本发明公开了一种羊肉荞面及其加工方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:羊肉20-30、荞麦粉80-100、龙利叶2-3、莪术1-3、青皮2-3、云苓2-4、莱菔子2-3、延胡索2-3、一枝蒿1-3、苦瓜汁8-10、苹果汁8-10、胡椒粉3-5、食盐2-3、营养添加剂8-10;本发明提供了一种羊肉荞面及其加工方法,将羊肉及保健中药成分经过处理后,与荞麦粉结合,制作得到羊肉荞面,有效的解决了传统荞面口味单一,营养匮乏的缺点,具有降血压的保健作用。

本发明涉及一种羊肉荞面及其加工方法,属于食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
羊肉是我国餐桌上的常见食品,尤其是在较为寒冷的北方,更是因其温热的性质而深受人们的欢迎。在现在的市场上,羊肉产品较为单一,大多为新鲜羊肉或者羊肉的卤制品,因此,开发出多种羊肉制品,能够充分满足市场需求,给广大消费者更多的选择。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种羊肉荞面及其加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种羊肉荞面,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
羊肉20-30、荞麦粉80-100、龙利叶2-3、莪术1-3、青皮2-3、云苓2-4、莱菔子2-3、延胡索2-3、一枝蒿1-3、苦瓜汁8-10、苹果汁8-10、胡椒粉3-5、食盐2-3、营养添加剂8-10;
所述的营养添加剂是由当归油、珍珠粉、益智仁粉以0.02-0.04:2-4:4-6的重量比混合组成。
所述的羊肉荞面的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊肉去皮洗净,然后放入搅拌机里绞碎成肉酱;
(2)将龙利叶、莪术、青皮、云苓、莱菔子、延胡索、一枝蒿加入适量水中,加热煎煮,得煎煮液;
(3)将上述制备的羊肉酱、煎煮液加入荞麦粉中,然后将苦瓜汁、苹果汁、胡椒粉、食盐、营养添加剂等剩余成分加入其中,搅拌混合后放入搅面机当中,制成面条后晒干,包装,即得。

一种羊肉荞面,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
羊肉30、荞麦粉80、龙利叶3、莪术3、青皮2、云苓4、莱菔子3、延胡索2、一枝蒿3、苦瓜汁10、苹果汁10、胡椒粉3、食盐3、营养添加剂10;
所述的营养添加剂是由当归油、珍珠粉、益智仁粉以0.02::5的重量比混合组成。
所述的羊肉荞面的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊肉去皮洗净,然后放入搅拌机里绞碎成肉酱;
(2)将龙利叶、莪术、青皮、云苓、莱菔子、延胡索、一枝蒿加入适量水中,加热煎煮,得煎煮液;
(3)将上述制备的羊肉酱、煎煮液加入荞麦粉中,然后将苦瓜汁、苹果汁、胡椒粉、食盐、营养添加剂等剩余成分加入其中,搅拌混合后放入搅面机当中,制成面条后晒干,包装,即得。

1.一种羊肉荞面,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
羊肉20-30、荞麦粉80-100、龙利叶2-3、莪术1-3、青皮2-3、云苓2-4、莱菔子2-3、延胡索2-3、一枝蒿1-3、苦瓜汁8-10、苹果汁8-10、胡椒粉3-5、食盐2-3、营养添加剂8-10;
所述的营养添加剂是由当归油、珍珠粉、益智仁粉以0.02-0.04:2-4:4-6的重量比混合组成。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的羊肉荞面的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊肉去皮洗净,然后放入搅拌机里绞碎成肉酱;
(2)将龙利叶、莪术、青皮、云苓、莱菔子、延胡索、一枝蒿加入适量水中,加热煎煮,得煎煮液;
(3)将上述制备的羊肉酱、煎煮液加入荞麦粉中,然后将苦瓜汁、苹果汁、胡椒粉、食盐、营养添加剂等剩余成分加入其中,搅拌混合后放入搅面机当中,制成面条后晒干,包装,即得。
