技术领域
本发明涉及一种卷绕机,所述卷绕机包括由伸缩式间隔梁间隔开一水平距离的两个侧框架,每个侧框架具有在支撑件上的枢轴(pintle),所述支撑件用于承载用于缆管或软管的滚筒,所述伸缩式间隔梁包括一个在另一个内能滑动且能伸缩的至少一个内管和至少一个外管,并且所述伸缩式间隔梁包括锁定装置,所述锁定装置定位于所述外管与内管之间,以用于将外管和内管锁定在能调整的位置中。
如上所述,本发明涉及地上卷绕装置,即,例如在制造电线和线缆(即在线缆制造业的各领域中)中广泛使用的放出装置和卷起装置。
背景技术
卷绕装置或卷绕机典型地由两个侧框架组成,所述两个侧框架被伸缩式间隔梁间隔开一水平距离。每个侧框架具有在可竖直移动的支撑件上的枢轴。支撑件支持并承载滚筒,线缆、管子或软管从滚筒放出或者卷绕在滚筒上。
将卷轴紧固到地上或者将卷轴从地上拆卸下来必须改变侧框架各部分的距离以释放枢轴,因此需要可调节的间隔机构。宽度调整也是必要的,以适应于不同的滚筒宽度。间隔机构还必须提供无间隙运行,以确保卷轴的精确、安全和可重复的拾取和释放。
在该领域中,存在设计用于满足上述需求的若干种构造。一个典型的已知结构使用通过伸缩式间隔结构实现的框架距离调节装置,在该伸缩式间隔结构中,一个棒由在类似于液压缸的衬套中滑动的圆柱形杆构成。杆和衬套的精确配合要求昂贵的精密制造,这意味着在现有技术中所使用的构造提高用于例如线缆制造工艺的成本。
作为典型的现有技术的结构的一个实例,可提及在美国专利申请公开No.2008/0315058A1中描述的机构。所述美国专利申请公开所示的结构具有上述现有技术的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是获得一种装置,通过该装置,可消除现有技术的缺点。这通过本发明来实现。本发明的特征在于,锁定装置包括:内管的开裂部分,所述开裂部分在内管长度的一部分上延伸并且将内管分成多个分段;以及力元件,所述力元件用于在所述内管的开裂部分上形成膨胀力,从而将所述分段按压抵靠在所述外管的内表面上。
本发明的一个优点是它的制造成本低,因此,整体上,本发明的使用是非常有利的,即,本发明提供了一种经济的方式来获得与卷绕装置或卷绕机相关的可调节间距功能。

具体实施方式
图1示出了现有技术的一种典型的卷绕机。所示的卷绕机包括由可伸缩式间隔梁2间隔开一水平距离的两个侧框架1。在现有技术中,伸缩式间隔梁2是由在类似于如前所述的液压缸的衬套内滑动的圆柱形杆制成的。所示的构造还设置有适当的锁定装置,所述锁定装置定位在外管和内管之间,以用于将外管和内管锁定在可调节的位置中。所示的构造具有如前所述的现有技术的缺点。
上述卷绕机的建造和操作原理对于本领域技术人员来说是相当熟悉的,因此,在此不再详细描述这些事项。
如上所述,本发明提供了一种经济的方式来获得可调节间距功能,即,提供了一种经济的方法来消除现有技术中所用的可调间隔梁的昂贵构造。
图2至图5示出了本发明的一个实施例,即,用于本发明的伸缩式间隔梁的装置的一个实施例。
在如图2至图5所示的实施例中,间隔梁2包括两个方形管分段,即,外管3和内管4。所述方形管由市售钢管制成,而且所述方形管形成可从图2和图3中清楚地看到的伸缩式装置。
外管3是例如具有合适的法兰5的实体管,所述法兰5用于附接到卷绕装置的侧框架1。所述内管也设置有用于附接到如附图中所示的侧框架的适当法兰。
内管4具有比外管3小的截面,使得内管4可以以某一游隙装配在外管3的内部,以形成如图2和3所示的伸缩式结构。
本发明的一个重要特征在于:锁定装置包括内管4的开裂部分6。如图3所示,所述开裂部分6在内管长度的一部分上延伸。所述开裂部分6将内管4分成分段7、8。
锁定装置还包括力元件9,所述力元件用于在内管4的开裂部分6上形成膨胀力,从而将分段7、8按压抵靠在外管3的内表面上。
如上所述,内管4以某一方式已被开裂。在所示的实施例中,内管4沿着竖直轴线已被开裂成两个分段7、8。然而,这不是唯一的可能性,而是,也可以使用三个、四个或甚至更多个开裂分段。
图2至图5所示的实施例采用方形管作为外管3和内管4。然而,本发明并不限于方形管,而是还可以使用其它管形状,例如可使用六边形形式的管,等等。
在附图所示的实施例中,力元件9包括可充气的袋元件或可膨胀的软管元件。然而,本发明并不限于某一类型的力元件,例如,也可能使用例如液压缸或电动缸或楔形元件作为力元件9。
所示的实施例有利地还包括扁平条10,该扁平条固定于外管3内部上,以提供内管4在外管3中的竖向引导。有利地,还可以存在引导辊1,所述引导辊安装到外管3和内管4上,以提供侧向引导。引导辊11优选是弹簧加载的导引辊。
该实施例还可以包括在内管4的至少一部分上延伸的棒12。所述棒12装配在外管3的内角部中。所述棒12优选是半方形棒,但应该指出的是,也可以使用适当的其它形式。
当可充气的或加压的袋元件9被充气时,其在内管4上施加膨胀力,内管连同其开裂部分将膨胀,从而将分段7、8按压抵靠在装配于外管3的内角部中的棒12上,并由此相应地将内管4固定或锁定到外管3。可充气的袋元件9可通过适当的元件(例如通过管子13)充气。
当可充气的或加压的元件9被放气时,膨胀力消失,内管4相对于外管3被释放,从而启动内管和外管的伸缩运动。
与此相关地,必须指出的是,上面已经利用使用可充气的袋元件作为力元件9的一个实施例来描述本发明的操作。然而,这并不是唯一的可能性,而是也可以使用形成所述膨胀力的其他力元件。
上面已经利用使用两个相互作用的管的实施例来描述本发明。但本发明并不局限于此,而是在本发明中很可能还可以使用例如三个或更多个相互作用的管。
如上所述,参照附图中所示的实施例已经澄清了本发明(即,本发明的结构和操作)。然而,本发明并不局限于所示的实施例。本发明(即,不同的结构细节、尺寸和特征)可以在所附的权利要求书的范围内自由地改变。

Claims (8)

1.一种卷绕机,所述卷绕机包括由伸缩式间隔梁(2)间隔开一水平距离的两个侧框架(1),每个侧框架(1)具有在支撑件上的枢轴,所述支撑件用于承载用于缆管或软管的滚筒,所述伸缩式间隔梁(2)包括一个在另一个内能滑动且能伸缩的至少一个内管(4)和至少一个外管(3),并且所述伸缩式间隔梁包括锁定装置,所述锁定装置定位于所述外管(3)与所述内管(4)之间,以用于将所述外管和所述内管锁定在能调节的位置中,其特征在于,所述锁定装置包括:内管(4)的开裂部分(6),所述开裂部分在内管长度的一部分上延伸并且将内管分成多个分段(7、8);以及力元件(9),所述力元件用于在所述内管的开裂部分(6)上形成膨胀力,从而将所述分段(7、8)按压抵靠在所述外管(3)的内表面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的卷绕机,其特征在于,所述外管(3)和所述内管(4)都是方形管。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的卷绕机,其特征在于,所述内管(4)沿着垂直轴线已被开裂成两个分段(7、8)。
4.如权利要求1所述的卷绕机,其特征在于,所述力元件(9)包括能充气的袋元件、液压缸或电动缸或者楔形机构。
5.如权利要求1所述的卷绕机,其特征在于,引导辊(11)提供所述内管和所述外管的侧向引导。
6.如权利要求1所述的卷绕机,其特征在于,在外管的内侧上的扁平条(10)提供内管在外管中的竖向引导。
7.如权利要求1所述的卷绕机,其特征在于,棒(12)在内管(4)的至少一部分上延伸,所述棒被装配在所述外管(3)的内角部中。
8.如权利要求7所述的卷绕机,其特征在于,所述棒(12)是半方形棒。
