中国的面点小吃历史悠久,风味各异,品种繁多。面点小吃的历史可上溯到新石器石代,当时已有石磨,可加工面粉,做成粉状食品。随着炊具和灶具的改进,中国面点小吃的原料、制法、品种日益丰富,在不断的发展中逐步形成了种类繁多、风味各异具有地方特色的食品,其中面条就孕育而生。随着历史的推进,面条作为一种制作简单、食用方便、营养丰富的面制品,已经是我国具有悠久历史的传统主食,在中国具有了四千多年的悠久历史。虽然面条是我国的传统主食,但是目前国内对面条的品质和工艺研究尚不成熟,具有保健功效的面条并不多。

本发明弥补了现有技术的不足,提供一种排毒养颜面条及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明面条由下列重量份的原料制成:玉米50-60、大麦30-40、高粱20-30、红薯淀粉20-30、莲藕20-30、绿豆芽20-24、葵花籽13-16、开心果25-28、白果10-12、海带15-20、猪血15-20、芥花子油4-5、桂花4-5、余甘子1-2、白花蛇舌草2-3、白藓皮1-2、熟地2-3、面条改良剂1-2、水适量;
所述面条改良剂由下列重量份的原料制成:木薯淀粉40-50、山楂核粉15-20、核桃仁15-20、杏仁10-15、香蕉30-35、龙眼25-30、女贞子1-2、牛蒡2-3、玫瑰花3-4、天门冬4-5、丁葵草1-2、水翁花2-3、薏仁油1-2、水适量;将核桃仁、杏仁研磨成粉,薏仁油放入锅中烧热加入上述粉末小火翻炒至薏仁油吸收;女贞子、牛蒡、玫瑰花、天门冬、丁葵草、水翁花加入适量水中,文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得滤液;香蕉、龙眼取其果肉,捣成泥状;将炒熟粉、滤液、果泥以及其它剩余成分,混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

(1)将玉米、大麦、高粱送入烘干机中烘干,研磨成粉,得杂粮粉,备用;
(2)将莲藕洗净去皮后与绿豆芽一起打磨成汁,得蔬菜汁,备用;
(3)将开心果、白果去壳后与葵花籽一起放入炒锅中翻炒至有香味溢出,研磨成粉,得炒熟粉,备用;
(4)将海带烘干,研成细末,放入烧热的芥花子油中,翻炒3-5分钟,将猪血破碎成浆与红薯淀粉混合均匀,加入上述炒锅中,文火继续翻炒至水分耗干,得混合粉,备用;
(5)将桂花、余甘子、白花蛇舌草、白藓皮、熟地加入适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤掉沉渣,得煎煮液;
(6)将步骤1的杂粮粉、步骤2的蔬菜汁、步骤3的炒熟粉、步骤4的混合粉、步骤5的煎煮液以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀后调制成面团,再按照常规工艺加工成面条,即可。

所述面条改良剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:木薯淀粉45、山楂核粉18、核桃仁16、杏仁13、香蕉33、龙眼27、女贞子1、牛蒡2、玫瑰花3、天门冬4、丁葵草1、水翁花2、薏仁油1、水适量;将核桃仁、杏仁研磨成粉,薏仁油放入锅中烧热加入上述粉末小火翻炒至薏仁油吸收;女贞子、牛蒡、玫瑰花、天门冬、丁葵草、水翁花加入适量水中,文火煎煮1.5小时,过滤得滤液;香蕉、龙眼取其果肉,捣成泥状;将炒熟粉、滤液、果泥以及其它剩余成分,混合,小火煮沸、搅拌25分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

1.一种排毒养颜面条,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:玉米50-60、大麦30-40、高粱20-30、红薯淀粉20-30、莲藕20-30、绿豆芽20-24、葵花籽13-16、开心果25-28、白果10-12、海带15-20、猪血15-20、芥花子油4-5、桂花4-5、余甘子1-2、白花蛇舌草2-3、白藓皮1-2、熟地2-3、面条改良剂1-2、水适量;
所述面条改良剂由下列重量份的原料制成:木薯淀粉40-50、山楂核粉15-20、核桃仁15-20、杏仁10-15、香蕉30-35、龙眼25-30、女贞子1-2、牛蒡2-3、玫瑰花3-4、天门冬4-5、丁葵草1-2、水翁花2-3、薏仁油1-2、水适量;将核桃仁、杏仁研磨成粉,薏仁油放入锅中烧热加入上述粉末小火翻炒至薏仁油吸收;女贞子、牛蒡、玫瑰花、天门冬、丁葵草、水翁花加入适量水中,文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得滤液;香蕉、龙眼取其果肉,捣成泥状;将炒熟粉、滤液、果泥以及其它剩余成分,混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
2.根据权利要求书1所述排毒养颜面条,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将玉米、大麦、高粱送入烘干机中烘干,研磨成粉,得杂粮粉,备用;
(2)将莲藕洗净去皮后与绿豆芽一起打磨成汁,得蔬菜汁,备用;
(3)将开心果、白果去壳后与葵花籽一起放入炒锅中翻炒至有香味溢出,研磨成粉,得炒熟粉,备用;
(4)将海带烘干,研成细末,放入烧热的芥花子油中,翻炒3-5分钟,将猪血破碎成浆与红薯淀粉混合均匀,加入上述炒锅中,文火继续翻炒至水分耗干,得混合粉,备用;
(5)将桂花、余甘子、白花蛇舌草、白藓皮、熟地加入适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤掉沉渣,得煎煮液;
(6)将步骤1的杂粮粉、步骤2的蔬菜汁、步骤3的炒熟粉、步骤4的混合粉、步骤5的煎煮液以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀后调制成面团,再按照常规工艺加工成面条,即可。
