针对上述情况,本发明所解决的技术问题是提供一种补肾止带、清利湿毒、增加免疫力、增加骨密度、改善营养性贫血的山药蚕豆花分散片的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:

一种山药蚕豆花分散片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取原料山药洗净,采用50-60℃范围内鼓风烘干,将烘干的山药研磨粉碎至200-400目,放入远红外线干燥设备中进行65-75℃范围内灭菌3-8s,得到山药粉,备用;
(2)取原料薏苡仁洗净,采用50-60℃范围内鼓风烘干,将烘干的薏苡仁研磨粉碎至200-400目,放入远红外线干燥设备中进行65-75℃范围内灭菌3-8s,得到薏苡仁粉,备用;
(3)取新鲜蚕豆花洗净,置于烘箱中在60℃条件下烘干至水分小于2%,经粉碎机粉碎至50-60目,将粉碎后的蚕豆花加入1-2重量倍量的水,水温在50-60℃范围内浸泡3-8h,然后经压滤机过滤,收集滤液和浸泡液,在5-10℃范围内静置2-4h,过滤,收集上清液,得蚕豆花提取液,备用;
(4)取微晶纤维素、云芝提取物、碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁分别粉碎,过100-150目筛,备用;

(2)取原料薏苡仁洗净,采用50-60℃范围内鼓风烘干,将烘干的薏苡仁研磨粉碎至200-400目,放入远红外线干燥设备中进行65-75℃范围内灭菌3-8s,得到薏苡仁粉,备用;
(3)取新鲜蚕豆花洗净,置于烘箱中在60℃条件下烘干至水分小于2%,经粉碎机粉碎至50-60目,将粉碎后的蚕豆花加入1-2重量倍量的水,水温在50-60℃范围内浸泡3-8h,然后经压滤机过滤,收集滤液和浸泡液,在5-10℃范围内静置2-4h,过滤,收集上清液,得蚕豆花提取液,备用;
(4)取微晶纤维素、云芝提取物、碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁分别粉碎,过100-150目筛,备用;
(5)将步骤(1)制得的山药粉、步骤(2)制得的薏苡仁粉、步骤(3)制得的蚕豆花提取液搅拌混合,向混合物中加入维生素C、维生素D搅拌均匀,搅拌机转速为10-20r/min,时间为10-20min,再加入上述步骤中粉碎后的羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、云芝提取物、碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基淀粉钠,搅拌混合10-15min,得混合物,备用;
(6)将步骤(5)制得的混合物进行制成颗粒,将颗粒在30-45℃范围内烘干1-5h,过20-40目筛;
(7)将过筛后的颗粒加入粉碎后的硬脂酸镁用混匀机混匀,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,再进行压片,即得山药蚕豆花分散片。
实施例3
一种山药蚕豆花分散片,包括以下重量份成分:山药450g、薏苡仁450g、蚕豆花450g、微晶纤维素60g、云芝提取物0.32g、碳酸钙0.78g、富马酸亚铁0.022g、维生素C 2g、维生素D 2μg、甘露醇170g、三氯蔗糖15g、微粉硅胶50g、羧甲基纤维素5g、羧甲基淀粉钠80g、硬脂酸镁6g。
一种山药蚕豆花分散片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取原料山药洗净,采用50-60℃范围内鼓风烘干,将烘干的山药研磨粉碎至200-400目,放入远红外线干燥设备中进行65-75℃范围内灭菌3-8s,得到山药粉,备用;
(2)取原料薏苡仁洗净,采用50-60℃范围内鼓风烘干,将烘干的薏苡仁研磨粉碎至200-400目,放入远红外线干燥设备中进行65-75℃范围内灭菌3-8s,得到薏苡仁粉,备用;
(3)取新鲜蚕豆花洗净,置于烘箱中在60℃条件下烘干至水分小于2%,经粉碎机粉碎至50-60目,将粉碎后的蚕豆花加入1-2重量倍量的水,水温在50-60℃范围内浸泡3-8h,然后经压滤机过滤,收集滤液和浸泡液,在5-10℃范围内静置2-4h,过滤,收集上清液,得蚕豆花提取液,备用;
(4)取微晶纤维素、云芝提取物、碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁分别粉碎,过100-150目筛,备用;
(5)将步骤(1)制得的山药粉、步骤(2)制得的薏苡仁粉、步骤(3)制得的蚕豆花提取液搅拌混合,向混合物中加入维生素C、维生素D搅拌均匀,搅拌机转速为10-20r/min,时间为10-20min,再加入上述步骤中粉碎后的羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、云芝提取物、碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基淀粉钠,搅拌混合10-15min,得混合物,备用;
(6)将步骤(5)制得的混合物进行制成颗粒,将颗粒在30-45℃范围内烘干1-5h,过20-40目筛;
(7)将过筛后的颗粒加入粉碎后的硬脂酸镁用混匀机混匀,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,再进行压片,即得山药蚕豆花分散片。

Claims (1)
1.一种山药蚕豆花分散片,其特征在于:由以下重量份成分制成:山药350g、薏苡仁350g、蚕豆花350g、微晶纤维素50g、云芝提取物0.22g、碳酸钙0.58g、富马酸亚铁0.0165g、维生素C 1.5g、维生素D 1.5μg、甘露醇135g、三氯蔗糖12.5g、微粉硅胶30g、羧甲基纤维素4g、羧甲基淀粉钠67.5g、硬脂酸镁5g;其制备方法为:
(1)取原料山药洗净,采用50-60℃范围内鼓风烘干,将烘干的山药研磨粉碎至200-400目,放入远红外线干燥设备中进行65-75℃范围内灭菌3-8s,得到山药粉,备用;
(2)取原料薏苡仁洗净,采用50-60℃范围内鼓风烘干,将烘干的薏苡仁研磨粉碎至200-400目,放入远红外线干燥设备中进行65-75℃范围内灭菌3-8s,得到薏苡仁粉,备用;
(3)取新鲜蚕豆花洗净,置于烘箱中在60℃条件下烘干至水分小于2%,经粉碎机粉碎至50-60目,将粉碎后的蚕豆花加入1-2重量倍量的水,水温在50-60℃范围内浸泡3-8h,然后经压滤机过滤,收集滤液和浸泡液,在5-10℃范围内静置2-4h,过滤,收集上清液,得蚕豆花提取液,备用;
(4)取微晶纤维素、云芝提取物、碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁分别粉碎,过100-150目筛,备用;
(5)将步骤(1)制得的山药粉、步骤(2)制得的薏苡仁粉、步骤(3)制得的蚕豆花提取液搅拌混合,向混合物中加入维生素C、维生素D搅拌均匀,搅拌机转速为10-20r/min,时间为10-20min,再加入上述步骤中粉碎后的羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、云芝提取物、碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基淀粉钠,搅拌混合10-15min,得混合物,备用;
(6)将步骤(5)制得的混合物进行制成颗粒,将颗粒在30-45℃范围内烘干1-5h,过20-40目筛;
(7)将过筛后的颗粒加入粉碎后的硬脂酸镁用混匀机混匀,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,再进行压片,即得山药蚕豆花分散片。
