本发明公开了一种尼龙垫圈用抗静电材料组合物料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙66?500-520、PBT?34-38、导电炭黑4-6、氟化钙10-12、膨润土粉20-24、氮化铝10-12、钼酸锌5-8、沉淀硫酸钡10-12、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯8-10、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5-6、硅烷偶联剂1-2、助剂13-15。

技术领域
本发明涉及尼龙材料领域,确切地说是一种尼龙垫圈用抗静电材料组合物料。
背景技术
尼龙是合成树脂的同义语,是以高分子物质为主原料,经过人工方式加工成有用的形状的固体,但不包括纤维、橡胶、涂料和粘结剂等。可以说塑料具备以下3个条件:在素材上是高分子物质,其形状经过人工加工后形成了有用的形状,在常态下是固体。顾名思义,尼龙垫圈是由尼龙制成的,在国内,尼龙垫圈通常也被称作尼龙华司(Washers),树脂垫圈,塑胶垫圈或尼龙垫圈(国内市场最常见的塑料垫圈大多是用尼龙66制成的)。
尼龙垫圈具备优异的绝缘性能,无磁性,隔热,重量轻,个别材料的塑料垫圈还具备耐高温,高强度,耐腐蚀性能,部分产品具备防落功能,广泛应用于各工业领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种尼龙垫圈用抗静电材料组合物料。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种尼龙垫圈用抗静电材料组合物料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙66500-520、PBT34-38、导电炭黑4-6、氟化钙10-12、膨润土粉20-24、氮化铝10-12、钼酸锌5-8、沉淀硫酸钡10-12、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯8-10、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5-6、硅烷偶联剂1-2、助剂13-15;
所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:硅藻土10-15,观音土20-25,硅灰石粉30-40、氢氧化镁10-12、水滑石粉1-2、氧化铝1-2、腰果壳油1.5-2.8,硅烷偶联剂KH5501-3、二氧化硅2-3、抗氧剂10101-2、无卤无碱玻纤1-2、三聚氰胺2-4、癸二酸二辛酯1-2;
助剂的制备方法是将硅藻土、观音土、硅灰石粉混匀后,于去离子水中浸泡4-8小时,过滤取出,烘干,放入煅烧炉中在650-670℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,再加入氢氧化镁、二氧化硅、抗氧剂1010,研磨得到浆料,喷雾干燥,将剩余原料与干燥粉末混合,研磨分散均匀即得。
所述的一种尼龙垫圈用抗静电材料组合物料,其特征在于:制备方法为:将尼龙PA12、导电炭黑、氟化钙混合均匀后,再加入其余原料混合均匀,在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒后即得,挤出机的各区间温度为220-250℃,挤出机转速200-220r/min。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明抗静电性能优异,不易开裂,寿命长,耐温性能稳定。
具体实施方式
一种尼龙垫圈用抗静电材料组合物料,其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:尼龙66500、PBT38、导电炭黑6、氟化钙12、膨润土粉24、氮化铝12、钼酸锌8、沉淀硫酸钡12、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯10、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚6、硅烷偶联剂1、助剂15;
所述的助剂由下列重量kg的原料制成:硅藻土15,观音土25,硅灰石粉40、氢氧化镁12、水滑石粉2、氧化铝2、腰果壳油2.8,硅烷偶联剂KH5501、二氧化硅3、抗氧剂10102、无卤无碱玻纤2、三聚氰胺4、癸二酸二辛酯2;
助剂的制备方法是将硅藻土、观音土、硅灰石粉混匀后,于去离子水中浸泡8小时,过滤取出,烘干,放入煅烧炉中在650℃下煅烧3小时,取出,再加入氢氧化镁、二氧化硅、抗氧剂1010,研磨得到浆料,喷雾干燥,将剩余原料与干燥粉末混合,研磨分散均匀即得。

1.一种尼龙垫圈用抗静电材料组合物料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙66500-520、PBT34-38、导电炭黑4-6、氟化钙10-12、膨润土粉20-24、氮化铝10-12、钼酸锌5-8、沉淀硫酸钡10-12、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯8-10、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5-6、硅烷偶联剂1-2、助剂13-15;
所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:硅藻土10-15,观音土20-25,硅灰石粉30-40、氢氧化镁10-12、水滑石粉1-2、氧化铝1-2、腰果壳油1.5-2.8,硅烷偶联剂KH5501-3、二氧化硅2-3、抗氧剂10101-2、无卤无碱玻纤1-2、三聚氰胺2-4、癸二酸二辛酯1-2;
助剂的制备方法是将硅藻土、观音土、硅灰石粉混匀后,于去离子水中浸泡4-8小时,过滤取出,烘干,放入煅烧炉中在650-670℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,再加入氢氧化镁、二氧化硅、抗氧剂1010,研磨得到浆料,喷雾干燥,将剩余原料与干燥粉末混合,研磨分散均匀即得。
