本发明公开了一种防开裂韧性聚乙烯电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:线性低密度聚乙烯25-29、EVA17-19、甲基丙烯酸酯4-6、滑石粉12-15、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯4-6、硬脂酸锌2-3、氧化锌2-5、防老剂NBC1-2、异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯2-3、一缩二乙二醇苯甲酸酯6-9、古马隆6-8、助剂6-8;本发明产品稳定性好,色泽均匀一致,产品具有优良的绝缘性能和耐候性、韧性以及防开裂性能,主要用于中、低压电线电缆的绝缘层。

Description

一种防开裂韧性聚乙烯电缆料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,特别是一种防开裂韧性聚乙烯电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
电缆用绝缘料一般要求必须具有优良的耐长期热老化性能、耐辐照、电气性能稳定、阻燃性能及绝缘性能优等特点。聚乙烯(PE)是乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂。在工业上,也包括乙烯与少量α-烯烃的共聚物。聚乙烯无臭,无毒,手感似蜡,具有优良的耐低温性能,化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀。常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性能优良。一般制做电线电缆用聚乙烯绝缘料,都是将聚乙烯原材料和各种助剂混合后由双螺杆挤塑机挤出造粒制备成。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防开裂韧性聚乙烯电缆料及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种防开裂韧性聚乙烯电缆料,由下列重量份的原料制成:线性低密度聚乙烯25-29、EVA17-19、甲基丙烯酸酯4-6、滑石粉12-15、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯4-6、硬脂酸锌2-3、氧化锌2-5、防老剂NBC1-2、异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯2-3、一缩二乙二醇苯甲酸酯6-9、古马隆6-8、助剂6-8;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:海泡石粉12-14、丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯4-5、乌洛托品1-2、三聚磷酸钠2-3、SnO21-2、碳化硅粉2-3、交联剂TAC1-2、氧化镁2-3、秸秆灰烬1-2、硬脂酸铝1-3、柠檬酸三丁酯1-3、冬青油0.1-0.2;制备方法是将海泡石粉送入煅烧炉中在700-730℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,送入10-15%盐酸中浸泡1-2小时,过滤得滤渣,用清水洗涤,烘干,粉碎成200-250目粉末,再将烘干的粉体与丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯、三聚磷酸钠、交联剂TAC混合,研磨1-2小时,再加入其它剩余成分,混合研磨1-2小时,即得。
本发明所述防开裂韧性聚乙烯电缆料,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将线性低密度聚乙烯、EVA加热至熔融状态,加入甲基丙烯酸酯、滑石粉、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯、硬脂酸锌、氧化锌、助剂,搅拌捏合15-25分钟,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,得到A料;
(2)将其余剩余成分加热混合熔融,搅拌8-10分钟,送入双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒,得到B料;
(3)将A、B料混合均匀后,在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒,即得。
本发明的优异效果是:本发明产品稳定性好,色泽均匀一致,产品具有优良的绝缘性能和耐候性、韧性以及防开裂性能,主要用于中、低压电线电缆的绝缘层。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种防开裂韧性聚乙烯电缆料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:线性低密度聚乙烯25、EVA17、甲基丙烯酸酯4、滑石粉12、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯4、硬脂酸锌2、氧化锌2、防老剂NBC1、异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯2、一缩二乙二醇苯甲酸酯6、古马隆6、助剂6;
所述助剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:海泡石粉12、丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯4、乌洛托品1、三聚磷酸钠2、SnO21、碳化硅粉2、交联剂TAC1、氧化镁2、秸秆灰烬1、硬脂酸铝1、柠檬酸三丁酯1、冬青油0.1;制备方法是将海泡石粉送入煅烧炉中在700-730℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,送入10-15%盐酸中浸泡1-2小时,过滤得滤渣,用清水洗涤,烘干,粉碎成200-250目粉末,再将烘干的粉体与丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯、三聚磷酸钠、交联剂TAC混合,研磨1-2小时,再加入其它剩余成分,混合研磨1-2小时,即得。

(3)将A、B料混合均匀后,在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒,即得。

1.一种防开裂韧性聚乙烯电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:线性低密度聚乙烯25-29、EVA17-19、甲基丙烯酸酯4-6、滑石粉12-15、甲基丙烯酸-2- 羟基丙酯4-6、硬脂酸锌2-3、氧化锌2-5、防老剂NBC1-2、异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯2-3、一缩二乙二醇苯甲酸酯6-9、古马隆6-8、助剂6-8;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:海泡石粉12-14、丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯4-5、乌洛托品1-2、三聚磷酸钠2-3、SnO2 1-2、碳化硅粉2-3、交联剂TAC1-2、氧化镁2-3、秸秆灰烬1-2、硬脂酸铝1-3、柠檬酸三丁酯1-3、冬青油0.1-0.2;制备方法是将海泡石粉送入煅烧炉中在700-730℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,送入10-15%盐酸中浸泡1-2小时,过滤得滤渣,用清水洗涤,烘干,粉碎成200-250目粉末,再将烘干的粉体与丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯、三聚磷酸钠、交联剂TAC混合,研磨1-2小时,再加入其它剩余成分,混合研磨1-2小时,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述防开裂韧性聚乙烯电缆料,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将线性低密度聚乙烯、EVA加热至熔融状态,加入甲基丙烯酸酯、滑石粉、甲基丙烯酸-2- 羟基丙酯、硬脂酸锌、氧化锌、助剂,搅拌捏合15-25分钟,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,得到A料;
(2)将其余剩余成分加热混合熔融,搅拌8-10分钟,送入双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒,得到B料;
(3)将A、B料混合均匀后,在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒,即得。
