Abstract
本发明公开了一种氯化聚乙烯绝缘电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯化聚乙烯34-37、EPDM20-24、环氧硬脂酸辛酯6-9、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯3-4、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6-9、氯化石蜡3-4、三氯乙基磷酸酯3-3.5、硬脂酸钙2-3、二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡1-2、凹凸棒土20-23、海泡石粉10-12、助剂6-8;本发明产品具有优良的耐气候老化、耐寒、耐油、耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、耐臭氧等性能,具有更宽广的使用场合和更长的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,特别是一种氯化聚乙烯绝缘电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
电缆用绝缘料一般要求必须具有优良的耐长期热老化性能、耐辐照、电气性能稳定、阻燃性能及绝缘性能优等特点。氯化聚乙烯,为饱和高分子材料,外观为白色粉末,无毒无味,具有优良的耐侯性、耐臭氧、耐化学药品及耐老化性能,具有良好的耐油性、阻燃性及着色性能。韧性良好(在-30℃仍有柔韧性),与其它高分子材料具有良好的相容性,分解温度较高。氯化聚乙烯树脂是一种新型的合成材料,具有一系列优异性能。它是PVC塑料优良的抗冲击改性剂,也是综合性能良好的合成橡胶,有着极为广泛的应用领域,已广泛用于电缆、电线、胶管、胶布、橡塑制品、密封材料、阻燃运输带、防水卷材、薄膜和种种异型材等制品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种氯化聚乙烯绝缘电缆料及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种氯化聚乙烯绝缘电缆料,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯化聚乙烯34-37、EPDM20-24、环氧硬脂酸辛酯6-9、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯3-4、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6-9、氯化石蜡3-4、三氯乙基磷酸酯3-3.5、硬脂酸钙2-3、二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡1-2、凹凸棒土20-23、海泡石粉10-12、助剂6-8;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:海泡石粉12-14、丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯4-5、乌洛托品1-2、三聚磷酸钠2-3、SnO21-2、碳化硅粉2-3、交联剂TAC1-2、氧化镁2-3、秸秆灰烬1-2、硬脂酸铝1-3、柠檬酸三丁酯1-3、冬青油0.1-0.2;制备方法是将海泡石粉送入煅烧炉中在700-730℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,送入10-15%盐酸中浸泡1-2小时,过滤得滤渣,用清水洗涤,烘干,粉碎成200-250目粉末,再将烘干的粉体与丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯、三聚磷酸钠、交联剂TAC混合,研磨1-2小时,再加入其它剩余成分,混合研磨1-2小时,即得。
本发明所述氯化聚乙烯绝缘电缆料,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将氯化聚乙烯、EPDM加热至熔融状态,加入环氧硬脂酸辛酯、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、氯化石蜡、助剂,搅拌捏合15-25分钟,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,得到A料;
(2)将其余剩余成分加热混合熔融,搅拌8-10分钟,送入双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒,得到B料;
(3)将A、B料混合均匀后,在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒,即得。
本发明的优异效果是:本发明产品具有优良的耐气候老化、耐寒、耐油、耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、耐臭氧等性能,具有更宽广的使用场合和更长的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种氯化聚乙烯绝缘电缆料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:氯化聚乙烯34、EPDM20、环氧硬脂酸辛酯6、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯3、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6、氯化石蜡3、三氯乙基磷酸酯3、硬脂酸钙2、二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡1、凹凸棒土20、海泡石粉10、助剂6;
所述助剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:海泡石粉12、丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯4、乌洛托品1、三聚磷酸钠2、SnO21、碳化硅粉2、交联剂TAC1、氧化镁2、秸秆灰烬1、硬脂酸铝1、柠檬酸三丁酯1、冬青油0.1;制备方法是将海泡石粉送入煅烧炉中在700-730℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,送入10-15%盐酸中浸泡1-2小时,过滤得滤渣,用清水洗涤,烘干,粉碎成200-250目粉末,再将烘干的粉体与丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯、三聚磷酸钠、交联剂TAC混合,研磨1-2小时,再加入其它剩余成分,混合研磨1-2小时,即得。

1.一种氯化聚乙烯绝缘电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯化聚乙烯34-37、EPDM20-24、环氧硬脂酸辛酯6-9、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯3-4、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6-9、氯化石蜡3-4、三氯乙基磷酸酯3-3.5、硬脂酸钙2-3、二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡1-2、凹凸棒土20-23、海泡石粉10-12、助剂6-8;

2.根据权利要求1所述氯化聚乙烯绝缘电缆料,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:

(2)将其余剩余成分加热混合熔融,搅拌8-10分钟,送入双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒,得到B料;
