Abstract
本发明涉及一种电缆料,具体涉及一种高耐水致密复混PVC电缆料及其制备方法,该电缆料由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC树脂50-60、高密度聚乙烯18-23、邻苯二甲酸酯15-18、端烯基烷撑聚氧乙烯醚2-4、脱硫石膏粉35-45、聚氧乙烯醚2-4、偏硼酸钙6-8、防焦剂CTP 1-2、陶土12-15、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷2-3、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5-6、硅烷偶联剂KH550 1-2、二乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯4-5、色母料9-12、助剂2-3;该电缆料以PVC树脂和高密度聚乙烯混合作为基料,佐以改性的脱硫石膏粉、偏硼酸钙作为混合补强填料,具有良好的补强效果,再结合助剂及其它剩余物料,使得该电缆料较传统PVC电缆料表现出优良的耐水耐热特性,产品表面光洁致密,兼具较好的强度和韧性,且经济环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆料,具体涉及一种高耐水致密复混PVC电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
电缆料是电线电缆绝缘及护套用塑料的统称,以橡胶、塑料、尼龙等材质作为基料,结合增塑剂、填料、色母料、抗氧剂等辅助成分制成,不同电缆种类和使用环境对电缆料的性能有不同的要求,市售电缆料大都存在不耐划伤折叠、易腐蚀氧化内部金属导线、阻燃性能较差、硬度与韧性不能兼顾、燃烧时毒性较大、不耐潮湿寒热等缺点,制约着电缆的安全性和使用寿命,因此,急需研发新型的性能均衡、环保安全、实用性强的电缆料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种高耐水致密复混PVC电缆料及其制备方法,改进了TPE树脂为主要基材的电缆料的使用性能,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种高耐水致密复混PVC电缆料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该电缆料由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC树脂50-60、高密度聚乙烯18-23、邻苯二甲酸酯15-18、端烯基烷撑聚氧乙烯醚2-4、脱硫石膏粉35-45、聚氧乙烯醚2-4、偏硼酸钙6-8、防焦剂CTP 1-2、陶土12-15、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷2-3、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5-6、硅烷偶联剂KH550 1-2、二乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯4-5、色母料9-12、助剂2-3。
所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:硼酸锌6-8、氧化石墨烯2-3、聚天冬氨酸2-3、磷酸铁锂1-3、无水乙醇8-10、600-800目白炭黑15-18,制备方法为:先将磷酸铁锂溶解于无水乙醇中,随后再加入硼酸锌、氧化石墨烯、聚天冬氨酸,搅拌混合均匀后加入白炭黑,混合均匀后研磨分散20-30min,随后将所得混合物料室温干燥,除去无水乙醇,得助剂。
所述的一种高耐水致密复混PVC电缆料及其制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)先将脱硫石膏粉与偏硼酸钙、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷、端烯基烷撑聚氧乙烯醚混合研磨1-2h,制成混合填料备用;
(2)将PVC树脂、高密度聚乙烯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛混合均匀后,加热至40-50℃,接着加入邻苯二甲酸酯,搅拌混合30-40min,随后再加入步骤(1)所得混合填料,继续搅拌分散40-50min,最后再与其它剩余物料一起投入高速混料机中混合均匀,送入双螺杆造粒机中挤出造粒,即得所述电缆料。
所述的双螺杆挤出机各段的温度为:加料段:50-60℃、压缩段:130-150℃、均化段120-130℃、机头温度:100-110℃。
有益效果:以PVC树脂和高密度聚乙烯混合作为树脂基料,同时以改性的脱硫石膏粉以及偏硼酸钙作为混合补强填料,其与树脂基料的相容性得到改善,补强效果优良,再结合具有阻燃、促稳等功效的助剂及其它剩余物料,使得本发明电缆料较传统PVC电缆料表现出更为优良的耐水耐热特性,所得产品表面光洁致密,兼具较好的强度和韧性,且经济环保。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的电缆料由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC树脂60、高密度聚乙烯23、邻苯二甲酸酯18、端烯基烷撑聚氧乙烯醚4、脱硫石膏粉45、聚氧乙烯醚4、偏硼酸钙8、防焦剂CTP 2、陶土12、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷3、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛6、硅烷偶联剂KH550 2、二乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯5、色母料12、助剂3。
所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:硼酸锌6、氧化石墨烯3、聚天冬氨酸2、磷酸铁锂2、无水乙醇10、800目白炭黑18,制备方法为:先将磷酸铁锂溶解于无水乙醇中,随后再加入硼酸锌、氧化石墨烯、聚天冬氨酸,搅拌混合均匀后加入白炭黑,混合均匀后研磨分散30min,随后将所得混合物料室温干燥,除去无水乙醇,得助剂。
所述的一种高耐水致密复混PVC电缆料及其制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)先将脱硫石膏粉与偏硼酸钙、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷、端烯基烷撑聚氧乙烯醚混合研磨2h,制成混合填料备用;
(2)将PVC树脂、高密度聚乙烯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛混合均匀后,加热至40-50℃,接着加入邻苯二甲酸酯,搅拌混合40min,随后再加入步骤(1)所得混合填料,继续搅拌分散50min,最后再与其它剩余物料一起投入高速混料机中混合均匀,送入双螺杆造粒机中挤出造粒,即得所述电缆料。
其中双螺杆挤出机各段的温度分别为:加料段:60℃、压缩段:150℃、均化段130℃、机头温度:100℃。
本实施例电缆料的性能测试结果如下:

1.一种高耐水致密复混PVC电缆料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该电缆料由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC树脂50-60、高密度聚乙烯18-23、邻苯二甲酸酯15-18、端烯基烷撑聚氧乙烯醚2-4、脱硫石膏粉35-45、聚氧乙烯醚2-4、偏硼酸钙6-8、防焦剂CTP 1-2、陶土12-15、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷2-3、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5-6、硅烷偶联剂KH550 1-2、二乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯4-5、色母料9-12、助剂2-3;
所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:硼酸锌6-8、氧化石墨烯2-3、聚天冬氨酸2-3、磷酸铁锂1-3、无水乙醇8-10、600-800目白炭黑15-18,制备方法为:先将磷酸铁锂溶解于无水乙醇中,随后再加入硼酸锌、氧化石墨烯、聚天冬氨酸,搅拌混合均匀后加入白炭黑,混合均匀后研磨分散20-30min,随后将所得混合物料室温干燥,除去无水乙醇,得助剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高耐水致密复混PVC电缆料及其制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)先将脱硫石膏粉与偏硼酸钙、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷、端烯基烷撑聚氧乙烯醚混合研磨1-2h,制成混合填料备用;
(2)将PVC树脂、高密度聚乙烯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛混合均匀后,加热至40-50℃,接着加入邻苯二甲酸酯,搅拌混合30-40min,随后再加入步骤(1)所得混合填料,继续搅拌分散40-50min,最后再与其它剩余物料一起投入高速混料机中混合均匀,送入双螺杆造粒机中挤出造粒,即得所述电缆料。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种高耐水致密复混PVC电缆料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的双螺杆造粒机各段的温度分别为:加料段:50-60℃、压缩段:130-150℃、均化段120-130℃、机头温度:100-110℃。
