47g、龙眼肉2.47g、阿胶1.48g、桑椹2.47g、甘草1.22g。
实施例2
山药4.54g、大枣2.35g、木瓜3.69g、芡实2.84g、盐益智仁0.97g、蒸黄精2.84g、百合2.84g、覆盆子2.35g、枸杞子3.41g、玉竹2.35g、龙眼肉2.35g、阿胶1.53g、桑椹2.35～2.47g、甘草1.16～1.22g。
实施例3
山药4.4g、大枣2.4g、木瓜3.6g、芡实3g、盐益智仁1g、蒸黄精3g、百合3g、覆盆子2.4g、枸杞子3.6g、玉竹2.4g、龙眼肉2.4g、阿胶1.5g、桑椹2.4g、甘草1.2g
实施例4
原料：山药155g、大枣85g、木瓜125g、芡实105g、盐益智仁35g、蒸黄精105g、百合105g、覆盆子85g、枸杞子125g、玉竹85g、龙眼肉85g、阿胶50g、桑椹85g、甘草45g。
辅料：麦芽糊精40g，糊精670g，甜菊糖苷5.5g。
制备工艺
取除阿胶外(阿胶直接用2倍水烊化加入浓缩液中)的其他13个品种(1225g)中药材投入多功能提取罐中，加8倍量饮用水，100℃动态提取120分钟，提取液200目滤布过滤；第二次加6倍量饮用水100℃动态提取60分钟，提取液200目滤布过滤，合并两次滤液。减压浓缩(温度60～70℃，真空度-0.06～-0.08MPa)至相对密度为1.10左右，趁热加入烊化的阿胶50g、甜菊糖苷5.5g(少许水溶)，糊精400g，搅拌均匀至相对密度为1.20，过滤(100目)，喷雾干燥，得提取物粉约700g。加入麦芽糊精40g、糊精260g，共同粉碎成细粉(80目)，用92％乙醇制软材(用量约25％)，12目制粒，干燥至颗粒含水量小于5％，12目筛整粒，得干燥颗粒1000g。(分装成5g/袋)。
临床试验
选择30～40岁年纪阶段出现了手脚心发热、口渴、咽干、虚汗的男性女性各150名，分为5组，各组包括30名男性，30名女性。1～4组分别服用实施例1～4中的滋阴养生组合物或滋阴养生冲剂。其中实施例1～3中的滋阴养生组合物为一剂的用量，将其加入适量水煎服，早晚各服用一次。第4组早晚各服用一次滋阴养生冲剂，加水冲服，每次服用2袋，各组服用的有限组分基本相当。第5组服用安慰剂，安慰剂为加入了焦糖色素、苦味剂，以及实施例3中相同剂量辅料的空白制剂。
服用一个月后对服用者的手脚心发热、口渴、咽干和虚汗等症状进行考察。

参照表1，可见实验组1～4组大部分服用者在服用一个月后，手脚心发热、口渴、咽干、虚汗的情况得到缓解。并且尚未发现有任何一个服用者，上述症状均未得到改善的情况。而服用安慰剂的空白对照组中，仅少量患者在手脚心发热、口渴、咽干、虚汗的其中一种症状得到缓解。可见，上述的滋阴养生组合物具有滋阴养生，调节亚健康等功效。

2.根据权利要求1所述的滋阴养生组合物，其特征在于，以重量份计，包括以下组分：
山药152～158份、大枣84～86份、木瓜124～127份、芡实102～106份、盐益智仁34～36份、蒸黄精102～106份、百合102～106份、覆盆子84～86份、枸杞子124～127份、玉竹84～86份、龙眼肉84～86份、阿胶52～53份、桑椹84～86份、甘草42～43份。

5.一种权利要求1～4中任一项所述的滋阴养生组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
将所述滋阴养生组合物的除阿胶之外的组分进行两次水提过滤；
将两次水提的滤液合并、浓缩、加入烊化的阿胶；加入辅料，制剂得到成品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的滋阴养生组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述将所述滋阴养生组合物的除阿胶之外的组分进行两次水提过滤的步骤包括：
将所述滋阴养生组合物的除阿胶之外的组分加入上述组分总质量8～9倍量的水，在95～100℃提取110～130分钟，并将第一提取液过滤；

所述辅料以重量份计包括麦芽糊精40～42份，糊精670～675份，甜菊糖苷5.5～6份；
所述制剂步骤包括：在加入了阿胶的浓缩物中加入甜菊糖苷和占所述糊精总质量60～62％的部分糊精进行喷雾干燥，得到提取物粉；
在所述提取物粉中加入麦芽糊精和剩余糊精，粉碎后，加入乙醇制成软材，制备颗粒。
8.根据权利要求7所述的滋阴养生组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述在所述提取物粉中加入麦芽糊精和剩余糊精，粉碎后，加入乙醇制成软材的步骤包括：
所述提取物粉中加入麦芽糊精和剩余糊精，粉碎得到细粉，将所述细粉加入体积分数94～96％的乙醇调至9～11％的湿润度，再加入体积分数89～91％的乙醇调至19～21％的湿润度，制得软材。
9.根据权利要求7所述的滋阴养生组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述制备颗粒的步骤包括：
将所述软材在12目制粒，45℃～50℃干燥，12目筛整粒，50～60℃干燥至颗粒含水量小于5％，得到所述滋阴养生组合物。
10.根据权利要求7～9中任一项所述的滋阴养生组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述加入阿胶的浓缩物中所述甜菊糖苷和部分糊精后，搅拌均匀至相对密度为1.10～1.20，并经100目过滤后，再进行喷雾干燥。
