本发明公开了一种尼龙垫圈用纳米荧光材料组合物料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA12 520-550、YAG荧光粉2-3、N-甲基吡咯烷酮1-2、茂金属聚乙烯14-18、十溴二苯醚4-6、正硅酸乙酯0.3-0.6、滑石粉16-19、偏硼酸钡5-6、纳米三氧化二铝1-2、助剂8-10、白油膏1-2。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及尼龙材料领域,确切地说是一种尼龙垫圈用纳米荧光材料组合物料。
背景技术
尼龙是合成树脂的同义语,是以高分子物质为主原料,经过人工方式加工成有用的形状的固体,但不包括纤维、橡胶、涂料和粘结剂等。可以说塑料具备以下3个条件:在素材上是高分子物质,其形状经过人工加工后形成了有用的形状,在常态下是固体。顾名思义,尼龙垫圈是由尼龙制成的,在国内,尼龙垫圈通常也被称作尼龙华司(Washers),树脂垫圈,塑胶垫圈或尼龙垫圈(国内市场最常见的塑料垫圈大多是用尼龙66制成的)。
尼龙垫圈具备优异的绝缘性能,无磁性,隔热,重量轻,个别材料的塑料垫圈还具备耐高温,高强度,耐腐蚀性能,部分产品具备防落功能,广泛应用于各工业领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种尼龙垫圈用纳米荧光材料组合物料。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种尼龙垫圈用纳米荧光材料组合物料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA12520-550、YAG荧光粉2-3、N-甲基吡咯烷酮1-2、茂金属聚乙烯14-18、十溴二苯醚4-6、正硅酸乙酯0.3-0.6、滑石粉16-19、偏硼酸钡5-6、纳米三氧化二铝1-2、助剂8-10、白油膏1-2;
所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:硅藻土15-10,高岭土10-15,氧化锌1-2、硅灰石粉20-30、氢氧化镁10-12、钛白粉1-2、二甲基硅油1-2,硅烷偶联剂KH5601-3、二氧化硅2-3、抗氧剂10101-2、无卤无碱玻纤1-2、三聚氰胺2-4、脂肪酸1-2;
所述的助剂的制备方法是将硅藻土、高岭土、硅灰石粉放入煅烧炉中在700-750℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,放入10-15%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡3-6小时,过滤后,去离子水洗涤3-4次,烘干,加入水中,再加入氢氧化镁、二氧化硅、硅烷偶联剂KH560、脂肪酸,研磨得到浆料,喷雾干燥得干燥粉末,再与剩余原料混合均匀即得。
所述的一种尼龙垫圈用纳米荧光材料组合物料,其特征在于:制备方法为:将尼龙PA12、YAG荧光粉、助剂、纳米三氧化二铝混合均匀后,再加入其余原料混合均匀,在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒后即得,挤出机的各区间温度为220-225℃,挤出机转速230-240r/min。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明添加纳米三氧化二铝,相容性好,拉伸强度高,使用YAG荧光粉,可以使本发明具有荧光效应,适合一些特殊场合使用。
具体实施方式
一种尼龙垫圈用纳米荧光材料组合物料,其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:尼龙PA12550、YAG荧光粉3、N-甲基吡咯烷酮2、茂金属聚乙烯18、十溴二苯醚6、正硅酸乙酯0.6、滑石粉19、偏硼酸钡6、纳米三氧化二铝2、助剂8、白油膏2;
所述的助剂由下列重量kg的原料制成:硅藻土10,高岭土15,氧化锌2、硅灰石粉20、氢氧化镁12、钛白粉2、二甲基硅油1,硅烷偶联剂KH5603、二氧化硅3、抗氧剂10102、无卤无碱玻纤2、三聚氰胺4、脂肪酸2;
所述的助剂的制备方法是将硅藻土、高岭土、硅灰石粉放入煅烧炉中在750℃下煅烧4小时,取出,放入15%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡6小时,过滤后,去离子水洗涤4次,烘干,加入水中,再加入氢氧化镁、二氧化硅、硅烷偶联剂KH560、脂肪酸,研磨得到浆料,喷雾干燥得干燥粉末,再与剩余原料混合均匀即得。
所述的一种尼龙垫圈用纳米荧光材料组合物料,制备方法为:将尼龙PA12、YAG荧光粉、助剂、纳米三氧化二铝混合均匀后,再加入其余原料混合均匀,在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒后即得,挤出机的各区间温度为220-225℃,挤出机转速240r/min。

1.一种尼龙垫圈用纳米荧光材料组合物料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA12 520-550、YAG荧光粉2-3、N-甲基吡咯烷酮1-2、茂金属聚乙烯14-18、十溴二苯醚4-6、正硅酸乙酯0.3-0.6、滑石粉16-19、偏硼酸钡5-6、纳米三氧化二铝1-2、助剂8-10、白油膏1-2 ;
所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:硅藻土15-10,高岭土10-15,氧化锌1-2、硅灰石粉20-30、氢氧化镁10-12、钛白粉1-2、二甲基硅油1-2,硅烷偶联剂KH560 1-3、二氧化硅 2-3、抗氧剂1010 1-2、无卤无碱玻纤1-2、三聚氰胺2-4、脂肪酸1-2;
所述的助剂的制备方法是将硅藻土、高岭土、硅灰石粉放入煅烧炉中在700-750℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,放入10-15%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡3-6小时,过滤后,去离子水洗涤3-4次,烘干,加入水中,再加入氢氧化镁、二氧化硅 、硅烷偶联剂KH560、脂肪酸,研磨得到浆料,喷雾干燥得干燥粉末,再与剩余原料混合均匀即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种尼龙垫圈用纳米荧光材料组合物料,其特征在于:制备方法为:将尼龙PA12、YAG荧光粉、助剂、纳米三氧化二铝混合均匀后,再加入其余原料混合均匀,在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒后即得,挤出机的各区间温度为220-225℃,挤出机转速230-240r/min。
