本发明涉及一种具有防癌功效的野生蓝莓果汁饮料及其制造方法。
背景技术:
癌症疾病是世界各国医疗界久攻不下的难题,长期以来它作为一个不治之症,严重威胁着人类的健康和生命,全世界每年死于癌症的有约1000万人以上,发病率继续攀升死亡率居高不下,时至今日还没有根治癌症的有效方法和特效药。
目前,传统治癌的方法是:手术、放疗、化疗。这种方法的缺陷是:
1、治愈率不高,易复发;
2、手术、放化疗使患者在身体和精神两方面变得痛苦;
3、放、化疗只重视杀癌细胞,而不重视保护肌体,甚至伤害肌体;
4、放、化疗会严重破坏人体免疫系统,使癌细胞失去控制,加速癌细胞的生长、扩散;
5、放、化疗巨大毒副作用会造成全身反应,严重时不得不停止放、化疗;
6、放、化疗作用时间短、而两次放、化疗间隙又长,这样会导致癌细胞再次生长和扩散;
7、目前所有的抗癌药都不能抗转移、抗复发,因此不利于患者的彻底康复。
现有的采用中药材治疗癌症的药品存在一些缺陷:提取方法不科学、提取率低、药品浓黑怪味大、人们不易接受、吸收率低,达不到预期的效果。
发明内容,
基于以上不足之处,本发明的目的是提供一种具有防癌功效的野生蓝莓果汁饮料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种具有防癌功效的野生蓝莓果汁饮料,配方如下:按重量百分数,野生蓝莓果汁8~15%、白砂糖10~15%、蜂蜜1.20~1.50%、苹果酸1.00~1.65%、果胶酶0.005~0.016%、明胶0.01~0.04%、喜树0.80~1.80%、农吉利0.60~1.20%、无花果0.40~0.60%、眼镜蛇0.20~0.40%和余量的水,各原料用量之和为百分之百。
本发明还具有如下特征:一种具有防癌功效的野生蓝莓果汁饮料的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)、将干净的野生蓝莓果进行破碎,同时加入如上所述重量百分数的果胶酶,搅拌均匀,进行酶解,时间5~6小时,然后进行榨汁,榨汁时加入如上所述重量百分数的明胶,再进行静止沉降,时间30~60分钟后,进行过滤,得野生蓝莓果汁备用;
(2)、取除去杂质、切片、烘干后的喜树进行粉碎,颗粒度40~80微米,取粉末备用;
(3)、取除去杂质、切片、烘干后的农吉利进行粉碎,颗粒度40~80微米,取粉末备用;
(4)、取除去杂质、切片、烘干后的无花果进行粉碎,颗粒度40~80微米,取粉末备用;
(5)、取除去杂质、切片、烘干后的眼镜蛇进行粉碎,颗粒度40~80微米,取粉末备用;
(6)、将上述(2)~(5)各步骤中制得的粉末按如上所述重量比放入到浸提罐中进行混合,然后加入相当于混合粉末重量10~15倍的水,搅拌均匀,浸泡60~80分钟,用蒸汽加热煮沸,时间为20~30分钟,静止沉降24~48小时,取出上清液,得一次浸提液备用,沉降在罐底的药末待二次浸提;
(7)、对步骤(6)沉降在浸提罐底部的药粉末进行二次浸提:往此浸提罐中加入相当于混合药粉末总重量8~10倍的水,搅拌均匀,用蒸汽加热煮沸,时间为30~40分钟,静止沉降24~48小时,取出上清液,得二次浸提液备用,沉降在罐底的药末待三次浸提;
(8)、对步骤(7)沉降在罐底的药粉末进行三次浸提:再往此罐中加入相当于混合药粉末总重量6~8倍的水,搅拌均匀,用蒸汽加热煮沸,时间为40~60分钟,静止沉降24~48小时,滤出清液,得三次浸提液备用,药粉末弃之;
(9)、取步骤(1)的野生蓝莓果汁、步骤(6)的一次浸提液、步骤(7)的二次浸提液和步骤(8)的三次浸提液共同放入勾调罐中进行混合,然后按如上所述重量百分数加入白砂糖、蜂蜜和苹果酸、再补足余量的水,搅拌均匀,混合液pH值调整为2.65~2.70后精滤,再瞬间加热脱气处理后,装瓶,灭菌,逐级冷却。
由于采取上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明产品的组成成分蓝莓果、喜树、农吉利、无花果和眼镜蛇中抗癌的活性成分含量高;
2、提取方法、提取率明显优于对比文件,本发明采取快速→减速→缓速三次煮沸浸提,从野生蓝莓果、喜树、农吉利、无花果、眼镜蛇中提取出来抗癌活性物质:花青素、喜树硷、农吉利甲素、无花果有机酸和蛋白酶、眼镜蛇细胞毒素等物质,经检验,提取率高达95%以上,而对比文件采用原始的浸泡方法,中药材的有效成分很难提取出来;
3、吸收率明显高于对比文件,本发明在浸提的过程中,减除了中药材的怪味和毒副作用,把浸提出来的营养成分和抗癌活性物质溶入到酸甜可口的饮料中,以饮料为载体,大大提高了有效成分在体内的吸收率,让人们在饮用甜酸可口饮料的同时,起到了健身防癌的功效,而对比文件是药液,苦涩怪味大,人们不易接受,饮用甜酸可口的饮料和吃苦药的感受和作用是无法比的;
4、功能和疗效明显优于对比文件:本发明产品是采取积极的预防为主、辅助治疗为副的方针,其防癌治癌的机理是:
(1)增强人体的免疫功能,提高肌体对癌细胞的粘附能力和亲和性,预防、抑杀、阻断癌细胞的生长和扩散;
(2)切断肿瘤新生血管,使肿瘤得不到营养供应而饥饿死亡;
(3)激活体内抗癌细胞攻击癌细胞,使癌细胞迅速死亡;
(4)使癌细胞发生性变、坏死、核固缩、浓染、染色体凝聚、胞浆多空胞等形态学改变,还能使癌细胞和宿主肝细胞超微结构发生变化,最终导致癌细胞溶解破坏而死亡;
(5)以毒攻毒,有选择地破坏和毒死癌细胞;
(6)生成大量坏死因子,加速溶解癌细胞,使癌细胞迅速消退。

一种具有防癌功效的野生蓝莓果汁饮料,配方如下:按重量百分数,野生蓝莓果汁8%、白砂糖10%、蜂蜜1.20%、苹果酸1.00%、果胶酶0.005%、明胶0.01%、喜树0.80%、农吉利0.60%、无花果0.40%、眼镜蛇0.20%和余量的水,各原料用量之和为百分之百。
实施例2
一种具有防癌功效的野生蓝莓果汁饮料,配方如下:按重量百分数,野生蓝莓果汁15%、白砂糖15%、蜂蜜1.50%、苹果酸1.65%、果胶酶0.016%、明胶0.04%、喜树1.80%、农吉利1.20%、无花果0.60%、眼镜蛇0.40%和余量的水,各原料用量之和为百分之百。
实施例3
一种具有防癌功效的野生蓝莓果汁饮料制造方法如下:
1、将除去杂质的野生蓝莓果放入到破碎机内进行破碎,破碎时加入重量百分数0.005-0.016%的果胶酶,放入到酶解罐内,搅拌均匀,进行酶解,时间控制在5-6小时,然后,用榨汁机进行榨汁,榨汁时加入重量百分数0.01-0.04%的明胶,汁液泵入到沉降罐中,搅拌均匀,静止沉降,控制时间为30-60分钟,进行过滤,皮渣弃之,得野生蓝莓果汁备用;
2、取除去杂质,切片、烘干的喜树放入到粉碎机内进行粉碎,颗粒度控制在40-80微米,取粉末备用。
3、取除去杂质、切片、烘干的农吉利放入到粉碎机内进行粉碎,颗粒度控制在40-80微米,取粉末备用;
4、取除去杂质、烘干的无花果放入到粉碎机内进行粉碎,颗粒度控制在40-80微米,取粉末备用;
5、取切片、烘干的眼镜蛇放入到粉碎机内进行粉碎,颗粒度控制在40-80微米,取粉末备用;
6、将上述2-5各步骤中收集的粉末共同放入到浸提罐内进行混合,按重量之比混合,喜树的粉末为0.80-1.80份、农吉利的粉末为0.60-1.20份、无花果的粉末为0.40-0.60份、眼镜蛇的粉末为0.20-0.40份,然后加入相当于混合粉末重量10~15倍重量的冷水,浸泡60-80分钟,用蒸气快速加热,煮沸,控制时间为20-30分钟,静止沉降24-48小时,取出上清液,得一次浸提液备用,沉降在罐底的药末待二次浸提;
7、又往此浸提罐中加入相当于混合药粉末总重量8~10倍重量的冷水,搅拌均匀,用蒸汽中速加热煮沸,控制时间为30-40分钟,静止沉降24-48小时,取出上清液,得二次浸提液备用,沉降在罐底的药末待三次浸提;
8、再往此罐中加入相当于混合药粉末总重量6~8倍重量的冷水,搅拌均匀,用蒸汽慢速加热煮沸,控制时间为40-60分钟,静止沉降24~48小时,滤出清液,药粉弃之,得三次浸提液备用;
9、取步骤1的野生蓝莓果汁8-15份、步骤6的一次浸提液、步骤7的二次浸提液、步骤8的三次浸提液共同泵入勾调罐中,然后加入白砂糖10-15份,加入蜂蜜1.20-1.50份、加入苹果酸1.00-1.65份,再补足余量的水,搅拌均匀,将混合液的pH值调整为2.60-2.70,精滤,再采用85℃-90℃瞬间加热脱气,及时装瓶,再经过91℃-100℃,灭菌1-2分钟,然后采取80℃→60℃→40℃逐级冷却,即为本发明产品的野生蓝莓果汁饮料。
下面结合本发明的急性毒性试验、长期毒性试验、药效试验作进一步说明:
一、急性毒性试验:
1、试验材料:
(1)药物:本发明饮料。
(2)动物:昆明种小白鼠,雌雄兼用,鼠龄8~10周,体重20±2g,由广西医科大学实验动物中心提供,动物颗粒饲料喂养。
2、方法与结果:
(1)分组:
取小鼠12只,分成3组,每组4只,雌雄各半,灌胃给药0.5ml/只,浓度为0.2g/mi、0.4g/mi、0.6g/mi(最大浓度)一次,连续观察7天,小鼠未出现死亡,故未测出LD50。
另取小鼠20只,雌雄各半,以本发明饮料最大浓度0.667g/mi,最大体积0.8m1灌胃给药,3次/日,给药后连续观察7天,小鼠活动饮食、粪便及皮毛均正常,亦未见小鼠死亡和不良反应。
计算小鼠最大耐受量及安全倍数。
3、结论:
按最大浓度0.667g/ml、最大容积0.8m1,灌胃3次,本发明饮料小鼠最大耐受量为80g/kg相当于成人每日常用量的914倍,20只小鼠7天内无一死亡,且无不良反应。
试验表明,本发明饮料口服给药安全可靠。
二、长期毒性试验:
1、试验材料:
(1)药物:本发明饮料。
(2)试剂:谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、总胆固醇、肌酐、尿素氮、葡萄糖、总胆红素、总蛋白、白蛋白测定试剂盒,北京中生生物工程技术公司提供。
(3)动物:wistar大鼠,体重130±10g,由广西医科大学实验动物中心提供。
(4)仪器:日立7020全自动生化分析仪,由上海长征一康仁医学科学有限公司提供。
3、方法与结果:
取大鼠80只、雌雄各半,随机分成4组、每组20只,每日上午空腹灌胃给药,灌胃容积为10ml/kg,对照组给予蒸馏水,本发明饮料低剂量组为1.0g/kg,浓度为0.10g/ml;中剂量组为2.2g/kg,浓度为0.22g/ml;高剂量组为4.4g/kg,浓度为0.44g/m1,每周称体重一次,据体重调整给药量,连续给药90天,每日观察动物的行为活动、饮食、粪便。用药结束后各组取二分之一动物(雌雄各半)进行血液学、血液生化学检查:对心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑、子宫、睾丸做病理组织学检查;余下动物停药继续饲养二周,对血液学、血液生化学进行恢复期观察。
结果表明本发明饮料对大鼠的血红蛋白含量、红细胞计数、白细胞计数、白细胞分类、血小板、凝血时间与对照组比较均无明显影响。
三、药效试验:S180细胞株由上海医科大学肿瘤所提供,肿瘤接种及评价标准按《全国抗肿瘤药物体内节选规程》的方法进行;昆明种小鼠,雌雄兼用,鼠龄8-10周,体重18-22g,由广西医科大学实验动物中心提供,动物颗粒饲料喂养,动物室温度25-28℃,动物按性别分笼饲养,每笼7只;电子分析天平,江苏镇江精密仪器厂出品;环磷酰胺,100mg/瓶,临用新鲜配制成5mg/m1,实验用野生蓝莓果汁饮料为本发明产品;B、方法与结果:药品准备:野生蓝莓果汁饮料按我们预实验中所作剂量曲线的最佳用药量25ml/kg体重准备;分组:取小鼠21只,分成3组,每组7只,将S180瘤株配成6×106个细胞悬液并接种于小鼠右前腋下,每只小鼠接种0.2ml,接种后随机分为生理盐水模型对照组:给0.5m1生理盐水,1次/d,连续7d、环磷酰胺阴性对照组:20mg/kg腹腔注射给药、野生蓝莓果汁饮料实验组:给药1次/d,每只小鼠均给予0.5ml饮液,连续给药7d;肿瘤的分离、测重:末次给药后12小时脱臼处死小鼠,剪开接种肿瘤部位,完整剥离出肿瘤块,用滤纸吸净其上液体,于电子天平上称重;疗效判断:以肿瘤抑制率≥30%为具有抗肿瘤作用,本实验先后又以同样的方式方法对肝癌细胞株BFL-7402、W256、L1210进行实验,取四次实验结果的均数,经t检验比较其差异显著性;实验结果:野生蓝莓果汁饮料实验组,瘤体重为0.09±0.25m/g,抑制率为95.4%,有显著的抗肿瘤作用,环磷酰胺阴性对照组,瘤体重为0.61±0.43m/g,抑制率为68.1%,有良好的抗肿瘤作用,生理盐水对照组,瘤体重为1.91±0.61m/g,抑制率为0.0%,无抗肿瘤作用。实验结果显示,野生蓝莓果汁饮料可以明显杀死、抑制癌细胞的分裂和增殖,表现为使瘤体减轻;
(7)本发明用食疗法防癌治癌,弥补了传统手术、放化疗方法治疗癌症的缺陷:改损伤性治疗为保护性治疗、改间接性治疗为连续性治疗、改倾斜性治疗为平衡性治疗,改治疗为预防,这是一种使癌症治疗变得容易进行的划时代治疗方法,是癌症治疗的革命!
(8)本发明工艺、设备简单易操作,原料来源广、成本低、无毒副作用,可以生产和使用;
(9)本发明解决了目前无法达到的以三次变速浸提分子生物学技术和以饮料为载体技术,发明了营养极其丰富,具有防癌治癌的野生蓝莓果汁饮料。
综上所述,本发明与对比文件相比,具有实用性、新颖性和创造性,并且具有突出的实质性特点和显著进步,并能产生积极的应用效果,可以生产和使用,而且产品色泽桃红,酸甜可口,物美价廉,人们容易接触。

经临床应用和市场调查。本发明产品能有效的预防和治疗癌症疾病,如肝癌、肺癌、胃癌、子宫癌等。经过三年多对500例预防志愿者和120例癌症疾病患者的临床应用,取得了显著的预防效果和明显的疗效,其预防率达100%、治疗显著率70%,总有效率为95%。

1.一种具有防癌功效的野生蓝莓果汁饮料,其特征在于,配方如下:
按重量百分数,野生蓝莓果汁8~15%、白砂糖10~15%、蜂蜜1.20~1.50%、苹果酸1.00~1.65%、果胶酶0.005~0.016%、明胶0.01~0.04%、喜树0.80~1.80%、农吉利0.60~1.20%、无花果0.40~0.60%、眼镜蛇0.20~0.40%和余量的水,各原料用量之和为百分之百。
2.一种具有防癌功效的野生蓝莓果汁饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)、将干净的野生蓝莓果进行破碎,同时加入按权利要求1所述重量百分数的果胶酶,搅拌均匀,进行酶解,时间5~6小时,然后进行榨汁,榨汁时加入按权利要求1所述重量百分数的明胶,再进行静止沉降,时间30~60分钟后,进行过滤,得野生蓝莓果汁备用;
(2)、取除去杂质、切片、烘干后的喜树进行粉碎,颗粒度40~80微米,取粉末备用;
(3)、取除去杂质、切片、烘干后的农吉利进行粉碎,颗粒度40~80微米,取粉末备用;
(4)、取除去杂质、切片、烘干后的无花果进行粉碎,颗粒度40~80微米,取粉末备用;
(5)、取除去杂质、切片、烘干后的眼镜蛇进行粉碎,颗粒度40~80微米,取粉末备用;
(6)、将上述(2)~(5)各步骤中制得的粉末按权利要求1所述重量比放入到浸提罐中进行混合,然后加入相当于混合粉末重量10~15倍的水,搅拌均匀,浸泡60~80分钟,用蒸汽加热煮沸,时间为20~30分钟,静止沉降24~48小时,取出上清液,得一次浸提液备用,沉降在罐底的药末待二次浸提;
(7)、对步骤(6)沉降在浸提罐底部的药粉末进行二次浸提:往此浸提罐中加入相当于混合药粉末总重量8~10倍的水,搅拌均匀,用蒸汽加热煮沸,时间为30~40分钟,静止沉降24~48小时,取出上清液,得二次浸提液备用,沉降在罐底的药末待三次浸提;
(8)、对步骤(7)沉降在罐底的药粉末进行三次浸提:再往此罐中加入相当于混合药粉末总重量6~8倍的水,搅拌均匀,用蒸汽加热煮沸,时间为40~60分钟,静止沉降24~48小时,滤出清液,得三次浸提液备用,药粉末弃之;
(9)、取步骤(1)的野生蓝莓果汁、步骤(6)的一次浸提液、步骤(7)的二次浸提液和步骤(8)的三次浸提液共同放入勾调罐中进行混合,然后按权利要求1所述重量百分数加入白砂糖、蜂蜜和苹果酸、再补足余量的水,搅拌均匀,混合液pH值调整为2.65~2.70后精滤,再瞬间加热脱气处理后,装瓶,灭菌,逐级冷却。
