Abstract
一种车辆的换档位置显示装置包括:透光的透光件,包括多个字符或者符号;导光板,安装在透光件的下侧以与其重叠;侧发光体,从导光板的一侧向着导光板照射光线;以及多个下发光体,设置在导光板下侧的与字符或者符号对应的位置。多种颜色照在字符部分上用于显示各个换档范围,以实现与相同级别车辆相比更高级的车辆的豪华感,同时使用相对少数目的发光体并且使得用于驱动发光体的电路的复杂性降低以节约成本和减少生产过程。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆的换档位置显示装置,涉及一种用于利用开-关光线显示换档杆的选择位置的技术。
背景技术
通常,换档杆设置在车辆的室内空间用于驾驶员的换档操作,其中换档杆构造为一般转换至P、R、N、D、2、L等位置,并且换档杆的操作状态显示在靠近一个通道的位置,换档杆通过该通道进行移动,从而使得驾驶员能够准确地确认换档杆的操作状态。
如上所述的换档位置显示装置,用于提高车辆的室内空间的美观度,也用于准确地表明换档杆所选择的位置,其中,换档显示装置目前趋向使用光线明确地营造出华丽且典雅的氛围。
根据相关技术,通过使用照明技术发光的换档位置显示装置需要发光体,例如发光二极管,其数目与通常显示的换档范围一样多或者数目更多,以将多个换档范围显示为各种颜色,其中用于控制发光体的电路不可避免地变得复杂。
因而,需要这样一种技术,其中使用相对少数目的发光体,因此使得用于驱动发光体的电路的复杂性降低,以实现车辆的等同豪华感,同时节约成本和减少生产过程。
公开于该发明背景技术部分的信息仅仅旨在加深对本发明的一般背景技术的理解,而不应当被视为承认或以任何形式暗示该信息构成已为本领域技术人员所公知的现有技术。
发明内容
本发明致力于解决与现有技术有关的上述问题。本发明的各个方面提供车辆的换挡位置显示装置,其中多种颜色照在字符部分上用于显示各个换档范围,以实现与相同级别车辆相比更高级的车辆的豪华感,同时使用相对少数目的发光体并且使得用于驱动发光体的电路的复杂性降低以节约成本和减少生产过程。
本发明的各个方面提供车辆的换档位置显示装置,其包括:透光件,其是透光的并且有多个字符或者符号显示在其上;导光板,安装在透光件的下侧以与其重叠;侧发光体,从导光板的一侧向着导光板照射光线;以及多个下发光体,设置在导光板下侧的与字符或者符号对应的位置。
应当理解,此处所使用的术语“车辆”或“车辆的”或其它类似术语一般包括机动车辆,例如包括运动型多用途车辆(SUV)、大客车、卡车、各种商务车的客运汽车,包括例如各种舟艇和船舶的船只,航空器等等,并且包括混合动力车辆、电动车辆、可插式混合动力电动车辆、氢动力车辆以及其它替代性燃料车辆(例如源于非石油能源的燃料)。正如此处所提到的,混合动力车辆是具有两种或更多种动力源的车辆,例如汽油动力和电力动力这两种的车辆。

具体实施方式

参考图1至图6,根据本发明的车辆的换档位置显示装置包括:透光件1,其是透光的并且有多个字符或者符号显示在其上;导光板3,安装在透光件1的下侧以与其重叠;侧发光体5,从导光板3的一侧向着导光板3照射光线;以及多个下发光体7,设置在导光板3下侧的与字符或者符号对应的位置。
即是说,用于显示换档范围的字符或者符号被显示出来,并且待漫射的光线通过导光板3提供给透光件1,其中光线从侧发光体5提供给导光板3,从而使得光线向着整个导光板3漫射和散射,进一步地,下发光体7直接提供光线给透光件1的各个字符或者符号,并且因此通过完全地或者部分地聚焦在导光板3上的光线,多种颜色的相应字符或符号以完全豪华的光线发射状态显示在透光件1上。
此处,多个凹部9在对应于透光件1的字符或者符号的每个位置设置在导光板3上,多个凹部9的截面厚度向着一侧减小。
在各个实施方案中,凹部9设置在导光板3的下侧,并且导光板3的截面厚度从下侧向着其上侧减小,并如图4所示,凹部的凹陷深度随着每个区域所决定的与侧发光体5相隔的距离而逐步变深。
凹部9的深度随着与侧发光体5相隔的距离而逐步变深的作用是,使从侧发光体5发射的光线得以漫射和反射以使得完全相似水平的光线照射至导光板3的上侧,而与相隔的距离无关,因而,尽管使用较少数目的侧发光体5,仍然有统一水平的光线照向导光板3的上侧。
具有多个凹凸的压纹11形成在导光板3的凹部9上,用于平滑地漫射入射到凹部9上的光线。
在导光板3的下侧进一步设置有屏蔽层13,屏蔽层13与除凹部9外的部分重叠,屏蔽来自下发光体7的光线并反射来自侧发光体5的光线,并且屏蔽层13可以作为隔板与导光板3重叠或者应用于导光板3。当然,本发明可以在没有屏蔽层13的情况下实现。
侧发光体5和下发光体7配置为分别发射不同颜色的光线,其中下发光体7配置为发射至少一种颜色的光线,并且因此在透光件1上显示多种颜色的光线来营造豪华的氛围。
灯或者发光二极管可以在侧发光体5和下发光体7中使用,并如图2所示,用于驱动侧发光体5的电路板和用于驱动下发光体7的电路板17可以分别设置,或者可以设置单独的电路板。
根据本发明,多种颜色照在字符部分上用于显示各个换档范围,以实现与相同级别车辆相比更高级的车辆的豪华感,同时使用相对少数目的发光体并且使得用于驱动发光体的电路的复杂性降低以节约成本和减少生产过程。

Claims (5)
1.一种车辆的换档位置显示装置,包括:
透光件,所述透光件是透光的并且有多个字符或者符号显示在所述透光件上;
导光板,所述导光板安装在所述透光件的下侧并且与所述透光件重叠;
侧发光体,所述侧发光体从所述导光板的一侧向着所述导光板照射光线;以及
多个下发光体,所述多个下发光体设置在所述导光板下侧的与所述字符或者所述符号对应的位置,
其中,所述导光板在对应于所述透光件的所述字符或者所述符号的每个位置上具有截面厚度向着一侧减小的凹部,
其中,所述凹部设置在所述导光板的下侧,并且所述凹部的凹陷深度随着每个区域所决定的与所述侧发光体相隔的距离而逐渐变深。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的换档位置显示装置,其中在所述导光板的所述凹部形成具有多个凹凸的压纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的换档位置显示装置,其中在所述导光板的所述凹部形成具有多个凹凸的压纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的换档位置显示装置,其中在所述导光板的下侧进一步设置有屏蔽层,该屏蔽层与除所述凹部外的部分重叠,屏蔽来自所述下发光体的光线并反射来自所述侧发光体的光线。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的换档位置显示装置,其中所述侧发光体和所述下发光体分别发射不同颜色的光线,其中所述下发光体发射至少一种颜色的光线。
