紫薯又叫黑薯,薯肉呈紫色至深紫色。它除了具有普通红薯的营养成分外,还富含硒元素和花青素。紫红薯将成为花青素的主要原料之一。紫薯在国际、国内市场上十分走俏,发展前景非常广阔。
以紫薯为原料制作饮料,不仅可以满足人们的健康需求,还可以大大提高紫薯的综合利用价值以及经济效益。

本发明为了解决以紫薯为原料制作饮料的技术问题提供了一种紫薯饮料。

一种紫薯饮料,所述紫薯饮料由紫薯粉、白砂糖、单甘脂、果脯糖浆、维生素C和水混合而成。
优选的,所述紫薯饮料中各组分的重量百分比为:紫薯粉3~10%、白砂糖5~9%、单甘脂0.1~0.6%、果脯糖浆1~5%、维生素C0.01~0.14%、水80~90%。
优选的,所述紫薯饮料中各组分的重量百分比为:紫薯粉8%、白砂糖9%、单甘脂0.4%、果脯糖浆2%、维生素C0.03%、水80.57%。
优选的,所述紫薯饮料中各组分的重量百分比为:紫薯粉3%、白砂糖5%、单甘脂0.1%、果脯糖浆1.76%、维生素C0.14%、水90%。
优选的,所述紫薯饮料中各组分的重量百分比为:紫薯粉6%、白砂糖8.6%、单甘脂0.35%、果脯糖浆5%、维生素C0.05%、水80%。
优选的,所述紫薯饮料中各组分的重量百分比为:紫薯粉10%、白砂糖8%、单甘脂0.6%、果脯糖浆1%、维生素C0.01%、水80.39%。
本发明中紫薯具有丰富的营养及保健功能,它含有20%左右的蛋白质,包括18种氨基酸,易人体消化和吸收,其中包括维生素C、B、A等8种维生素和磷、铁等10多种矿物元素,内含大量药用价值高的花青素,是人体抗疲劳、抗衰老、补血的必要元素。其中加入单甘脂可提高稳定性,防止油脂上浮,蛋白质下沉,白砂糖和果脯糖浆混合调节甜味,口感更佳,添加维生素C满足人体对维生素C的需求。
