本发明属于高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种汽车塑料件用陶瓷粉改性尼龙66材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着汽车产业的发展,人们对汽车的舒适性、安全性、美观性、节能性等使用性能的要求越来越高,而改进传统汽车用材料,是完善汽车使用性能的根本途径,高分子汽车塑料材料较之传统汽车材料有许多突出的优点,质量轻、机械性能优越、易加工成型,材料可重复利用,还具有卓越的美观装饰作用,然而这些高分子材料也存在一些缺点,比如刚性较差、容易燃烧、不耐高温低温老化等等,因此,为了提高传统高分子材料的性能,拓宽材料使用范围,需要改进原有汽车用塑料配方,对材料进行改性处理,使其能广泛的应用于汽车各个部位。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种汽车塑料件用陶瓷粉改性尼龙66材料,提升了传统尼龙材料的性能,使其具备优良的机械性能,能够适应特定的使用环境,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种汽车塑料件用陶瓷粉改性尼龙66材料,其特征在于,本发明材料由以下重量份的原料制成:尼龙66100、三氟丙基三甲氧基硅烷2-3、陶瓷粉10-12、蓖麻油2-4、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6-8、钼酸铵3-5、硫酸钡14-17、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷2-3、助剂12-15。
所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:粘土300-320、海泡石粉3-4、蛭石粉1-2、1,6己二醇二丙烯酸酯14-16、蒙脱石粉2-3、碳酸钠3-4、氟硅酸钠4-5、硝酸银1-2、二硼化钒2.1-2.4、丁香油1-2、棕刚玉粉1-2、硅烷偶联剂KH-5501-2;制备方法是将粘土放入煅烧炉中在710-740℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却,放入10-12%盐酸溶液中浸泡1-2小时,过滤取出,用清水洗净烘干,粉碎成200-400目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散均匀,即得。
所述的一种汽车塑料件用陶瓷粉改性尼龙66材料,其制备方法为:将尼龙66、陶瓷粉、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、钼酸铵混合,加热至250-280℃,至尼龙66熔融,搅拌5-8分钟,再加入硫酸钡、三氟丙基三甲氧基硅烷,搅拌4-5分钟,最后加入其它剩余成分,搅拌5-8分钟后,送入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,即得。
本发明利用陶瓷粉等原料对尼龙66进行了改性处理,使其具有良好的加工性能和机械性能,制备的材料坚固耐磨,耐热老化,耐高温低温,化学稳定性好,有自润滑性,能够满足特定的使用环境条件,市场应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例材料由以下重量份的原料制成:尼龙66100、三氟丙基三甲氧基硅烷3、陶瓷粉12、蓖麻油4、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯8、钼酸铵5、硫酸钡17、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷3、助剂15。
所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:粘土300、海泡石粉3、蛭石粉1、1,6己二醇二丙烯酸酯14、蒙脱石粉3、碳酸钠3、氟硅酸钠5、硝酸银1、二硼化钒2.1、丁香油1、棕刚玉粉2、硅烷偶联剂KH-5501;制备方法是将粘土放入煅烧炉中在740℃下煅烧4小时,冷却,放入12%盐酸溶液中浸泡2小时,过滤取出,用清水洗净烘干,粉碎成400目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散均匀,即得。
所述的一种汽车塑料件用陶瓷粉改性尼龙66材料,其制备方法为:将尼龙66、陶瓷粉、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、钼酸铵混合,加热至260℃,至尼龙66熔融,搅拌8分钟,再加入硫酸钡、三氟丙基三甲氧基硅烷,搅拌5分钟,最后加入其它剩余成分,搅拌8分钟后,送入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,即得。
本发明材料的性能测试结果为:拉伸强度为101MPa,断裂伸长率为40.6%,弯曲强度为113MPa,弯曲模量4580MPa,冲击强度为62.4KJ/m2,热变形温度(1.82MPa)为230℃,在-70℃条件下弯曲后不开裂,经136℃×168h热空气老化后,拉伸强度保持率89.7%,断裂伸长率保持率为90.1%,燃烧速度为25mm/min。

1.一种汽车塑料件用陶瓷粉改性尼龙66材料,其特征在于,该材料由以下重量份的原料制成:尼龙66100、三氟丙基三甲氧基硅烷2-3、陶瓷粉10-12、蓖麻油2-4、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6-8、钼酸铵3-5、硫酸钡14-17、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷2-3、助剂12-15;
