本发明提供了一种聚氯乙烯电缆料,由下列重量份的组分原料制备而得:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物EVA?50-60、高密度聚乙烯HDPE10-15、环氧丙烯酸酯10-12、ABS树脂5-10、相容剂5-8、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411?1-2、白云石4-6、海泡石4-6、氧化铍1-2、氧化锌2-3、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯6-8、柠檬酸三丁酯6-8、马来酸二辛酯3-4、油酸酰胺0.1-0.2、重钙10-12、硬脂酸钡1-2、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.1-0.3、硼酸锌10-15、三氧化钼4-6、氧化铁1-2、改性填料10-15。本发明制备方法简单,操作方便,组成原料配方合理,制得的电缆料具有耐候性好、低烟、耐老化,阻燃性能好的特点。

本发明涉及电缆料领域,具体涉及一种电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
电线电缆具有电力输送和信息输送的作用,在人们生活和生产中发挥着重要的作用。设计和制备低烟、阿低毒,同时又具备优异阻燃性能和绝缘性能的电缆料,成为当今阻燃研究的热点。传统的氢氧化镁与氢氧化铝类阻燃剂,虽然能赋予材料良好的阻燃性能,但是,由于大多数电缆料的基体树脂为非极性的聚烯烃类高分子,与极性的氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝的相容性较差,往往会降低材料的力学性能和加工性能。研究出既具有良好的阻燃性能、同时具有环保性能,良好的机械加工性、较好的绝缘性能的电缆料材料成为电缆料发展的方向,本发明通过添加改性填料,大大提高了材料间的相容性,提高了电缆料的机械加工性能的同时还保证了电缆料的阻燃环保型。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种电缆料及其制备方法。由本发明的电缆料加工成的电缆线具有耐候性好、低烟、耐老化,阻燃性能好。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分原料制备而得:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物EVA50-60、高密度聚乙烯HDPE10-15、环氧丙烯酸酯10-12、ABS树脂5-10、相容剂5-8、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-4111-2、白云石4-6、海泡石4-6、氧化铍1-2、氧化锌2-3、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯6-8、柠檬酸三丁酯6-8、马来酸二辛酯3-4、油酸酰胺0.1-0.2、重钙10-12、硬脂酸钡1-2、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.1-0.3、硼酸锌10-15、三氧化钼4-6、氧化铁1-2、改性填料10-15,
所述改性填料是通过下列方法制备而得:a.取下列重量份的原料:高岭土180-190、麦饭石30-34、纳米碳1-2、抗坏血酸1-2、薏仁油1-2、氮化铝粉1-2、葡萄糖酸锌2-3、玉石粉2-3、聚异丁烯2-3、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-4111-2、硬脂酸2-3、抗氧剂10101-2;
b、将高岭土、麦饭石在450-480℃下煅烧5-6h,冷却至室温,取出后,加入3-4%的氢氧化钠溶液中研磨1-2小时,然后,加入12-15%的盐酸溶液,调节PH值为4-5,陈化10-15小时,再加氢氧化钠溶液调节研磨液pH为中性,过滤,烘干得到填料粉末;
c、将上述所得粉末与其它剩余成分混合,并以8000-10000转/分的高速分散均匀,即得。

b、将高岭土、麦饭石在450-480℃下煅烧5-6h,冷却至室温,取出后,加入3-4%的氢氧化钠溶液中研磨1-2小时,然后,加入12-15%的盐酸溶液,调节PH值为4-5,陈化10-15小时,再加氢氧化钠溶液调节研磨液pH为中性,过滤,烘干得到填料粉末;
c、将上述所得粉末与其它剩余成分混合,并以8000-10000转/分的高速分散均匀,即得。
本发明的电缆料的制备方法:
按配方比例称取各组成原料,将组成原料投入高速搅拌机混合3-5miu,放料,将混合好的物料投入到双螺杆挤出机里,挤出造粒,再进入热风干燥机中进行干燥后,即得电缆料,挤出时双螺杆挤出机温度设置为:加料段115℃,熔融段185℃,熔体输送段185~195℃,混炼段195℃,均化段195℃,机头计量段185℃。
有益效果
本发明制备方法简单,操作方便,组成原料配方合理,制得的电缆料具有耐候性好、低烟、耐老化,阻燃性能好的特点。

一种电缆料,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而得:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物EVA55、高密度聚乙烯HDPE14、环氧丙烯酸酯11、ABS树脂6、相容剂7、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-4112、白云石5、海泡石4、氧化铍1、氧化锌2、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯7、柠檬酸三丁酯8、马来酸二辛酯4、油酸酰胺0.2、重钙11、硬脂酸钡1、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.2、硼酸锌13、三氧化钼5、氧化铁1、改性填料13,
其中,改性填料是通过下列方法制备而得:
a.取下列重量份的原料:高岭土184、麦饭石31、纳米碳2、抗坏血酸1、薏仁油2、氮化铝粉1、葡萄糖酸锌3、玉石粉2、聚异丁烯2、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-4112、硬脂酸2、抗氧剂10101;
b、将高岭土、麦饭石在450-480℃下煅烧5-6h,冷却至室温,取出后,加入3-4%的氢氧化钠溶液中研磨1-2小时,然后,加入12-15%的盐酸溶液,调节PH值为4-5,陈化10-15小时,再加氢氧化钠溶液调节研磨液pH为中性,过滤,烘干得到填料粉末;

电缆料的制备方法:

1.一种电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分原料制备而得:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物EVA50-60、高密度聚乙烯HDPE10-15、环氧丙烯酸酯10-12、ABS树脂5-10、相容剂5-8、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-4111-2、白云石4-6、海泡石4-6、氧化铍1-2、氧化锌2-3、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯6-8、柠檬酸三丁酯6-8、马来酸二辛酯3-4、油酸酰胺0.1-0.2、重钙10-12、硬脂酸钡1-2、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.1-0.3、硼酸锌10-15、三氧化钼4-6、氧化铁1-2、改性填料10-15,所述改性填料是通过下列方法制备而得:a.取下列重量份的原料:高岭土180-190、麦饭石30-34、纳米碳1-2、抗坏血酸1-2、薏仁油1-2、氮化铝粉1-2、葡萄糖酸锌2-3、玉石粉2-3、聚异丁烯2-3、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-4111-2、硬脂酸2-3、抗氧剂10101-2;b、将高岭土、麦饭石在450-480℃下煅烧5-6h,冷却至室温,取出后,加入3-4%的氢氧化钠溶液中研磨1-2小时,然后,加入12-15%的盐酸溶液,调节pH值为4-5,陈化10-15小时,再加氢氧化钠溶液调节研磨液pH为中性,过滤,烘干得到填料粉末;c、将上述所得粉末与其它剩余成分混合,并以8000-10000转/分的高速分散均匀,即得。
