本发明公开了一种聚丙烯电缆料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:茂金属线性聚乙烯60-77、等规聚丙烯17-22、红磷1-2、氢氧化镁4-6、气相白炭黑5-7、复合填料60-67,纳米碳酸钙2-4、辣椒素0.1-0.3、腰果壳油1-2、间苯二甲酸酯2-4、甘油三醋酸酯1-2、马来酸二辛酯0.3-0.8、二茂铁1-2。

一种聚丙烯电缆料
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆料领域,确切地说是一种聚丙烯电缆料。
背景技术
电线电缆专用树脂包括电缆绝缘料和电缆护套料,所用原料主要有聚乙烯和聚氯乙烯。现在,国内6 kV级以上电力电缆已全部采用聚乙烯交联绝缘料;1 kV以下的低压电缆则以聚氯乙烯绝缘和聚氯乙烯护套为主,但由于聚氯乙烯稳定性及电绝缘性较差,因此,正在愈来愈多地被聚乙烯取代;通讯电缆一般以高密度聚乙烯做绝缘层,以线性低密度聚乙烯做护套层;光缆则主要是用高密度聚乙烯和中密度聚乙烯做为护套料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种聚丙烯电缆料。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种聚丙烯电缆料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:茂金属线性聚乙烯 60-77 、等规聚丙烯17-22、红磷 1-2、氢氧化镁4-6、气相白炭黑5-7、复合填料60-67,纳米碳酸钙 2-4、辣椒素0.1-0.3、腰果壳油1-2、间苯二甲酸酯2-4、甘油三醋酸酯1-2、马来酸二辛酯0.3-0.8、二茂铁1-2;
复合填料由下列重量份的原料制成:
铝矾土10-15、腰果壳油2-3、石英粉3-5,石灰石粉15-18,氧化锌1-2、氢氧化镁10-12、二甲基氧化锡0.8-1.2、硅藻土4-5、柠檬酸三丁酯1-2;
复合填料的制备方法是将铝矾土、石灰石粉在700-750℃下于闪烧窑中闪烧6-8秒,取出,与石英粉一并加入适量水中研磨,加10-15%盐酸溶液调PH为4.2-5.3,研磨浆料至400-500目后,再加氢氧化钠调为中性,喷雾干燥,得粉末;将所得粉末与其它剩余成分混合,研磨混合均匀即得。
所述的一种聚丙烯电缆料,其特征在于:
  制备方法为:
  (1)茂金属线性聚乙烯 、红磷、腰果壳油、辣椒素按重量份混匀,于双螺杆挤出机中128-137℃下混炼完全后,取出冷却;
  (2)将步骤(1)所得冷却后的物料与剩余各原料混匀,于双螺杆挤出机中混炼、造粒,控制温度在123-138℃,得到成品。
    本发明的有益效果为:本发明所得到的产品具有机械及加工性能好、耐温等级高、耐开裂性能好等优点。
具体实施方式
  一种聚丙烯电缆料,其是由下述重量份(kg)的原料制得:茂金属线性聚乙烯 67 、等规聚丙烯17、红磷 2、氢氧化镁6、气相白炭黑5、复合填料67,纳米碳酸钙4、辣椒素0.3、腰果壳油2、间苯二甲酸酯4、甘油三醋酸酯1、马来酸二辛酯0.8、二茂铁2;
复合填料由下列重量份的原料制成:
铝矾土15、腰果壳油2.3、石英粉5,石灰石粉18,氧化锌1、氢氧化镁12、二甲基氧化锡0.8、硅藻土5、柠檬酸三丁酯2;
复合填料的制备方法是将铝矾土、石灰石粉在720℃下于闪烧窑中闪烧8秒,取出,与石英粉一并加入适量水中研磨,加10%盐酸溶液调PH为4.7,研磨浆料至400目后,再加氢氧化钠调为中性,喷雾干燥,得粉末;将所得粉末与其它剩余成分混合,研磨混合均匀即得。
所述的一种聚丙烯电缆料,
  制备方法为:
  (1)茂金属线性聚乙烯 、红磷、腰果壳油、辣椒素按重量份混匀,于双螺杆挤出机中136℃下混炼完全后,取出冷却;
  (2)将步骤(1)所得冷却后的物料与剩余各原料混匀,于双螺杆挤出机中混炼、造粒,控制温度在126℃,得到成品。
将本实施例进行性能测试,抗张强度18.8MPa,断裂伸长率321%,阻燃级别 V0。

Claims (2)

1.一种聚丙烯电缆料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:茂金属线性聚乙烯 60-77 、等规聚丙烯17-22、红磷 1-2、氢氧化镁4-6、气相白炭黑5-7、复合填料60-67,纳米碳酸钙 2-4、辣椒素0.1-0.3、腰果壳油1-2、间苯二甲酸酯2-4、甘油三醋酸酯1-2、马来酸二辛酯0.3-0.8、二茂铁1-2;
复合填料由下列重量份的原料制成:
铝矾土10-15、腰果壳油2-3、石英粉3-5,石灰石粉15-18,氧化锌1-2、氢氧化镁10-12、二甲基氧化锡0.8-1.2、硅藻土4-5、柠檬酸三丁酯1-2;
