技术领域
本发明涉及电缆料领域,确切地说是一种热塑性低烟无卤阻燃PVC电缆料。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯电缆料即PVC电缆料品质的优劣,根本上是由PVC电缆料配方以及所选用的原料来决定的。随着PVC的各种助剂和填充物的不断更新和发展,也使得PVC电缆料的配方不断完善和提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种热塑性低烟无卤阻燃PVC电缆料
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种热塑性低烟无卤阻燃PVC电缆料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
SG-5PVC树脂70-90、茂金属聚烯烃弹性体5-7、氢氧化铝10-20、高密度聚乙烯5-8、磷酸三苯酯1.2-2.3、环氧油酸丁酯0.3-0.5、抗氧剂10101-2、抗氧剂10240.2-0.4、氧化镁1-2、氧化锌0.5-0.8、PVC抗冲改性剂ACM-241-3、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯1-2、轻质碳酸钙5-10、甘油三醋酸酯0.8-1.5、四丁基锡1-3,改性填料50-60;
改性填料由下列重量份的原料制成:
粘土13-16、竹碳粉2-3、氧化锌1-2、秸秆灰3-4、环氧亚麻油1-2、高岭土6-8、马来酸二辛酯1.5-2、氢氧化铝8-10、硼酸锌10-12;
制备方法是将粘土、竹碳粉、高岭土在600-650℃下煅烧2-4小时,然后,取出,与氢氧化铝一并加入适量水中研磨,加浓度为10-15%盐酸溶液调PH为4.5-5,研磨浆料至400-500目后,再加氢氧化钠调为中性,喷雾干燥,得粉末;将所得粉末与其它剩余成分混合,研磨混合均匀即得。
所述的一种热塑性低烟无卤阻燃PVC电缆料,其特征在于:
制备方法为:
(1)取茂金属聚烯烃弹性体、氢氧化铝、高密度聚乙烯、磷酸三苯酯、环氧油酸丁酯、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1024、氧化镁按重量份混匀,于捏合机中145-150℃下捏合6-12分钟后,取出冷却;
(2)将步骤(1)所得冷却后的胶料与剩余各原料混匀,于双螺杆挤出机中混炼、造粒,控制温度155-160℃,得到成品。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明具有优异的阻燃性能以及良好的机械性能,不含卤素,燃烧时低烟,可以节约大量的石化资源,环保安全;同时原料易得,成本较低,环保有效。
具体实施方式
一种热塑性低烟无卤阻燃PVC电缆料,其是由下述重量份(kg)的原料制得:SG-5PVC树脂90、茂金属聚烯烃弹性体7、氢氧化铝20、高密度聚乙烯8、磷酸三苯酯1.7、环氧油酸丁酯0.5、抗氧剂10102、抗氧剂10240.4、氧化镁1.5、氧化锌0.7、PVC抗冲改性剂ACM-241.3、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯1.5、轻质碳酸钙8、甘油三醋酸酯1.2、四丁基锡2,改性填料55;
改性填料由下列重量份的原料制成:
粘土14、竹碳粉3、氧化锌2、秸秆灰3.4、环氧亚麻油1.1、高岭土8、马来酸二辛酯1.8、氢氧化铝10、硼酸锌10;
制备方法是将粘土、竹碳粉、高岭土在650℃下煅烧4小时,然后,取出,与氢氧化铝一并加入适量水中研磨,加浓度为15%盐酸溶液调PH为4.8,研磨浆料至500目后,再加氢氧化钠调为中性,喷雾干燥,得粉末;将所得粉末与其它剩余成分混合,研磨混合均匀即得。
所述的一种热塑性低烟无卤阻燃PVC电缆料,制备方法为:
(1)取茂金属聚烯烃弹性体、氢氧化铝、高密度聚乙烯、磷酸三苯酯、环氧油酸丁酯、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1024、氧化镁按重量份混匀,于捏合机中145℃下捏合6分钟后,取出冷却;
(2)将步骤(1)所得冷却后的胶料与剩余各原料混匀,于双螺杆挤出机中混炼、造粒,控制温度在155℃,得到成品。
将本实施例进行性能测试,所得数据如下:
从本实施例测试结果可见,本发明的产品经过100℃×168h的老化和80℃×6h高温压力试验,其机械物理性能变化符合相应标注要求,具有良好的物理机械性能,满足不同温度环境变化的需求。

Claims (2)

1.一种热塑性低烟无卤阻燃PVC电缆料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
SG-5PVC树脂70-90、茂金属聚烯烃弹性体5-7、氢氧化铝10-20、高密度聚乙烯5-8、磷酸三苯酯1.2-2.3、环氧油酸丁酯0.3-0.5、抗氧剂10101-2、抗氧剂10240.2-0.4、氧化镁1-2、氧化锌0.5-0.8、PVC抗冲改性剂ACM-241-3、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯1-2、轻质碳酸钙5-10、甘油三醋酸酯0.8-1.5、四丁基锡1-3,改性填料50-60;
改性填料由下列重量份的原料制成:

制备方法为:
  (1)取茂金属聚烯烃弹性体、氢氧化铝、高密度聚乙烯、磷酸三苯酯、环氧油酸丁酯、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1024、氧化镁按重量份混匀,于捏合机中145-150℃下捏合6-12分钟后,取出冷却;
  (2)将步骤(1)所得冷却后的胶料与剩余各原料混匀,于双螺杆挤出机中混炼、造粒,控制温度155-160℃,得到成品。
