背景技术
调味料,也称佐料,是指一种被用来少量加入其他食物中用来改善味道的食品成分。它们是由不同的香料和原材料按照不同的配比,得到千变万化的品味,因此赢得大众的喜好。但是现有的调味品的功能比较单一,在调味的同时不能兼具保健养生功效。
日常生活中,很多人都会饮酒,还有很多人长期服用药物,过量饮酒和服用药物对肝功能的影响很大,会引起肝脏上的一些疾病。除了要注意饮食习惯,平时也需要有护肝的习惯。利用一日三餐的途径,适量摄取一些保肝护肝的成分,对促进人体健康非常有益。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是在于提供一种原材料简单易得,能够降低由于饮酒饮食习惯而引起的肝脏问题的具有保肝护肝功能的复合调味品及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种具有保肝护肝功能的复合调味品,其特征在于,由下述重量配比的原料组成:
制备一种具有保肝护肝功能的复合调味品的方法,制备步骤如下:
a、先将燕麦、苦瓜、香菇切碎混合,加水浸泡2小时,再小火熬制2小时,过滤浓缩后再干燥成粉状;
b、将黄芪、五味子、垂盆草、黑米研磨成粉,再将研磨成粉的黄芪、五味子、垂盆草和黑米与海带、紫菜蒸熟后,再与燕麦、苦瓜、香菇过滤浓缩后干燥成的粉状混合成膏状;
c、再在膏状加入低钠盐、味精和适量的水充分混合,再将膏状的混合物加入苏子蜜进行造粒,再输送到烘干机中烘干。
本发明有益效果是:本发明采用的都是保肝护肝天然食材和地道中药,对人体没有危害,能够起到保肝护肝的作用,降低人们由于饮食不当而引起的肝脏损害。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式的实例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例一
按重量称取黑米10克、燕麦8克、香菇4克、海带5克、紫菜3克、苦瓜1克、黄芪3克、五味子3克、垂盆草3克、苏子蜜5克、盐8克、味精30克。
a、先将燕麦、苦瓜、香菇切碎混合,加水浸泡2小时,再小火熬制2小时,过滤浓缩后再干燥成粉状;
b、将黄芪、五味子、垂盆草、黑米研磨成粉,再将研磨成粉的黄芪、五味子、垂盆草和黑米与海带、紫菜蒸熟后,再与燕麦、苦瓜、香菇过滤浓缩后干燥成的粉状混合成膏状;
c、再在膏状加入低钠盐、味精和适量的水充分混合,再将膏状的混合物加入苏子蜜进行造粒,再输送到烘干机中烘干。
实施例二
按重量称取黑米13克、燕麦10克、香菇6克、海带8克、紫菜5克、苦瓜3克、黄芪5克、五味子5克、垂盆草5克、苏子蜜8克、盐10克、味精40克。
a、先将燕麦、苦瓜、香菇切碎混合,加水浸泡2小时,再小火熬制2小时,过滤浓缩后再干燥成粉状;
b、将黄芪、五味子、垂盆草、黑米研磨成粉,再将研磨成粉的黄芪、五味子、垂盆草和黑米与海带、紫菜蒸熟后,再与燕麦、苦瓜、香菇过滤浓缩后干燥成的粉状混合成膏状;
c、再在膏状加入低钠盐、味精和适量的水充分混合,再将膏状的混合物加入苏子蜜进行造粒,再输送到烘干机中烘干。
实施例三
按重量称取黑米15克、燕麦12克、香菇8克、海带10克、紫菜7克、苦瓜5克、黄芪8克、五味子8克、垂盆草8克、苏子蜜10克、盐12克、味精50克。
a、先将燕麦、苦瓜、香菇切碎混合,加水浸泡2小时,再小火熬制2小时,过滤浓缩后再干燥成粉状;
b、将黄芪、五味子、垂盆草、黑米研磨成粉,再将研磨成粉的黄芪、五味子、垂盆草和黑米与海带、紫菜蒸熟后,再与燕麦、苦瓜、香菇过滤浓缩后干燥成的粉状混合成膏状;
c、再在膏状加入低钠盐、味精和适量的水充分混合,再将膏状的混合物加入苏子蜜进行造粒,再输送到烘干机中烘干。

1.一种具有保肝护肝功能的复合调味品,其特征在于,由下述重量配比的原料制成:
制备步骤如下:
a、先将燕麦、苦瓜、香菇切碎混合,加水浸泡2小时,再小火熬制2小时,过滤浓缩后再干燥成粉状;
b、将黄芪、五味子、垂盆草、黑米研磨成粉,再将研磨成粉的黄芪、五味子、垂盆草和黑米与海带、紫菜蒸熟后,再与燕麦、苦瓜、香菇过滤浓缩后干燥成的粉状混合成膏状;
c、再在膏状加入低钠盐、味精和适量的水充分混合,再将膏状的混合物加入苏子蜜进行造粒,再输送到烘干机中烘干。
