技术领域
本发明涉及食品防腐剂领域,具体说是一种从天然可食用植物果中提取的食品防腐剂及制备方法。
背景技术
目前,在公知的食品防腐剂中,都以化学制剂为主,大家知道化学制剂的成份对人体的侵害是全世界所认定的,防止食品受微生物侵袭而腐坏变质,一直是世界各国食品行业的头等大事,所以各种食品都要强调表明本品不含防腐剂,但商家在食品制造时对容易变质的食品还是添加了一种化学合成的防腐物质,随着科学技术的完善进步及人们生活水平的提高,逐步认识到化学合成防腐剂在食物添加中对人类健康的危害,鉴于此技术背术,本人经过多年的实践试验,精选出数种纯天然生长期中可食用植物果实,从而成功提取出了纯天然、无毒、无害的食品防腐剂。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足,本发明提供一种从可食用植物果中提取的食品防腐剂及制备方法,它精选可食用的天然生长期植物果乌梅、柠檬果经粉碎、压榨成汁再添加适量食用纯蜂蜜混合搅拌,然后进行巴氏杀菌,罐装到经高温消毒的容器中冷却,这样就克服了上述弊端,有效解决了难题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用技术方案是:一种从可食用植物果中提取的食品防腐剂及制备方法,其特征是:所述的可食用植物果为纯天然绿色生长期中的乌梅果、柠檬果,所述的食用纯蜂蜜加入量与榨汁液的比量为2.5∶100,所述的高温消毒时温度为摄氏116-118度,时间为20分钟,所述冷却的温度为摄氏38-40度。
本发明的有益效果是:水溶性好、无异味,并能增加原食品风味,制作成本低,不会退色,保质期延长,能使食品更上档次,经济效益显著提高,适合各饮料、糕点等食品使用。

具体实施方式
在实例中,先精选生长期中纯天然可食用乌梅果、柠檬果清洗,然后经机器压榨成汁,按食用纯蜂蜜加入量与榨汁液的此量为2.5∶100,添加食用纯蜂蜜搅拌,再经摄氏116度高温消毒,罐装后冷却到摄氏38度,检验后贴标签即可入库。
