本发明公开了一种改性聚乙烯绝缘电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯50-55、纳米氮化铝粉10-12、高密度聚乙烯10-12、PPS5-8、硬酯酸单甘油酯14-15、蒙脱土25-28、硼酸锌2-3、硅烷偶联剂KH5503-4、防老剂ODA1-2、柠檬酸三丁酯13-15、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411 2-3、助剂6-8;本发明的原材料容易获得,价格便宜,得到的绝缘料性能稳定,可以替代专用料,从而大大降低生产成本,有良好的推广价值。

一种改性聚乙烯绝缘电缆料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,特别是一种改性聚乙烯绝缘电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
电缆用绝缘料一般要求必须具有优良的耐长期热老化性能、耐辐照、电气性能稳定、阻燃性能及绝缘性能优等特点。
聚乙烯(PE)是乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂。在工业上,也包括乙烯与少量α-烯烃的共聚物。聚乙烯无臭,无毒,手感似蜡,具有优良的耐低温性能,化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀。常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性能优良。一般制做电线电缆用聚乙烯绝缘料,都是将聚乙烯原材料和各种助剂混合后由双螺杆挤塑机挤出造粒制备成。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改性聚乙烯绝缘电缆料及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种改性聚乙烯绝缘电缆料,由下列重量份的原料制成:茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯50-55、纳米氮化铝粉10-12、高密度聚乙烯10-12、PPS5-8、硬酯酸单甘油酯14-15、蒙脱土25-28、硼酸锌2-3、硅烷偶联剂KH5503-4、防老剂ODA1-2、柠檬酸三丁酯13-15、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-4112-3、助剂6-8;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:蒙脱石12-14、六偏磷酸钠1-2、硅烷偶联剂KH-5501-2、二硼化钛2-3、棕刚玉粉2-3、亚硒酸钠1-2、三氧化钼1-2、铝矾土2-3、硬酸酸锌1-2、柠檬酸三丁酯1-3、冬青油0.1-0.2;制备方法是将蒙脱石送入煅烧炉中在700-730℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,送入10-15%盐酸中浸泡1-2小时,过滤得滤渣,用清水洗涤,烘干,粉碎成200-250目粉末,再将烘干的粉体与六偏磷酸钠、硅烷偶联剂KH-550、二硼化钛混合,研磨1-2小时,再加入其它剩余成分,混合研磨1-2小时,即得。
本发明所述改性聚乙烯绝缘电缆料,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯加热至熔融状态,加入纳米氮化铝粉、高密度聚乙烯、PPS、硬酯酸单甘油酯、助剂,搅拌捏合15-25分钟,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,得到A料;
(2)将其余剩余成分加热混合熔融,搅拌8-10分钟,送入双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒,得到B料;
(3)将A、B料混合均匀后,在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒,即得。
本发明的优异效果是:本发明的原材料容易获得,价格便宜,得到的绝缘料性能稳定,可以替代专用料,从而大大降低生产成本,有良好的推广价值。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种改性聚乙烯绝缘电缆料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯50、纳米氮化铝粉10、高密度聚乙烯10、PPS5、硬酯酸单甘油酯14、蒙脱土25、硼酸锌2、硅烷偶联剂KH5503、防老剂ODA1、柠檬酸三丁酯13、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-4112、助剂6;
所述助剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:蒙脱石12、六偏磷酸钠1、硅烷偶联剂KH-5501、二硼化钛2、棕刚玉粉2、亚硒酸钠2、三氧化钼1、铝矾土2、硬酸酸锌1、柠檬酸三丁酯1、冬青油0.1;制备方法是将蒙脱石送入煅烧炉中在700-730℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,送入10-15%盐酸中浸泡1-2小时,过滤得滤渣,用清水洗涤,烘干,粉碎成200-250目粉末,再将烘干的粉体与六偏磷酸钠、硅烷偶联剂KH-550、二硼化钛混合,研磨1-2小时,再加入其它剩余成分,混合研磨1-2小时,即得。

1.一种改性聚乙烯绝缘电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯50-55、纳米氮化铝粉10-12、高密度聚乙烯10-12、PPS5-8、硬酯酸单甘油酯14-15、蒙脱土25-28、硼酸锌2-3、硅烷偶联剂KH550 3-4、防老剂ODA 1-2、柠檬酸三丁酯13-15、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411  2-3、助剂6-8;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:蒙脱石12-14、六偏磷酸钠1-2、硅烷偶联剂KH-550 1-2、二硼化钛2-3、棕刚玉粉2-3、亚硒酸钠1-2、三氧化钼1-2、铝矾土2-3、硬酸酸锌1-2、柠檬酸三丁酯1-3、冬青油0.1-0.2;制备方法是将蒙脱石送入煅烧炉中在700-730℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,送入10-15%盐酸中浸泡1-2小时,过滤得滤渣,用清水洗涤,烘干,粉碎成200-250目粉末,再将烘干的粉体与六偏磷酸钠、硅烷偶联剂KH-550、二硼化钛混合,研磨1-2小时,再加入其它剩余成分,混合研磨1-2小时,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述改性聚乙烯绝缘电缆料,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯加热至熔融状态,加入纳米氮化铝粉、高密度聚乙烯、PPS、硬酯酸单甘油酯、助剂,搅拌捏合15-25分钟,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,得到A料;
(2)将其余剩余成分加热混合熔融,搅拌8-10分钟,送入双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒,得到B料;
(3)将A、B料混合均匀后,在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒,即得。
