本发明提供了一种环保聚乙烯电缆料,由下列重量份的组分原料制备而得:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物EVA65-75、聚乙烯树脂40-60、硅氧烷10-15、苯乙烯10-15、炭黑N339:10-12、轻质碳酸钙5-10、氧化锌1-2、海泡石8-10、天青石8-10、纳米级二氧化钛2-3、纳米氮化铝1-2、沸石粉10-15、硅烷偶联剂KH560:3-4、抗氧剂1010:0.1-0.2、双十八碳醇酯0.1-0.2、二茂铁0.2-0.4、亚磷酸三苯1-1.5、硼酸锌4-5、十溴二苯乙烷8-10、磷酸二氢铵4-6、交联剂TAIC:2-3、改性填料12-15。本发明制备方法简单,操作方便,组成原料配方合理,改性填料的加入,使得配方材料间的相容性好,提高了电线电缆的机械性能,本电缆料具有耐高温、阻燃性能高,燃烧时低烟无毒的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆料领域,具体涉及一种环保聚乙烯电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
电线电缆具有电力输送和信息输送的作用,在人们生活和生产中发挥着重要的作用。设计和制备低烟、低毒,同时又具备优异阻燃性能和绝缘性能的电缆料,成为当今阻燃研究的热点。传统的氢氧化镁与氢氧化铝类阻燃剂,虽然能赋予材料良好的阻燃性能,但是,由于大多数电缆料的基体树脂为非极性的聚烯烃类高分子,与极性的氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝的相容性较差,往往会降低材料的力学性能和加工性能。研究出既具有良好的阻燃性能、同时具有环保性能,良好的机械加工性、较好的绝缘性能的电缆料材料成为电缆料发展的方向,本发明通过添加改性填料,大大提高了材料间的相容性,提高了电缆料的机械加工性能的同时还保证了电缆料的阻燃环保型。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种环保聚乙烯电缆料及其制备方法。由本发明的电缆料加工成的电缆线具有机械性能好、低烟、耐老化,阻燃性能好的特点。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种环保聚乙烯电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分原料制备而得:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物EVA65-75、聚乙烯树脂40-60、硅氧烷10-15、苯乙烯10-15、炭黑N33910-12、轻质碳酸钙5-10、氧化锌1-2、海泡石8-10、天青石8-10、纳米级二氧化钛2-3、纳米氮化铝1-2、沸石粉10-15、硅烷偶联剂KH5603-4、抗氧剂10100.1-0.2、双十八碳醇酯0.1-0.2、二茂铁0.2-0.4、亚磷酸三苯1-1.5、硼酸锌4-5、十溴二苯乙烷8-10、磷酸二氢铵4-6、交联剂TAIC2-3、改性填料12-15,
所述改性填料是通过下列方法制备而得:a.取下列重量份的原料:高岭土180-190、麦饭石30-34、纳米碳1-2、抗坏血酸1-2、薏仁油1-2、氮化铝粉1-2、葡萄糖酸锌2-3、玉石粉2-3、聚异丁烯2-3、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-4111-2、硬脂酸2-3、抗氧剂10101-2;
b、将高岭土、麦饭石在450-480℃下煅烧5-6h,冷却至室温,取出后,加入3-4%的氢氧化钠溶液中研磨1-2小时,然后,加入12-15%的盐酸溶液,调节PH值为4-5,陈化10-15小时,再加氢氧化钠溶液调节研磨液pH为中性,过滤,烘干得到填料粉末;
c、将上述所得粉末与其它剩余成分混合,并以8000-10000转/分的高速分散均匀,即得。

本发明的电缆料的制备方法:
按配方比例称取各组成原料,将组成原料投入高速搅拌机混合8-10miu,放料,将混合好的物料投入到双螺杆挤出机里,挤出造粒,再进入热风干燥机中进行干燥后,即得环保聚乙烯电缆料,挤出时双螺杆挤出机温度设置为:加料段114℃,熔融段175℃,熔体输送段175~180℃,混炼段190℃,均化段182℃,机头计量段182℃。
有益效果
本发明制备方法简单,操作方便,组成原料配方合理,改性填料的加入,使得配方材料间的相容性好,提高了电线电缆的机械性能,本电缆料具有耐高温、阻燃性能高,燃烧时低烟无毒的特点。
具体实施方式
一种环保聚乙烯电缆料,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而得:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物EVA70、聚乙烯树脂50、硅氧烷13、苯乙烯14、炭黑N33911、轻质碳酸钙8、氧化锌1、海泡石9、天青石9、纳米级二氧化钛2、纳米氮化铝1、沸石粉12、硅烷偶联剂KH5603、抗氧剂10100.2、双十八碳醇酯0.1、二茂铁0.3、亚磷酸三苯1、硼酸锌4、十溴二苯乙烷9、磷酸二氢铵5、交联剂TAIC2、改性填料14,
其中,改性填料是通过下列方法制备而得:
a.取下列重量份的原料:高岭土185、麦饭石33、纳米碳2、抗坏血酸1、薏仁油2、氮化铝粉1、葡萄糖酸锌3、玉石粉2、聚异丁烯3、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-4111、硬脂酸2、抗氧剂10101;
b、将高岭土、麦饭石在450-480℃下煅烧5-6h,冷却至室温,取出后,加入3-4%的氢氧化钠溶液中研磨1-2小时,然后,加入12-15%的盐酸溶液,调节PH值为4-5,陈化10-15小时,再加氢氧化钠溶液调节研磨液pH为中性,过滤,烘干得到填料粉末;
c、将上述所得粉末与其它剩余成分混合,并以8000-10000转/分的高速分散均匀,即得。
