技术领域
本发明涉及一种车用相机模块的电缆连接结构。
背景技术
随着目前相机模块的小型化以及存储图像的存储空间实施为存储器,各种类型的相机模块已经在车辆中得到应用。与用于便携式电子装置的照相机相比,这种相机模块非常容易受到水和污染物的损害。因此需要一种能够防止水和灰尘的渗透的电缆连接结构。
通常情况下,耦合到相机模块的电缆具有连接器,该连接器在安装相机模块的壳体的基座上,与电缆耦合的插头件连接在该连接器上。此外,为了防止水或灰尘进入位于连接器和插头部之间的结合处,在该结合处中插入诸如O形环这样的密封件。连接器和插头件通过固定部件彼此连接,该固定部件通过螺旋式紧固方法紧固并由树脂材料制成。
然而,这样的连接结构的问题在于,由树脂材料制成的固定件连续地受到例如O形环这样的密封件的弹性恢复力的影响,由此使得固定部件的对应于密封件的一部分可能会弯曲或变形。
另外,由于连接操作必须使用额外的紧固件(例如螺钉)来进行,并需要将O形环插入连接器和插头部件之间,因此难以实现自动化的组装操作,故而这种组装操作通常以手动进行。其结果是可组装性差。
此外,当连接结构包括连接器和插头件时,印刷电路板的安装面积将会增加,从而会不期望地导致部件大小的增大。在小型照相机模块的情况下,插头件必须小型化。为此目的,电缆包括不同厚度的电缆,它们通过诸如连接端子这样的连接构件连接在一起。实现这样的构造很麻烦。

因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种车用相机模块的电缆连接结构,这种电缆连接结构具有优异的防水和防尘效果并提高了组装性。
技术方案
根据本发明的一个总的方案,提供一种车用相机模块的电缆连接结构,该电缆连接结构包括:电缆单元,具有至少一个线构件;柔性印刷电路板(FPCB),柔性印刷电路板的一端具有端子,另一端具有连接部,端子焊接在线构件一端露出的线金属件上并具有与线构件的数量相对应的数量,连接部连接到相机模块上;以及模制连接器,其围绕位于电缆单元和FPCB之间的结合部。
优选地,电缆单元包括防分离肋,该防分离肋从电缆单元的外周面突出至预定高度,以防止模制连接器分离。
优选地,模制连接器的外周面上包括联接槽,进而与联接到相机模块外壳上的盖构件联接。
优选地,盖构件由软树脂、橡胶和硅橡胶中的任一种制成。
优选地,连接部包括ZIP连接器。
有益效果
如从以上描述明显的,根据本发明的电缆连接结构的优点在于:不使用另外的密封件(例如O形环)就能够防止包括水和灰尘的污染物进入,并且不需要进行手动组装操作,从而提高了组装性。

具体实施方式
在下文中,将参照附图对根据本发明的车用相机模块的电缆连接结构进行说明。
如图1至图3所示,根据本发明的车用相机模块的电缆连接结构包括电缆单元10、柔性印刷电路板(FPCB)20以及连接器30。
参照图1,电缆单元10中包括至少四个线构件11,每个线构件11都具有护套。为了连接,在各个线构件的端部露出线构件11的线金属件11a。为了防止包括水的杂质进入线构件11中,电缆单元10的所有线构件11都具有由热收缩电缆等形成的外部护套。
为了防止连接器30(将在下面详细描述)分离,在接近电缆单元10的端部的位置上设置从电缆单元10的外周面突出的防分离肋15。防分离肋15的操作将稍后再进行说明。
FPCB 20由柔性材料制成,并且在其中具有多个布线电路。各个布线电路导电连接到电缆单元10的线构件11上,以便通过线构件11收发电力和信号。FPCB的一端包括多个端子21,另一端包括连接部22。端子21通过焊接S结合到在线构件11的端部露出的线金属件11a。连接部22连接到车(未示出)用相机模块的连接器上。
连接部22可按各种形式嵌入。根据本发明的优选实施例,优选连接部22包括ZIP连接器。由于ZIP连接器用于连接的体积较小,并且能够通过卡扣安装连接和断开,所以这种ZIP连接器适用于FPCB的端子的连接。
连接器30起密封电缆单元10和FPCB 20之间的结合部的作用。如图2所示,将连接器30构造为,使得FPCB20与电缆单元10之间的焊接部位于模制件(mold)中。由此,在模制成型之后,在连接器30的一端只露出FPCB20的连接部22,另一端只露出电缆单元10的护套。这种构造可以防止进行焊接操作的端子21外露,从而能够防止由于水或污染物的进入而发生短路或故障。
同时,如图2所示,将从电缆单元10突出的防分离肋15构造为,当连接器30形成时,防分离肋15以及电缆单元10与FPCB 20之间的结合部一起位于模制件中,从而使得防分离肋15位于连接器30中。即使连接器30受到沿电缆单元10的纵向方向的力的作用,防分离肋15也能防止连接器30与电缆单元10分离。
沿着连接器30的外周面设置具有预设深度的联接槽31。联接槽31用于使连接器30与盖构件40联接,盖构件40与相机模块的外部壳体(未示出)组装在一起。盖构件40可以由软树脂、橡胶和硅橡胶中的任一种制成。盖构件40的一端可具有螺纹孔41,用以紧固螺钉。优选地,盖构件40采用在与外部壳体相对应的位置上具有开口40a的杯子形状,从而使盖构件40与外部壳体(未示出)组装在一起。
如上所述,本发明不再需要为了提供防水结构,而在电缆连接和固定操作中插入单独的密封件(例如O形环),从而简化了组装操作并省去了手动安装密封部件和固定单元的操作,因此由于过程的自动化而提高了生产率。
另外,由于用于连接电缆单元10和FPCB 20的模制连接器30被制造为单个部件,因此减少了部件数量并实现了制造成本的降低。
另外,由于设置在FPCB端部上并具有ZIP连接器的连接部只需要通过卡扣配合来安装在相机模块中,因此组装方便。
虽然为了说明的目的而公开根据本发明的优选实施例,但是本领域技术人员应该理解,在不脱离在所附权利要求书中所公开的本发明的范围和精神的情况下,各种修改、添加或者替代方案是可能的。

1.一种车用相机模块的电缆连接结构,包括:
电缆单元,具有至少一个线构件;
柔性印刷电路板(FPCB),所述柔性印刷电路板的一端具有端子,另一端具有连接部,所述端子焊接在所述线构件的一端露出的线金属件上并具有与所述线构件的数量相对应的数量,所述连接部连接到所述相机模块上;以及
模制连接器,围绕位于所述电缆单元和所述FPCB之间的结合部。
2.如权利要求1所述的电缆连接结构,其中,所述电缆单元包括防分离肋,该防分离肋从所述电缆单元的外周面突出至预定高度,以防止该模制连接器分离。
3.如权利要求1所述的电缆连接结构,其中,所述模制连接器的外周面上包括联接槽,用以与联接到所述相机模块的外部壳体上的盖构件联接。
4.如权利要求3所述的电缆连接结构,其中,所述盖构件由软树脂、橡胶和硅橡胶中的任一种制成。
