Abstract

本发明涉及一种电缆料,具体涉及一种含改性废纸纤维的PVC电缆料及其制备方法,该电缆料由以下重量份的原料制成:双酚A聚碳酸酯8-12、聚乙烯蜡4-6、PVC树脂60-70、固含量为40%的甲基硅酸钾水溶液10-12、聚磷酸铵6-8、废纸纤维25-34、锆硅渣15-20、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯12-16、四硫化双五亚甲基秋兰姆1-2、色母料8-10、助剂2-3;该电缆料将PVC树脂与双酚A聚碳酸酯复混使用,改善了PVC树脂的力学性能和尺寸稳定性,经改性处理后的废纸纤维,具备耐热阻燃、防水防潮的特性,是一种性能优良的廉价填料,补强效果良好,再结合其它辅助物料,使得本发明电缆料力学性能优良,形态稳定,抗冲击能力强,不易开裂,耐热阻燃,经济环保,安全耐用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆料,具体涉及一种含改性废纸纤维的PVC电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
电缆料是电线电缆绝缘及护套用塑料的统称,以橡胶、塑料、尼龙等材质作为基料,结合增塑剂、填料、色母料、抗氧剂等辅助成分制成,不同电缆种类和使用环境对电缆料的性能有不同的要求,市售电缆料大都存在不耐划伤折叠、易腐蚀氧化内部金属导线、阻燃性能较差、硬度与韧性不能兼顾、燃烧时毒性较大、不耐潮湿寒热等缺点,制约着电缆的安全性和使用寿命,因此,急需研发新型的性能均衡、环保安全、实用性强的电缆料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种含改性废纸纤维的PVC电缆料及其制备方法,以改性废纸纤维作为填料,达到改进传统PVC树脂电缆料的使用性能,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种含改性废纸纤维的PVC电缆料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该电缆料由以下重量份的原料制成:双酚A聚碳酸酯8-12、聚乙烯蜡4-6、PVC树脂60-70、固含量为40%的甲基硅酸钾水溶液10-12、聚磷酸铵6-8、废纸纤维25-34、锆硅渣15-20、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯12-16、四硫化双五亚甲基秋兰姆1-2、色母料8-10、助剂2-3。
所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:硼酸锌6-8、氧化石墨烯2-3、聚天冬氨酸2-3、磷酸铁锂1-3、无水乙醇8-10、600-800目白炭黑15-18,制备方法为:先将磷酸铁锂溶解于无水乙醇中,随后再加入硼酸锌、氧化石墨烯、聚天冬氨酸,搅拌混合均匀后加入白炭黑,混合均匀后研磨分散20-30min,随后将所得混合物料室温干燥,除去无水乙醇,得助剂。
所述的一种含改性废纸纤维的PVC电缆料及其制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)先将聚磷酸铵溶于水中,配制成浓度为12-15%的溶液,投入废纸纤维,搅拌均匀后浸泡2-3h,随后将所得物料浓缩干燥并制成粉体,再将甲基硅酸钾水溶液均匀喷涂在粉体表面,制成改性废纸纤维粉备用;
(2)将PVC树脂、双酚A聚碳酸酯混合,加入邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,搅拌分散30-40min,随后再加入步骤(1)制备的改性废纸纤维粉,继续搅拌分散40-50min,最后再加入其它剩余物料,一起投入高速混料机中混合均匀,送入双螺杆造粒机中挤出造粒,即得所述电缆料。
所述的双螺杆挤出机各段的温度为:加料段:60-70℃、压缩段:160-180℃、均化段150-160℃、机头温度:120-130℃。
有益效果:以PVC树脂作为基材,加入了双酚A聚碳酸酯,改善了PVC树脂的力学性能和尺寸稳定性,原料中低成本的废纸纤维经过改性处理后,具备耐热阻燃、防水防潮的特性,是一种性能优良的廉价填料,补强效果良好,再结合具有阻燃、促稳等功效的助剂和其它辅助物料,使得本发明电缆料力学性能优良,形态稳定,抗冲击能力强,不易开裂,耐热阻燃,经济环保,安全耐用。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的电缆料由以下重量份的原料制成:双酚A聚碳酸酯12、聚乙烯蜡5、PVC树脂65、固含量为40%的甲基硅酸钾水溶液12、聚磷酸铵6、废纸纤维32、锆硅渣20、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯15、四硫化双五亚甲基秋兰姆2、色母料10、助剂3。
所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:硼酸锌6、氧化石墨烯3、聚天冬氨酸2、磷酸铁锂2、无水乙醇10、800目白炭黑18,制备方法为:先将磷酸铁锂溶解于无水乙醇中,随后再加入硼酸锌、氧化石墨烯、聚天冬氨酸,搅拌混合均匀后加入白炭黑,混合均匀后研磨分散30min,随后将所得混合物料室温干燥,除去无水乙醇,得助剂。
所述的一种含改性废纸纤维的PVC电缆料及其制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)先将聚磷酸铵溶于水中,配制成浓度为15%的溶液,投入废纸纤维,搅拌均匀后浸泡3h,随后将所得物料浓缩干燥并制成粉体,再将甲基硅酸钾水溶液均匀喷涂在粉体表面,制成改性废纸纤维粉备用;
(2)将PVC树脂、双酚A聚碳酸酯混合,加入邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,搅拌分散40min,随后再加入步骤(1)制备的改性废纸纤维粉,继续搅拌分散50min,最后再加入其它剩余物料,一起投入高速混料机中混合均匀,送入双螺杆造粒机中挤出造粒,即得所述电缆料。
其中双螺杆挤出机各段的温度分别为:加料段:68℃、压缩段:178℃、均化段160℃、机头温度:125℃。
本实施例电缆料的性能测试结果如下:

1.一种含改性废纸纤维的PVC电缆料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该电缆料由以下重量份的原料制成:双酚A聚碳酸酯8-12、聚乙烯蜡4-6、PVC树脂60-70、固含量为40%的甲基硅酸钾水溶液10-12、聚磷酸铵6-8、废纸纤维25-34、锆硅渣15-20、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯12-16、四硫化双五亚甲基秋兰姆1-2、色母料8-10、助剂2-3;
所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:硼酸锌6-8、氧化石墨烯2-3、聚天冬氨酸2-3、磷酸铁锂1-3、无水乙醇8-10、600-800目白炭黑15-18,制备方法为:先将磷酸铁锂溶解于无水乙醇中,随后再加入硼酸锌、氧化石墨烯、聚天冬氨酸,搅拌混合均匀后加入白炭黑,混合均匀后研磨分散20-30min,随后将所得混合物料室温干燥,除去无水乙醇,得助剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含改性废纸纤维的PVC电缆料及其制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)先将聚磷酸铵溶于水中,配制成浓度为12-15%的溶液,投入废纸纤维,搅拌均匀后浸泡2-3h,随后将所得物料浓缩干燥并制成粉体,再将甲基硅酸钾水溶液均匀喷涂在粉体表面,制成改性废纸纤维粉备用;
(2)将PVC树脂、双酚A聚碳酸酯混合,加入邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,搅拌分散30-40min,随后再加入步骤(1)制备的改性废纸纤维粉,继续搅拌分散40-50min,最后再加入其它剩余物料,一起投入高速混料机中混合均匀,送入双螺杆造粒机中挤出造粒,即得所述电缆料。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种含改性废纸纤维的PVC电缆料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的双螺杆造粒机各段的温度分别为:加料段:60-70℃、压缩段:160-180℃、均化段150-160℃、机头温度:120-130℃。
