本发明涉及一种电缆料,具体涉及一种含改性苎麻杆的复合聚乙烯电缆料及其制备方法,该电缆料由以下重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸酯橡胶13-18、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.8-1.2、线性低密度聚乙烯50-60、乙烯-醋酸乙烯20-30、热膨胀微球3-5、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯5-8、偏苯三酸三辛酯16-20、氧化锌4-6、硅酸钠3-4、苎麻杆25-30、油含量为30-35%的含氢硅油乳液6-8、煅烧高岭土25-34、色母料9-12、助剂2-3;该电缆料改进了单一聚乙烯树脂的机械性能,原料中经过改性处理后的苎麻杆粉末填料,具有良好的热稳定性和分散性,补强效果更优。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆料,具体涉及一种含改性苎麻杆的复合聚乙烯电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
电缆料是电线电缆绝缘及护套用塑料的统称,以橡胶、塑料、尼龙等材质作为基料,结合增塑剂、填料、色母料、抗氧剂等辅助成分制成,不同电缆种类和使用环境对电缆料的性能有不同的要求,市售电缆料大都存在不耐划伤折叠、易腐蚀氧化内部金属导线、阻燃性能较差、硬度与韧性不能兼顾、燃烧时毒性较大、不耐潮湿寒热等缺点,制约着电缆的安全性和使用寿命,因此,急需研发新型的性能均衡、环保安全、实用性强的电缆料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种含改性苎麻杆的复合聚乙烯电缆料及其制备方法,并获得较为优良的使用性能,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种含改性苎麻杆的复合聚乙烯电缆料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该电缆料由以下重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸酯橡胶13-18、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.8-1.2、线性低密度聚乙烯50-60、乙烯-醋酸乙烯20-30、热膨胀微球3-5、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯5-8、偏苯三酸三辛酯16-20、氧化锌4-6、硅酸钠3-4、苎麻杆25-30、油含量为30-35%的含氢硅油乳液6-8、煅烧高岭土25-34、色母料9-12、助剂2-3。
所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:聚己二酸丙二醇酯3-5、马来酸辛基锡2-3、钙锌稳定剂3-4、600-800目凹凸棒土粉15-18、偏硅酸钠1-2、三聚磷酸钠3-4,制备方法为:先将偏硅酸钠溶于水中,制备成浓度为6-8%的水溶液,然后投入凹凸棒土,浸泡10-12h后过滤,将过滤物干燥脱水后与其它剩余物料混合,研磨分散30-40min,即得助剂。
所述的一种含改性苎麻杆的复合聚乙烯电缆料及其制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)先将苎麻杆加工粉碎成细粉,投入由硅酸钠配制的浓度为10-12%的水溶液中,搅拌均匀后密闭蒸煮2-3h,随后浓缩干燥,所得物料研磨分散20-30min,随后将含氢硅油乳液均匀的喷洒到粉体表面,喷洒完毕后,粉体继续干燥除去水份,再研磨分散40-50min,得改性苎麻杆粉体备用;
(2)将丙烯酸酯橡胶、线性低密度聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯混合均匀后,加热至40-50℃,接着加入辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、偏苯三酸三辛酯,搅拌分散20-30min,随后再加入步骤(1)所得改性苎麻杆粉体,继续搅拌分散40-50min,最后再将其与其它剩余物料一起投入高速混料机中混合均匀,送入双螺杆造粒机中挤出造粒,即得所述电缆料。
所述的双螺杆挤出机各段的温度为:加料段:70-80℃、压缩段:120-130℃、均化段110-120℃、机头温度:90-100℃。
有益效果:以线性低密度聚乙烯作为基料,佐以丙烯酸酯橡胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯等高分子材料,改进了单一聚乙烯树脂的机械性能,原料中经过改性处理后的苎麻杆粉末填料,具有良好的热稳定性和分散性,补强效果更优,再结合具有改善加工性能功效的助剂及其它辅助原料,使得本发明电缆料具有良好的力学性能,生产成本得到降低,更为经济环保。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的电缆料由以下重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸酯橡胶15、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.8、线性低密度聚乙烯60、乙烯-醋酸乙烯28、热膨胀微球4、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯6、偏苯三酸三辛酯18、氧化锌5、硅酸钠4、苎麻杆30、油含量为35%的含氢硅油乳液8、煅烧高岭土32、色母料11、助剂3。
所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:聚己二酸丙二醇酯4、马来酸辛基锡2、钙锌稳定剂4、600目凹凸棒土粉18、偏硅酸钠2、三聚磷酸钠4,制备方法为:先将偏硅酸钠溶于水中,制备成浓度为6%的水溶液,然后投入凹凸棒土,浸泡12h后过滤,将过滤物干燥脱水后与其它剩余物料混合,研磨分散40min,即得助剂。
所述的一种含改性苎麻杆的复合聚乙烯电缆料及其制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)先将苎麻杆加工粉碎成细粉,投入由硅酸钠配制的浓度为10%的水溶液中,搅拌均匀后密闭蒸煮3h,随后浓缩干燥,所得物料研磨分散30min,随后将含氢硅油乳液均匀的喷洒到粉体表面,喷洒完毕后,粉体继续干燥除去水份,再研磨分散50min,得改性苎麻杆粉体备用;
(2)将丙烯酸酯橡胶、线性低密度聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯混合均匀后,加热至40-50℃,接着加入辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、偏苯三酸三辛酯,搅拌分散30min,随后再加入步骤(1)所得改性苎麻杆粉体,继续搅拌分散50min,最后再将其与其它剩余物料一起投入高速混料机中混合均匀,送入双螺杆造粒机中挤出造粒,即得所述电缆料。
其中双螺杆挤出机各段的温度分别为:加料段:75℃、压缩段:130℃、均化段120℃、机头温度:95℃。
本实施例电缆料的性能测试结果如下:

1.一种含改性苎麻杆的复合聚乙烯电缆料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该电缆料由以下重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸酯橡胶13-18、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.8-1.2、线性低密度聚乙烯50-60、乙烯-醋酸乙烯20-30、热膨胀微球3-5、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯5-8、偏苯三酸三辛酯16-20、氧化锌4-6、硅酸钠3-4、苎麻杆25-30、油含量为30-35%的含氢硅油乳液6-8、煅烧高岭土25-34、色母料9-12、助剂2-3;
所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:聚己二酸丙二醇酯3-5、马来酸辛基锡2-3、钙锌稳定剂3-4、600-800目凹凸棒土粉15-18、偏硅酸钠1-2、三聚磷酸钠3-4,制备方法为:先将偏硅酸钠溶于水中,制备成浓度为6-8%的水溶液,然后投入凹凸棒土,浸泡10-12h后过滤,将过滤物干燥脱水后与其它剩余物料混合,研磨分散30-40min,即得助剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含改性苎麻杆的复合聚乙烯电缆料及其制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)先将苎麻杆加工粉碎成细粉,投入由硅酸钠配制的浓度为10-12%的水溶液中,搅拌均匀后密闭蒸煮2-3h,随后浓缩干燥,所得物料研磨分散20-30min,随后将含氢硅油乳液均匀的喷洒到粉体表面,喷洒完毕后,粉体继续干燥除去水份,再研磨分散40-50min,得改性苎麻杆粉体备用;
(2)将丙烯酸酯橡胶、线性低密度聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯混合均匀后,加热至40-50℃,接着加入辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、偏苯三酸三辛酯,搅拌分散20-30min,随后再加入步骤(1)所得改性苎麻杆粉体,继续搅拌分散40-50min,最后再将其与其它剩余物料一起投入高速混料机中混合均匀,送入双螺杆造粒机中挤出造粒,即得所述电缆料。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种含改性苎麻杆的复合聚乙烯电缆料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的双螺杆造粒机各段的温度分别为:加料段:70-80℃、压缩段:120-130℃、均化段110-120℃、机头温度:90-100℃。
