本发明公开了一种紫薯蓝莓富花青素面粉及其制备方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:麦粉200-250、紫薯20-30、青梅干6-10、蓝莓15-20、海参粉6-10、菜芙蓉花6-10、银条菜8-12、木瓜核1-2、菠萝叶1-2、藏红花1-2、荷蒂1-2、面根藤1-2、桔皮2-3、老君须1-2、榴莲花2-3、橄榄油适量;本发明面粉,最大限度的保留花青素等有益成份,同时配方还含有菜芙蓉花、银条菜等成分显著增强机体抗氧化能力,与中药有益成分协同作用,具有补肾健脾、养气活血、健脑提神的功效,强身健体同时,增强免疫力,增加人体抗力,有益健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面粉,尤其涉及一种紫薯蓝莓富花青素面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
花青素是自然界一类广泛存在于植物中的水溶性天然色素,广泛的存在于紫薯、紫玉米、紫马铃薯、葡萄等果蔬当中。而且是一种强有力的抗氧化剂,它能保护人体免受自由基的损伤。因此将紫薯、蓝莓等富花青素加入到面粉当中制成面粉具有广阔的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种紫薯蓝莓富花青素面粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种紫薯蓝莓富花青素面粉,由下述重量份的原料制成:小麦粉200-250、紫薯20-30、青梅干6-10、蓝莓15-20、海参粉6-10、菜芙蓉花6-10、银条菜8-12、木瓜核1-2、菠萝叶1-2、藏红花1-2、荷蒂1-2、面根藤1-2、桔皮2-3、老君须1-2、榴莲花2-3、橄榄油适量。
所述的紫薯蓝莓富花青素面粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将新鲜的菜芙蓉花、银条菜洗净切末混匀,加适量水煮制沸腾4-8分钟,研磨成浆,过200-300目筛,滤液喷雾干燥,得粉体;
(2)、将木瓜核、菠萝叶、藏红花、荷蒂、榴莲花等中药原料混合,加8-10倍水煎煮2-3.5小时,过滤去渣,得煎煮液;
(3)、将蓝莓去蒂洗净,加水打制成浆,得蓝莓浆,将紫薯去皮洗净切片,与青梅干分别入笼蒸熟,取出混合,加煎煮液研磨成浆,加入少量橄榄油搅拌均匀,文火焖煮至沸,加入蓝莓浆搅拌均匀,冷冻干燥破碎研磨至180-240目,得紫薯蓝莓混合粉;
(4)、将粉体、紫薯蓝莓混合粉与其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得紫薯蓝莓富花青素面粉。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明面粉,最大限度的保留花青素等有益成份,同时配方还含有菜芙蓉花、银条菜等成分显著增强机体抗氧化能力,与中药有益成分协同作用,具有补肾健脾、养气活血、健脑提神的功效,强身健体同时,增强免疫力,增加人体抗力,有益健康。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种紫薯蓝莓富花青素面粉,由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:小麦粉250、紫薯30、青梅干10、蓝莓20、海参粉10、菜芙蓉花10、银条菜12、木瓜核2、菠萝叶2、藏红花1、荷蒂2、面根藤2、桔皮3、老君须2、榴莲花2、橄榄油适量。
所述的紫薯蓝莓富花青素面粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将新鲜的菜芙蓉花、银条菜洗净切末混匀,加适量水煮制沸腾8分钟,研磨成浆,过300目筛,滤液喷雾干燥,得粉体;
(2)、将木瓜核、菠萝叶、藏红花、荷蒂、榴莲花等中药原料混合,加10倍水煎煮3.5小时,过滤去渣,得煎煮液;
(3)、将蓝莓去蒂洗净,加水打制成浆,得蓝莓浆,将紫薯去皮洗净切片,与青梅干分别入笼蒸熟,取出混合,加煎煮液研磨成浆,加入少量橄榄油搅拌均匀,文火焖煮至沸,加入蓝莓浆搅拌均匀,冷冻干燥破碎研磨至240目,得紫薯蓝莓混合粉;
(4)、将粉体、紫薯蓝莓混合粉与其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得紫薯蓝莓富花青素面粉。

1.一种紫薯蓝莓富花青素面粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:小麦粉200-250、紫薯20-30、青梅干6-10、蓝莓15-20、海参粉6-10、菜芙蓉花6-10、银条菜8-12、木瓜核1-2、菠萝叶1-2、藏红花1-2、荷蒂1-2、面根藤1-2、桔皮2-3、老君须1-2、榴莲花2-3、橄榄油适量;
所述的紫薯蓝莓富花青素面粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将新鲜的菜芙蓉花、银条菜洗净切末混匀,加适量水煮制沸腾4-8分钟,研磨成浆,过200-300目筛,滤液喷雾干燥,得粉体;
(2)、将木瓜核、菠萝叶、藏红花、荷蒂、榴莲花、面根藤、桔皮、老君须中药原料混合,加8-10倍水煎煮2-3.5小时,过滤去渣,得煎煮液;
(3)、将蓝莓去蒂洗净,加水打制成浆,得蓝莓浆,将紫薯去皮洗净切片,与青梅干分别入笼蒸熟,取出混合,加煎煮液研磨成浆,加入少量橄榄油搅拌均匀,文火焖煮至沸,加入蓝莓浆搅拌均匀,冷冻干燥破碎研磨至180-240目,得紫薯蓝莓混合粉;
(4)、将粉体、紫薯蓝莓混合粉与小麦粉、海参粉混合均匀,即得紫薯蓝莓富花青素面粉。
