本发明公开了一种阻燃的高透光尼龙垫圈材料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA12 400-450、尼龙PA66 60-65,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯20-24、防老剂NBC 1-2、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷2-3、抗氧剂1035 1.5-2.8,聚四氟乙烯12-15、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯4-8、异戊二烯2-3、聚乙烯蜡1-2,硬脂酸锌0.5-0.8,助剂7-9。

一种阻燃的高透光尼龙垫圈材料
技术领域
本发明涉及尼龙材料领域,确切地说是一种阻燃的高透光尼龙垫圈材料。
背景技术
尼龙是合成树脂的同义语,是以高分子物质为主原料,经过人工方式加工成有用的形状的固体,但不包括纤维、橡胶、涂料和粘结剂等。可以说塑料具备以下3个条件:在素材上是高分子物质,其形状经过人工加工后形成了有用的形状,在常态下是固体。顾名思义,尼龙垫圈是由尼龙制成的,在国内,尼龙垫圈通常也被称作尼龙华司(Washers),树脂垫圈,塑胶垫圈或尼龙垫圈(国内市场最常见的塑料垫圈大多是用尼龙66制成的)。
尼龙垫圈具备优异的绝缘性能,无磁性,隔热,重量轻,个别材料的塑料垫圈还具备耐高温,高强度,耐腐蚀性能,部分产品具备防落功能,广泛应用于各工业领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃的高透光尼龙垫圈材料。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种阻燃的高透光尼龙垫圈材料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA12400-450、尼龙PA6660-65,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯20-24、防老剂NBC1-2、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷2-3、抗氧剂10351.5-2.8,聚四氟乙烯12-15、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯4-8、异戊二烯2-3、聚乙烯蜡1-2,硬脂酸锌0.5-0.8,助剂7-9;
所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:硅藻土20-25,蒙脱石粉20-25,氧化锌1-2、硅灰石粉30-40、氢氧化镁10-12、乳木果油1-2,硅烷偶联剂KH5601-3、二氧化硅2-3、抗氧剂10101-2、无卤无碱玻纤1-2、三聚氰胺2-4、脂肪酸1-2;
助剂的制备方法是将硅藻土、蒙脱石粉、硅灰石粉放入闪烧窑中在950-970℃下闪烧8-10秒,取出,放入10-15%的盐酸溶液中浸泡2-4小时,过滤后,去离子水洗涤3-4次,烘干,加入水中,再加入氢氧化镁、无卤无碱玻纤,研磨得到浆料,喷雾干燥,将剩余原料与干燥粉末混合,研磨分散均匀即得。
所述的一种阻燃的高透光尼龙垫圈材料,其特征在于:制备方法为:将尼龙PA12、尼龙PA66、助剂混合均匀后,再加入其余原料混合均匀,在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒后即得,挤出机的各区间温度为230-245℃,挤出机转速240-260r/min。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明具有高透光性,高阻燃性,拉伸强度高,耐高温性能优异,尤其适合制备尼龙垫圈。
具体实施方式
一种阻燃的高透光尼龙垫圈材料,其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:尼龙PA12400、尼龙PA6665,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯24、防老剂NBC1、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷3、抗氧剂10352.8,聚四氟乙烯15、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯8、异戊二烯3、聚乙烯蜡2,硬脂酸锌0.8,助剂7;
所述的助剂由下列重量kg的原料制成:硅藻土25,蒙脱石粉20,氧化锌2、硅灰石粉30、氢氧化镁12、乳木果油2,硅烷偶联剂KH5603、二氧化硅2、抗氧剂10101、无卤无碱玻纤2、三聚氰胺4、脂肪酸1;
助剂的制备方法是将硅藻土、蒙脱石粉、硅灰石粉放入闪烧窑中在950℃下闪烧10秒,取出,放入10%的盐酸溶液中浸泡4小时,过滤后,去离子水洗涤3次,烘干,加入水中,再加入氢氧化镁、无卤无碱玻纤,研磨得到浆料,喷雾干燥,将剩余原料与干燥粉末混合,研磨分散均匀即得。
所述的一种阻燃的高透光尼龙垫圈材料,制备方法为:将尼龙PA12、尼龙PA66、助剂混合均匀后,再加入其余原料混合均匀,在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒后即得,挤出机的各区间温度为245℃,挤出机转速250r/min。

1.一种阻燃的高透光尼龙垫圈材料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:  尼龙PA12  400-450、尼龙PA66  60-65,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯20-24、防老剂NBC 1-2、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷2-3、抗氧剂1035   1.5-2.8,聚四氟乙烯12-15、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯4-8、异戊二烯2-3、聚乙烯蜡1-2,硬脂酸锌0.5-0.8,助剂7-9;
所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:硅藻土20-25,蒙脱石粉20-25,氧化锌1-2、硅灰石粉30-40、氢氧化镁10-12、乳木果油1-2,硅烷偶联剂KH560  1-3、二氧化硅 2-3、抗氧剂1010  1-2、无卤无碱玻纤1-2、三聚氰胺2-4、脂肪酸1-2;
助剂的制备方法是将硅藻土、蒙脱石粉、硅灰石粉放入闪烧窑中在950-970℃下闪烧8-10秒,取出,放入10-15%的盐酸溶液中浸泡2-4小时,过滤后,去离子水洗涤3-4次,烘干,加入水中,再加入氢氧化镁、无卤无碱玻纤,研磨得到浆料,喷雾干燥,将剩余原料与干燥粉末混合,研磨分散均匀即得。
