Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种线缆连接器组件,其包括绝缘本体、安装于绝缘本体内的端子、包围于绝缘本体外的金属壳体、与端子电性连接的电路板及连接于电路板上的线缆,所述端子具有连接于电路板上的尾部,所述电路板包括上下放置的两层电路板,该两层电路板之间由柔性排线或相互配对的连接器将彼此电性相连。该线缆连接器组件具有改进的结构,其有效缩小线缆连接器组件的尺寸。
Description
【技术领域】
本实用新型有关一种线缆连接器组件,尤指一种用于视频信号传输的DVI(DigitalVisual Interface)型线缆连接器组件。
【背景技术】
两个具有不同界面的电子设备通常需要转接装置来将彼此的信号传递,如中国专利公告第CN3424817号所示,其揭示了一种DVI型线缆连接器组件转接到HDMI型连接器的转接装置,所述该种DVI型线缆连接器组件通常包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的端子组、与端子电性连接的电路板及包覆于绝缘本体的盖体,当该线缆连接器组件的末端连接其它连接器时,例如影像显示连接器(Displayport),该DVI型线缆连接器组件的电路板上需要设置有众多电子元件及复杂的电路才可促使转接装置正常工作,因此该电路板尺寸必须较大才能布置众多的电子元件,进而导致整个DVI型线缆连接器组件尺寸较大;或者将该电路板替换成柔性电路板以便可弯折收容于盖体内,但是如此操作会使DVI型线缆连接器组件的成本大幅提高
因此,确有必要对线缆连接器组件进行改良以解决现有技术中的上述缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种具有改进结构的线缆连接器组件,其有效缩小线缆连接器组件的尺寸。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种线缆连接器组件,其包括绝缘本体、安装于绝缘本体内的端子、包围于绝缘本体外的金属壳体、与端子电性连接的电路板及连接于电路板上的线缆,所述端子具有连接于电路板上的尾部,所述电路板包括上下放置的两层电路板,该两层电路板之间由柔性排线或相互配对的连接器将彼此电性相连。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型有如下有益效果:线缆连接器组件具有上下放置且由柔性排线或一对相互对接的连接器将彼此电性相连的两层电路板,如此设置能够有效减小线缆连接器组件的整体尺寸。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1至图3所示,本实用新型线缆连接器组件100包括绝缘本体1、收容于绝缘本体1内的若干端子2、包围在绝缘本体的对接端外的金属壳体3、电路板4、线缆5及绝缘盖体6,其中所述绝缘盖体6包括沿上下方向组装的上、下盖61、62。
请参照图2至图4所示,线缆连接器组件100为符合DVI标准的连接器,其线缆5的另一末端连接有Displayport标准连接器(未图示),所述线缆连接器组件100的绝缘本体1内组装有若干端子2,端子2的尾部21向下弯折突露于绝缘本体1后侧,绝缘本体1外包围有金属壳体3。
在本实用新型的第一实施例中,电路板4包括第一电路板41、第二电路板42及位于第一、第二电路板41、42之间且将两者电性连接的柔性排线(FFC或FPC)43,所述第一、第二电路板41、42上分别设有若干电子元件,如电阻、电容及芯片等。
上盖61内壁的一周均匀分布有若干定位柱611,下盖62内壁上与定位柱611相对应的位置设有若干定位孔621,上、下盖61、62的形状及结构大致相同,其后端均设有卡线部623,该卡线部623内横向设置有卡线槽624,卡线部623的上端面向下凹陷形成收容线缆5的弧形缺口625。
请参照图1至图3所示,绝缘本体1的外部包围有金属壳体3以将其遮蔽,线缆5外成型有前端具有矩形定位部510的应力释放部51,该线缆5包括有若干导线(未图示)。
组装时,端子2收容于绝缘本体1内,金属壳体3包覆于绝缘本体1的外围,同时端子2的尾部21焊接于第二电路板42上,第一电路板41位于第二电路板42上方,柔性排线43的一端焊接于第一电路板41,另一端焊接于第二电路板42,以此将第一电路板41与第二电路板42电性相连。线缆5的导线前端焊接于第二电路板42上,其定位部510放置于下盖62的卡线部623的卡线槽624内以对线缆提供应力释放作用,接着将上盖61自上至下组装于下盖62上,上盖61的定位柱611收容于下盖62的定位孔621内,且上盖61的卡线部613与下盖62的卡线部623相配合以将线缆5固持。至此,线缆连接器组件100组装完成。
另外,如图5所示,本实用新型的另一实施例中,线缆连接器组件100’与第一实施例中的线缆连接器组件100结构及组装基本相同,不同之处在于,该实施例中电路板4’包括第一电路板41’和第二电路板42’,其中第一电路板41’的下表面上焊接有第一连接器71,第二电路板42’的上表面上焊接有与第一连接器71相对的第二连接器72,通过第一连接器71与第二连接器72的对接而将第一电路板41’和第二电路板42’电性连接。
Claims (10)
1.一种线缆连接器组件,其包括绝缘本体、安装于绝缘本体内的端子、包围于绝缘本体外的金属壳体、与端子电性连接的电路板及连接于电路板上的线缆,所述端子具有连接于电路板上的尾部,其特征在于:所述电路板包括上下放置的两层电路板,该两层电路板之间由柔性排线或相互配对的连接器将彼此电性相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述两层电路板分别为第一、第二电路板,所述柔性排线一端焊接于第一电路板,另一端焊接于第二电路板上。
3.如权利要求2所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆前端焊接于第二电路板。
4.如权利要求3所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述端子尾部向下弯折焊接于第二电路板。
5.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述相互配对的连接器分别为第一、第二连接器,所述第一连接器设置于上层电路板的下表面,第二连接器设置于下层电路板的上表面。
6.如权利要求5所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆前端焊接于第二电路板。
7.如权利要求6所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述端子尾部向下弯折焊接于第二电路板。
8.如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆连接器组件还包括沿上下方向相互组装的上、下盖体,所述盖体后端设有卡线部。
9.如权利要求8所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述卡线部内横向设置有卡线槽。
10.如权利要求9所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆外成型有前端具有矩形定位部的应力释放部,所述定位部固持于卡线槽内。
