技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有非线性力-位移特性的隔振装置,以及包括所述隔振装置的机动车悬架系统。特别是,本发明涉及一种包括大体弹性的芯的隔振装置,所述大体弹性的芯被设置为与第一可位移物体相连接,且设置有开口,该开口被设置为与第二可位移物体相连接。
背景技术
本领域现有技术已知各种隔振方案。它们通常都包括弹性材料,在机动车应用中,隔振装置通常设于发动机支架和悬架模块顶部支架。这些隔离装置总体上旨在确保低刚度以有效地隔离相对于某一平衡点的小振幅振动,而同时为高冲程振动提供高刚度以传送可位移物体的相互位移。
专利说明书US5,271,595公开了一种具有非线性弹性特性的弹性支撑装置,该弹性支撑装置包括设置有两个构件的由弹性材料制成的主体,该弹性支撑装置与支撑件和被支撑件连接,该支撑件和被支撑件由两个相对刚性的部件弹性连接在一起,这两个部件通过至少一个弹性横杆相互连接,所述至少一个弹性横杆由牵引产生预应力并在作用于连接的两个构件之间的力达到预定值时变形,当相对高刚度的抵接系统运转时横杆停止变形。该弹性支撑装置适用于排气管支架。

发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种具有非线性力-位移特性的隔振装置,该非线性力-位移特性相对于某一可能对应于振动平衡点的可调非零位移值大体上对称。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种隔振装置,其能被用于车辆液压减振器,特别是可调节的主动悬架减振器,该隔振装置能有效补偿减振器预定的预加载,并且对高、低振幅振动能分别提供相对高的刚度和相对低的刚度。
为了实现上述以及其它目的,本发明提供了一种隔振装置,在开头提及的各种隔振装置的基础上,该隔振装置还包括设置在所述第一可位移物体和所述第二可位移物体之间的振动传送路径上的至少一个盘形贝氏弹簧,其中所述至少一个盘形贝氏弹簧至少部分嵌入所述大体弹性的芯的空间内并包围所述开口。
所述弹簧设于所述芯的空间内改变了芯块的均匀性(均质性),并使其对垂直于弹簧平面的相反位移的反应产生区别。
本发明中的术语“弹性体”或“弹性”指能够以其内部热能来储存应变能的任何材料。
优选地,所述隔振装置处于振动平衡位置时,所述至少一个盘形贝氏弹簧被预加载。事实上所述弹簧的预定的或假定的预加载能够使所述隔振装置处于平衡位置。
优选地,所述隔振装置还包括大体刚性的支撑件,该支撑件设于所述芯的所述开口内,并且设置有用于连接所述第二可位移物体的装置。所述支撑件改进了对所述第二可位移物体的振动拦截。
而且,本发明的所述隔振装置优选地还包括壳体,所述壳体至少部分包围所述芯,并且设置有用于连接所述第一可位移物体的装置。所述壳体便于所述隔振装置与所述第一可位移物体集成一体。

优选地,所述至少一个盘形贝氏弹簧是锥形弹簧、波形弹簧或者多孔锥形弹簧。弹簧的结构是能够限定隔振装置的三维应力-应变特性的另一因素。
在一些实施例中,有利的是,隔振装置设有多个隔开和/或形成堆叠的盘形贝氏弹簧。如果单个弹簧由于例如设计或形状限制的原因而不可能提供一个合适的弹簧常数,则多个弹簧有利于为这样一组弹簧提供一个合适的弹簧常数。
本发明的隔振装置优选地可用作车辆悬架的一部分,在此情况下,所述第二可位移物体是液压减振器的活塞杆。
相应的,本发明还提供一种机动车悬架系统,特别是提供一种可调节的主动悬架系统,包括如上所述的隔振装置。

具体实施方式
图1示意性地例示了一示例车辆悬架9的一部分,该部分通过顶部支架7,特别是通过设于顶部支架7上表面外周上的多个螺钉72附接至车辆底盘3。顶部支架7连接至液压减振器8的螺旋弹簧10和活塞杆4。减振器管本体内填充有工作流体,其内滑动设有活塞组件,所述活塞组件接合至延伸出减振器管本体外的活塞杆4。减振器管本体的另一端连接至支撑车轮的转向节11。所有上述特征对于本领域技术人员来说都是公知的。
悬架具有双重用途:改善路面和车轮之间摩擦,同时改善整体性和车辆乘客的振动舒适性。为了改善悬架特性,最近提出了一种可调节的主动悬架。该方案利用充气式单管减振器,气体的压力作用于活塞杆4并推动活塞杆4向上运动。该预加载连同车辆底盘3的重力预加载均由顶部支架7操纵。
图2例示了图1中所示顶部支架7的剖视图。顶部支架7的主要用途是隔离从活塞杆4经顶部支架7的壳体到车辆底盘3的振动(参见图1)。为此,顶部支架7必须为活塞杆4的小位移提供低刚度,而另一方面,对于较高振幅的活塞杆4冲程,需要顶部支架7较高的刚度以便通过减振器适当地传递力来控制车辆底盘3的动力学特性。
顶部支架7由两个同轴设置的杯状的冲压盖73和74形成,冲压盖73和74分别具有周向凸缘75、76,周向凸缘75、76彼此固定连接。凸缘75、76的圆周具有多个纵向通孔71,以将顶部支架附接至车辆底盘3。此外,凸缘75和76支承螺旋弹簧10。
隔振装置1设置在冲压盖73、74形成的腔室内。隔振装置1包括大致呈圆柱形的芯2,芯2由具有预定弹性特性和几何形状的合成硅橡胶制成,且被压在腔室中。
芯2具有开口21,开口21内设有钢制的、大致呈圆筒状的支撑件6。支撑件6设置有能连接活塞杆4的凸缘61,活塞杆4形成的轴向突起41穿过凸缘61并由螺母42在另一端旋紧。
设于芯2的周向凸缘23、24围着支撑件6,改善了对支撑件6沿着活塞杆4的轴线相对于顶部支架7的轴向位移的拦截。
此外,芯2设有用于压缩冲程的止动件77,这些止动件77在芯的底表面等角间隔地凸布。显然,芯的顶面也可设置用于回弹冲程的类似的止动件。
图2所示的顶支架7处于空载位置,此时活塞杆4向上的压力和车辆底盘向下的重力还未向隔振装置1进行预加载。
芯2在成型过程中,嵌入有具预定弹性特性和几何形状的贝氏锥形弹簧5。弹簧5的内周边指向减振器8管本体。该弹簧改变了芯2沿着纵向轴线A的弹性特性的均质性,稍后结合图5进行详细说明。在本实施例中,弹簧5与支撑件6或者由冲压盖73和74形成的腔室的内表面不直接接触。
此外,如图2和图3所示,芯2的轴向对称性被沿着线B延伸形成的两个空腔22破坏,线B垂直于芯2的对称轴线A。空腔还改变了芯沿着线C的均质性,该线C正交于线A和线B,使得所述隔振装置沿着车辆纵向底盘(即,沿着车辆正常行驶方向)具有更低的刚度,这对于例如在粗糙地面上驾驶是有益的。
图4例示了在一个实施例中图1所示的悬架顶部支架7在压缩位置(图4a)和回弹位置(图4b)之间的操作范围。
在安装悬架减振器9之后,顶部支架7由车辆重量的一部分预加载,并且,如果采用预加压主动悬架,则活塞杆4推动支撑件6向上的压力还会导致弹簧5偏转,该弹簧位于图4a和图4b上虚线示出的水平位置。在本实施例中,弹簧5的该位置对应于隔振装置1的平衡位置,即在车辆以标准荷载静止于水平面上时的位置。
活塞杆4在平衡位置上方的进一步运动(压缩冲程,图4a)将导致弹簧5向上偏转,而在平衡位置下方的运动(回弹冲程,图4b)将导致弹簧5的向下偏转。从下列描述中可知这是显而易见的。
图5a所示为仅包括弹性芯的典型隔振器的刚度特性。如图所示,在该特性曲线中可区分出两个区间:“低冲程-低刚度”区间,该区间内将良好隔离发动机的振动和道路崎岖不平引起的颠簸;以及“高冲程-高刚度”区间,该区间内会向车辆底盘传递减振力以改善车辆控制和车辆动力学特性。“低冲程-低刚度”区间是由弹性芯在+/-1mm小冲程范围内的剪变产生的,“高冲程-高刚度”区间则是由弹性芯超过该限值的压缩具来产生的。
忽略某些滞后现象,隔振器的刚度特性相对于一平衡位置是对称的,该平衡位置对应于与隔振器相连接的两个可位移物体(即,活塞杆4和车体3)之间的零位移位置。然而,这样的平衡位置或零位移在实际上很少存在,因为隔振器最初至少由其支撑的主体的重力进行预加载,从而使得该平衡位置向上偏移至某个位置,称为“新平衡位置”。该预加载(和对应的偏移)在可调节主动悬架系统的气体预加载减振器的情况下,会有额外增加。因此,该新平衡位置附近的振动(振荡)将不再使隔振器产生期望的力响应,而是对小回弹(向上)位移产生不舒服的大力,而对小压缩(向下)位移产生非期望的小力。
图5b所示为本发明的隔振器一个实施例的刚度特性。如图所示,嵌入弹性体芯内的盘形贝氏弹簧将整个特性向平衡位置偏移,该平衡位置对应于两个可位移物体之间的由它们的相对预加载产生的相对位移。这是因为,由于芯内成型的纵向不对称弹簧在预加载到系统的平衡位置时产生响应,从而在芯内形成了复杂的三维应力状态。换言之,弹簧超过其稳定范围,并且对弹性体的刚度产生“抵抗”。系统的组合刚度导致了图5b所示的特性。
显然,通过改变隔振装置中成型的(多个)弹簧的弹性特性,可以针对所采用的预加载和其它因素任意调节(改变)平衡位置。
图6a和图6b所示为隔振装置1a的另一实施例,其中,隔振装置1a为另一些振动装置(图中未示)(如电动机或家用电器(电冰箱、洗衣机等))的隔离支撑件。
在该实施例中,芯的周围未设置壳体,并且第一可位移物体只是对装置1a进行支撑的表面3a。振动装置的支柱4a(第二可位移物体)被插入杯状支撑件6a的开口21a内,并且固定至橡胶的、正方形的芯2a中。此外,芯2a内成型有三个圆锥形弹簧垫圈5a,三个圆锥形弹簧垫圈5a同轴设置且依次叠置,其中最上面的两个弹簧另外堆叠在一起。垫圈的参数被选择为能补偿振动装置的重量通过支柱4a传送至基面3a所造成的重力预加载。
图7a、图7b和图7c所示为盘形贝氏弹簧的一些示例,即,锥形弹簧5b、波形弹簧5c和多孔锥形弹簧5d。
弹簧的参数优选被选择为,预加载使弹簧于芯内成型后变形成平垫圈的形状,该平垫圈的平面大体上垂直于隔振装置的纵向轴线。
本发明的上述实施例仅是示例性的。图不必按比例绘制,并且一些特征可以被放大或最小化。然而这些因素和其它因素不应被认为是限制本发明的主旨,本发明的预定保护范围见所附的权利要求书。

Claims (13)

1.一种隔振装置(1),包括:
弹性的芯(2),所述弹性的芯被设置为与第一可位移物体(3)连接,且设置有开口(21),该开口(21)被设置为与第二可位移物体(4)连接,
其特征在于,
所述隔振装置还包括至少一个盘形贝氏弹簧(5),所述至少一个盘形贝氏弹簧设置在所述第一可位移物体(3)和所述第二可位移物体(4)之间的振动传送路径上,其中,所述至少一个盘形贝氏弹簧(5)至少部分嵌入所述弹性的芯(2)内并包围所述开口(21);所述至少一个盘形贝氏弹簧(5)纵向不对称地设置于芯(2)内,在所述隔振装置被预加载到达所述隔振装置的平衡位置的过程中,盘形贝氏弹簧(5)响应于所述预加载而降低芯(2)的刚度,所述隔振装置的刚度特性向所述隔振装置的平衡位置偏移,所述隔振装置的平衡位置对应于第一可位移物体(3)和第二可位移物体(4)之间的相对位移,所述相对位移由第一可位移物体(3)和第二可位移物体(4)的相对预加载产生。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔振装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个盘形贝氏弹簧(5)在所述隔振装置(1)处于振动平衡位置时被预加载。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的隔振装置,其特征在于,所述隔振装置还包括壳体(7),所述壳体至少部分包围所述芯(2),并且设置有用于连接所述第一可位移物体(3)的装置(71)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的隔振装置,其特征在于,所述隔振装置还包括刚性的支撑件(6),所述刚性的支撑件设于所述芯(2)的所述开口(21)内,并且设置有用于连接所述第二可位移物体(4)的装置(61)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的隔振装置,其特征在于,所述隔振装置还包括壳体(7),所述壳体至少部分包围所述芯(2),并且设置有用于连接所述第一可位移物体(3)的装置(71)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的隔振装置,其特征在于,所述芯(2)被压缩于所述壳体(7)内。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的隔振装置,其特征在于,所述芯(2)轴向不对称。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的隔振装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个盘形贝氏弹簧(5)是锥形弹簧(5b)、波形弹簧(5c)或多孔锥形弹簧(5d)。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的隔振装置,其特征在于,所述隔振装置包括间隔开和/或形成堆叠的多个盘形贝氏弹簧(5a)。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的隔振装置,其特征在于,所述第二可位移物体(4)是液压减振器(8)的活塞杆(4)。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的隔振装置,其特征在于,所述隔振装置包括机动车悬架(9)的一部分。
12.一种机动车悬架系统,其特征在于,所述机动车悬架系统包括前述权利要求中的任一项所述的隔振装置(1)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的机动车悬架系统,其特征在于,所述机动车悬架系统是可调节的主动悬架。
