背景技术
带下病人是指妇女阴道内常有少量的白色透明无味的一种分泌物,有着滋润阴道的功能,正常情况下一股在月经前后,两次月经之间及妊娠期较多,因通常是白色,故称生理性白带。但在色质,味有所变化,或伴有外阴瘙痒,灼痛,腰酸腿软,小腹胀痛等多种现象系属病理性带症。中医辨证是看色,味为主;凡色白,清稀多系虚证寒证;色黄或赤稠粘臭秽多系实证热证。临床治疗上分为脾虚、肾虚、湿热、肝郁等类型,不同的类型,则采取不同
治则。目前虽然也有很多治疗妇科疾病的中成药物或配方,虽然治疗成方制剂很多,但是都是以药的形式出现,适合长期食用辅助治疗的食疗产品却很少。因此研究开发一种安全辅助治疗的食疗产品非常有实用价值。

针对上述情况,本发明所解决的技术问题是提供一种健脾补肾、固精止带、增强免疫力、增加骨密度、改善营养性贫血的芡实白果分散片的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种芡实白果分散片,包括以下重量份成分:芡实200-400g、薏苡仁200-400g、山药200-300g、白果50-70g、微晶纤维素40-60g、云芝提取物0.12-0.32g、山楂提取物0.12-0.32g、碳酸钙0.38-0.78g、富马酸亚铁0.011-0.022g、维生素C 1-2g、维生素D 1-2μg、甘露醇100-170g、三氯蔗糖10-15g、微粉硅胶10-50g、羧甲基纤维素3-5g、羧甲基淀粉钠55-80g、硬脂酸镁4-6g。

一种芡实白果分散片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取新鲜山药清洗,去皮,冲洗干净,在100℃条件下蒸15-20min,取出冷却成室温,将冷却后的山药在70-80℃范围内烘干,将烘干的山药粉碎成过140-200目筛的细粉,即得山药粉,备用;
(2)取原料芡实、薏苡仁、白果洗净,在100℃条件下水提取二次,第一次8-10质量倍量水提取1-1.5h,第二次6-8质量倍量水提取0.5-1h,合并两次提取液,真空浓缩至60℃条件下相对密度1.02-1.06的浸膏,备用;
(3)取微晶纤维素、云芝提取物、山楂提取物、碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁分别粉碎,过100-150目筛,备用;
(4)将步骤(1)制得的山药粉、步骤(2)制得的浸膏搅拌混合,向混合物中加入维生素C、维生素D搅拌均匀,搅拌机转速为10-20r/min,时间为10-20min,再加入上述步骤中粉碎后的羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、云芝提取物、山楂提取物、碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基淀粉钠,搅拌混合10-15min,得混合物,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的混合物进行制成颗粒,将颗粒在30-45℃范围内烘干1-5h,过20-40目筛;
(6)将过筛后的颗粒加入粉碎后的硬脂酸镁用混匀机混匀,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,再进行压片,即得芡实白果分散片。
所述的步骤(1)中取新鲜山药清洗,去皮,冲洗干净,在100℃条件下蒸20min,取出冷却成室温,将冷却后的山药在80℃条件下烘干,将烘干的山药粉碎成过200目筛的细粉,即得山药粉。
所述的步骤(2)中取原料芡实、薏苡仁、白果洗净,在100℃条件下水提取二次,第一次10质量倍量水提取1.5h,第二次8质量倍量水提取1h,合并两次提取液,真空浓缩至60℃条件下相对密度1.06的浸膏。

(2)取原料芡实、薏苡仁、白果洗净,在100℃条件下水提取二次,第一次8-10质量倍量水提取1-1.5h,第二次6-8质量倍量水提取0.5-1h,合并两次提取液,真空浓缩至60℃条件下相对密度1.02-1.06的浸膏,备用;
(3)取微晶纤维素、云芝提取物、山楂提取物、碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁分别粉碎,过100-150目筛,备用;
(4)将步骤(1)制得的山药粉、步骤(2)制得的浸膏搅拌混合,向混合物中加入维生素C、维生素D搅拌均匀,搅拌机转速为10-20r/min,时间为10-20min,再加入上述步骤中粉碎后的羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、云芝提取物、山楂提取物、碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基淀粉钠,搅拌混合10-15min,得混合物,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的混合物进行制成颗粒,将颗粒在30-45℃范围内烘干1-5h,过20-40目筛;
(6)将过筛后的颗粒加入粉碎后的硬脂酸镁用混匀机混匀,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,再进行压片,即得芡实白果分散片。
