(1)取原料山药洗净,微波干燥,粉碎为50-60目粉末,加纯化水煮沸提取3次,第一次加山药质量倍15-20倍量水浸泡6-8h,加热煮沸提取2.5-3.5h,第二次加山药质量倍5倍量纯化水加热煮沸提取1.5-2.5h,第三次加山药质量倍3倍量纯化水加热煮沸提取1-2h,合并提取液,用过滤机过滤,得滤液,将滤液加热浓缩成相对密度为1.25-1.35的浸膏,将浸膏中加入乙醇,使含醇浓度为70-75%,在4-6℃范围内静置24h,取上清液,用过滤机过滤,减压回收乙醇,得山药浓缩液,备用;
(2)取原料莲子洗净,微波干燥,粉碎为50-60目粉末,加纯化水煮沸提取3次,第一次加15-20倍量水浸泡7-8h,加热煮沸提取2.5-3.5h,第二次加5倍量纯化水加热煮沸提取1.5-2.5h,第三次加3倍量纯化水加热煮沸提取1-2h,合并提取液,用过滤机过滤,得滤液,将滤液加热浓缩成相对密度为1.25-1.35的浸膏,将浸膏中加入乙醇,使含醇浓度为70-75%,在4-6℃范围内静置24h,取上清液,用过滤机过滤,减压回收乙醇,得莲子浓缩液,备用;
(3)取原料薏苡仁洗净,微波干燥,粉碎为50-60目粉末,加纯化水煮沸提取3次,第一次加15-20倍量水浸泡7-8h,加热煮沸提取2.5-3.5h,第二次加5倍量纯化水加热煮沸提取1.5-2.5h,第三次加3倍量纯化水加热煮沸提取1-2h,合并提取液,用过滤机过滤,得滤液,将滤液加热浓缩成相对密度为1.25-1.35的浸膏,将浸膏中加入乙醇,使含醇浓度为70-75%,在4-6℃范围内静置24h,取上清液,用过滤机过滤,减压回收乙醇,得薏苡仁浓缩液,备用;
(4)取微晶纤维素、山楂提取物、云芝提取物、碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁分别粉碎,过100-150目筛,备用;
(5)将步骤(1)制得的山药浓缩液、步骤(2)制得的莲子浓缩液、步骤(3)制得的薏苡仁浓缩液搅拌混合,向混合物中加入维生素C、维生素D搅拌均匀,搅拌机转速为10-20r/min,时间为10-20min,再加入上述步骤中粉碎后的羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、山楂提取物、云芝提取物、碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基淀粉钠,搅拌混合10-15min,得混合物,备用;
(6)将步骤(5)制得的混合物进行制成颗粒,将颗粒在30-45℃范围内烘干1-5h,过20-40目筛;
(7)将过筛后的颗粒加入粉碎后的硬脂酸镁用混匀机混匀,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,再进行压片,即得山药莲苡分散片。

Claims (1)

1.一种山药莲苡分散片,其特征在于:由以下重量份成分制成:山药300g、莲子300g、薏苡仁300g、微晶纤维素50g、山楂提取物0.22g、云芝提取物0.22g、碳酸钙0.58g、富马酸亚铁0.0165g、维生素C1.5g、维生素D1.5μg、甘露醇135g、三氯蔗糖12.5g、微粉硅胶30g、羧甲基纤维素4g、羧甲基淀粉钠67.5g、硬脂酸镁5g、纯化水适量;
其制备方法为:
(1)取原料山药洗净,微波干燥,粉碎为50-60目粉末,加纯化水煮沸提取3次,第一次加山药质量倍15-20倍量水浸泡6-8h,加热煮沸提取2.5-3.5h,第二次加山药质量倍5倍量纯化水加热煮沸提取1.5-2.5h,第三次加山药质量倍3倍量纯化水加热煮沸提取1-2h,合并提取液,用过滤机过滤,得滤液,将滤液加热浓缩成相对密度为1.25-1.35的浸膏,将浸膏中加入乙醇,使含醇浓度为70-75%,在4-6℃范围内静置24h,取上清液,用过滤机过滤,减压回收乙醇,得山药浓缩液,备用;

(4)取微晶纤维素、山楂提取物、云芝提取物、碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁分别粉碎,过100-150目筛,备用;
(5)将步骤(1)制得的山药浓缩液、步骤(2)制得的莲子浓缩液、步骤(3)制得的薏苡仁浓缩液搅拌混合,向混合物中加入维生素C、维生素D搅拌均匀,搅拌机转速为10-20r/min,时间为10-20min,再加入上述步骤中粉碎后的羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、山楂提取物、云芝提取物、碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶、羧甲基淀粉钠,搅拌混合10-15min,得混合物,备用;
(6)将步骤(5)制得的混合物进行制成颗粒,将颗粒在30-45℃范围内烘干1-5h,过20-40目筛;
(7)将过筛后的颗粒加入粉碎后的硬脂酸镁用混匀机混匀,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,再进行压片,即得山药莲苡分散片。
