Abstract
在例如用于露天开采设备的球形滚道转动座圈中,设置有用油润滑的,并由多个拼合轮缘段组成的球形滚道下件,其用于容置支承着相对下支座可转动结构的支承球体,为了改进拼合轮缘段(1)在分界缝处防止泄漏滑油的密封性能,和在更新密封构件时不必拆卸该转动座圈,在拼合轮缘(1)的端面设置了以U形方式围绕球形滚道(3)的凹槽(2),其支腿(5)是朝着球形滚道下件的里侧和外侧方向敞开的,凹槽(2)中置有由橡胶或塑料制成的条带形密封型材(6)。该型材(6)在朝拼合轮缘段侧是置有密封唇(9)的和有一个连续的中心空腔(10)以及总是完整地安置在两个相对拼合轮缘段的一个端面内。而围绕球形滚道下件的密封环和内置的贮油环在分界缝范围内是断开的并由可易拆卸的支架构件(7,8)封闭住。在凹槽(2)的横道(4)和支腿(5)间的过度区内并在密封型材(6)的外边连接一个泄漏监视装置。
Description
本发明涉及一种球形滚道转动座圈,其具有一个由数个拼合轮缘段组装成的环形的置于下边的滚形滚道下件、一个在外部包围该下件的密封环和一个该密封环内围成的贮油环以及一个位于球形滚道下件的拼合轮缘段之间的密封结构。
这种形式的座圈(连接结构),例如应用在露天开采设备中,以使相对下边支座的上部结构具有转动性能,而座圈的直径可做到数米大。这种圆形的球形滚道设置有润滑油结构,在球形滚道中,位于球形滚道上件和下件之间的亦即在上部结构和下边支座之间的支承球体作工作运行。同时,出于经济性的考虑已经存在尽可能减少润滑油损失的任务。此外,出于环境保护的原因,就产生了实际上无润滑油损耗的结构设置要求。为了在拼合轮缘段的分界缝处密封大多数由4至6,但是也可至12个拼合轮缘段组装成的球形滚道,就在分界缝处的圆截面凹槽中,在公知的球形滚道转动座圈情况下,置入耐久塑料密封剂或双组分一一硅酸胶。尽管起初是令人满意的实施结构,但密封性则由于拼合轮缘段在分界缝处彼此间不可避免的微小运动而减弱,以致于运转至一定期限而产生泄漏。即使置入用手工裁制的橡胶型材也没有获得明显改善的结果,亦即获得一个耐用的密封结构。然而,环境保护的规定却要求确定大概出现的泄漏及对其消除。为此就必需巨大的耗费,因为,首先必须将上部结构从下边支座上提升起来,再将球形滚道下件拆下来,最后再装上去。当按一般方式使球形滚道下件外边置有一个密封环和里边置有一个贮油环或者相反时,那么在拼合轮缘段被彼此分开之前就必须拆掉这些密封件,以便安装新的密封装置。
为此,本发明任务在于提供一个可靠的密封装置,同时,明显地减少前面提及的耗费。
依此,在开头所述类型的球形滚道转动座圈中规定,球形滚道下件的拼合轮缘段在其分界缝内,置有以一定距离并成U形方式包围球形滚道的凹槽,该凹槽具有平坦的、垂直的基表面,其支腿在朝向球形滚道下件的内侧及外侧方向是敞开的,并且,在凹槽中,置入由橡胶或塑料制成的条带形密封型材。由此,不用提升上部结构就能实现密封件的更换。仅仅必需的是,将大多数由多个部分组成的密封环和贮油环拆掉,但是,由于凹槽的外侧在其整个支腿的长度上是显露的,所以,密封型材的端部是向外折倒的,亦即,这些已有的密封型材就可以抽出来,接着就可将新的密封型材置入。依此,就使维修费降低到现有耗费的一个很小部分上。
按目的要求,凹槽的横道宽度和支腿宽度总是相一致的,因为此时密封型材在其整个长度上可以具有恒定不变的横截面。此外建议,密封型材设置成正方形的横截面。
一个优选的方案是,密封型材在朝向球形滚道下件拼合轮缘段的两个侧面上最好设置3个密封唇和一个连续的最好圆形的中空腔。依此,在拼合轮缘段有较大运动时,也可提供一个最有效的密封结构,同时,它可方便地置入和拆出。总之,该密封型材还可以例如在间隔时间内出现分界缝扩大情况下,设置成具有与可能的变化相适应的结构外型。
对于密封装置在相应的分界缝上的位置,可考虑的实施方案是,每个分界缝处的凹槽,以半拉的形式分别设置在球形滚道下件的两个相关拼合轮缘段的每个端面上;或者每个分界缝处的凹槽完全设置在球形滚道下件的两个相关拼合轮缘段的一个端面上。一个实施方案具有分界缝两侧的结构是对称的优点,而另一个则具有槽的加工费用较低的优点。
按照本发明的另一个步骤,密封环和贮油环在分界缝的范围内,并至少在密封型材的展宽内被断开。该断口是用支架构件封住的。依此就可实现,对于密封装置的一次更新工作,就不必一次性地将密封环和贮油环全部拆掉,而是仅仅将支架构件拆下,在将密封构件更换以后,再将支架构件装上。此外,对于支架构件的拆装,一个人操作即可,同时也没有特别的困难。
特别有利的可能方案是设置一个泄漏监视装置,亦即,在凹槽中并在其横道和支腿之间的过度区域中的密封型材之外边,连接一个泄漏监视装置。不管怎样,用于连接作用的空间是现有的,并且还可以用来设置一个立即令人高兴的或者说,较少敏感的泄漏报警器,此外,还很容易地和不用拆掉密封装置就可实施,因此,该空间还可以为了控制的目的而被检测。这样,更换密封构件的工作只有在其真正实际上损坏了时才是必要的。

一个露天开采设备,在其他结构和下边支座之间具有一个由球形滚道上件和滚形滚道下件组装成的球形滚道转动座圈,该座圈具有支承上述结构的支承球,在一个球形滚道下件的拼合轮缘1中,在端面侧亦即在构成拼合轮缘段间分界缝的平面中,安置一个凹槽2,其成U形方式包围着球形滚道3,并且设置有平坦的,垂直的基表面。凹槽2的横道4和支腿5的宽度是相同的,因此,它们(4,5)能够容置一个连续的带条形的密封型材6。而支腿5是向外敞开的,因此,密封型材6是容易装到此处的。这些开口在运行期间仅仅用支架构件7和8来封闭住,亦即构件7,8,将本实施例中在外边包围球形滚道下件的密封环的相应缺口处以及被密封环在里部围成的贮油环的相应缺口处填堵起来。该密封型材6是基本上制成方形截面的,并按照图5是嵌置在分界缝的一侧的,并在靠置到拼合轮缘段的两个侧表面上各设置3个密封唇,该密封型材6还置有一个连续的圆形的中空腔10。在凹槽2的横道4和支腿5间的过度区11中连接一个泄漏监视装置用以检查密封型材6的密封性能。
Claims (8)
1.球形滚道转动座圈,具有:一个由多个拼合轮缘段组成的环形且位于下边的球形滚道下件;一个从外边包围此下件的密封环和一个由该密封环内部围成的贮油环以及一个位于球形滚道下件之拼合轮缘段间的密封结构,其特征在于,
该球形滚道下件的拼合轮缘段(1),在其分界缝内,置有以一定距离且U形方式包围着球形滚道(3)的凹槽,该凹槽(2)具有平坦的、垂直的基表面,凹槽(2)的支腿(5)在朝向球形滚道下件的里侧和外侧方向是敞开的,在该凹槽(2)中置入由橡胶或塑料制成的带条形的密封型材(6)。
2.按权利要求1的球形滚道转动座圈,其特征在于:凹槽的横道宽度和支腿宽度是一致的。
3.按权利要求1的球形滚道转动座圈,其特征在于:密封型材(6)具有正方形的横截面。
4.按权利要求1、2或3的球形滚道转动座圈,其特征在于:
密封型材(6)在朝着球形滚道下件的拼合轮缘段的两个侧面上最好置有3个密封唇(9)并且置有一个连续的,最好是圆形的中心空腔(10)。
5.按权利要求1的球形滚道转动座圈,其特征在于:
每个分界缝上的凹槽(2)是以半拉方式分别设置在球形滚道下件的两个相关拼合轮缘段(1)的每个端面内的。
6.按权利要求1的球形滚道转动座圈,其特征在于:
每个分界缝的凹槽(2)是完全地设置在球形滚道下件的两个相关拼合轮缘段(1)的一个端面内的。
7.按权利要求1或5或6的球形滚道转动座圈,其特征在于:
密封环和贮油环在分界缝的范围内至少在密封型材(6)的宽度上是断开的,而断口是用支架构件(7,8)封闭住。
8.按权利要求1的球形滚道转动座圈,其特征在于:
在凹槽(2)中并在横道(4)和支腿(5)之间的过渡区(11)内的密封型材(6)的外边,连接一个泄漏监视装置。
