本发明公开了一种垫圈用高耐热易加工尼龙PA12材料组合物料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA12 300-320、尼龙6 64-88、纳米凹凸棒土12-15、纳米级二氧化钛4-6、碳化铝6-9、丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯12-13、顺酐6-9、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺1-2、聚乙二醇12-15、硼酸锌2-3、助剂10-12、ABS高胶粉10-15,甘油三醋酸酯1-2。

技术领域
本发明涉及尼龙材料领域,确切地说是一种垫圈用高耐热易加工尼龙PA12材料组合物料。
背景技术
尼龙是合成树脂的同义语,是以高分子物质为主原料,经过人工方式加工成有用的形状的固体,但不包括纤维、橡胶、涂料和粘结剂等。可以说塑料具备以下3个条件:在素材上是高分子物质,其形状经过人工加工后形成了有用的形状,在常态下是固体。顾名思义,尼龙垫圈是由尼龙制成的,在国内,尼龙垫圈通常也被称作尼龙华司(Washers),树脂垫圈,塑胶垫圈或尼龙垫圈(国内市场最常见的塑料垫圈大多是用尼龙66制成的)。
尼龙垫圈具备优异的绝缘性能,无磁性,隔热,重量轻,个别材料的塑料垫圈还具备耐高温,高强度,耐腐蚀性能,部分产品具备防落功能,广泛应用于各工业领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种垫圈用高耐热易加工尼龙PA12材料组合物料。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种垫圈用高耐热易加工尼龙PA12材料组合物料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA12 300-320、尼龙6 64-88、纳米凹凸棒土12-15、纳米级二氧化钛4-6、碳化铝6-9、丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯12-13、顺酐6-9、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺1-2、聚乙二醇12-15、硼酸锌2-3、助剂10-12、ABS高胶粉10-15,甘油三醋酸酯1-2;
所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:硅藻土10-15,氧化锌1-2、硅灰石粉30-40、氢氧化镁10-12、抗氧剂1076 1.5-2,抗氧剂1010 1-2、富马酸二甲酯1-2、硅烷偶联剂A-1511-2、无卤无碱玻纤1-2、聚丙烯纤维1-2,氧化铝1-2;
助剂的制备方法是将硅藻土、硅灰石粉放入煅烧炉中在600-700℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,放入10-15%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡2-4小时,过滤后,去离子水洗涤,烘干,与其余原料混合均匀即得。
所述的一种垫圈用高耐热易加工尼龙PA12材料组合物料,其特征在于:制备方法为:将尼龙PA12、碳化铝、ABS高胶粉、纳米级二氧化钛、纳米凹凸棒土混合均匀后,再加入其余原料混合均匀,在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒后即得,挤出机的各区间温度为215-225℃,挤出机转速240-260r/min。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过使用丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯、硼酸锌等材料复配,来满足尼龙垫圈的阻燃要求,表现出良好的阻燃效果,制备的尼龙垫圈具有高耐热性,性能稳定。
具体实施方式
一种垫圈用高耐热易加工尼龙PA12材料组合物料,其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:尼龙PA12 300、尼龙6 88、纳米凹凸棒土15、纳米级二氧化钛6、碳化铝9、丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯13、顺酐9、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺2、聚乙二醇15、硼酸锌3、助剂12、ABS高胶粉15,甘油三醋酸酯2;
所述的助剂由下列重量kg的原料制成:硅藻土12,氧化锌1、硅灰石粉33、氢氧化镁10、抗氧剂1076 1.5,抗氧剂1010 1、富马酸二甲酯2、硅烷偶联剂A-151 2、无卤无碱玻纤2、聚丙烯纤维2,氧化铝1;
助剂的制备方法是将硅藻土、硅灰石粉放入煅烧炉中在600℃下煅烧4小时,取出,放入12%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡4小时,过滤后,去离子水洗涤,烘干,与其余原料混合均匀即得。
所述的一种垫圈用高耐热易加工尼龙PA12材料组合物料,制备方法为:将尼龙PA12、碳化铝、ABS高胶粉、纳米级二氧化钛、纳米凹凸棒土混合均匀后,再加入其余原料混合均匀,在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒后即得,挤出机的各区间温度为225℃,挤出机转速260r/min。

1.一种垫圈用高耐热易加工尼龙PA12材料组合物料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA12  300-320、尼龙6  64-88、纳米凹凸棒土12-15、纳米级二氧化钛4-6、碳化铝6-9、丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯12-13、顺酐6-9、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺1-2、聚乙二醇12-15、硼酸锌2-3、助剂10-12、ABS高胶粉 10-15,甘油三醋酸酯1-2;
    所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:硅藻土10-15,氧化锌1-2、硅灰石粉30-40、氢氧化镁10-12、抗氧剂1076  1.5-2,抗氧剂1010  1-2、富马酸二甲酯 1-2 、硅烷偶联剂A-151 1-2、无卤无碱玻纤1-2、聚丙烯纤维1-2,氧化铝1-2;
助剂的制备方法是将硅藻土、硅灰石粉放入煅烧炉中在600-700℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,放入10-15%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡2-4小时,过滤后,去离子水洗涤,烘干,与其余原料混合均匀即得。
2.  根据权利要求1所述的一种垫圈用高耐热易加工尼龙PA12材料组合物料,其特征在于:制备方法为:将尼龙PA12、碳化铝、ABS高胶粉、纳米级二氧化钛、纳米凹凸棒土混合均匀后,再加入其余原料混合均匀,在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒后即得,挤出机的各区间温度为215-225℃,挤出机转速240-260r/min。
